Debit card controls never work for me & it’s very frustrating because I can’t even use my debit card when I need to.

Drove 21 miles to make a withdrawal, bank is closed for a scheduled power outage. If you can send out emails saying your statement is ready, why wasn't there an email sent out stating the bank is closed today?

Garbage app
I have had to unlock my account Change password every time I log in. I save it to a word document I save to auto fill and it won’t take it. I try to log in on the internet does the same thing won’t be a member of this bank very long if there was an option for 0 stars that would be my pick.

Great application, easy to navigate and use.
Very unreliable
About 1/3 of the time the software actually works, and the rest of the time you might get to login, and it just sits and spins. You might login, but it takes several minutes to bring your account up. You might be able to look at your account, but don’t try to transfer money or pay a bill because they don’t work most of the time. This app needs a major overhaul.

The app is very secure and it’s pretty easy to use.
Bad to Worse
I’m frustrated with the current log in process. It is very frustrating! To have to say forgot login and the bother of having to go through procedure of “forgotten password “ every time I login is a huge headache! Looking for a new bank.

Be it from out of country customer support that can be hardly understood to an app that works when it feels like it. Just switch to NAVYFED.
