Only accepts VISA
Could not activate because it would not accept any of my credit cards (Mastercard), only takes VISA. This is ridiculous.
Expand Entry Limits
Since weight issues often accompany diabetes, please consider increasing the upper limit for Weight entries. Also, I sometimes need extra space for "Notes." It would be helpful if the entire note were readable in the summary view without needing to open the entry.
No CGM/meter Sync, Not Intuitive
The biggest downside of this app is not having the ability to connect to glucose meters; especially continuous ones like the Dexcom or Libre. Many who use these devices don't just use them for convenience, their lives depend on it. I, for one, will not take time to enter numbers in this app that are being recorded automatically without my help in another. Apps should make life easier, not harder. It maybe loaded with lots of options for recording and exporting different types of data with different variables, which I love, but the learning curve is a little steep & the main purpose of the app, which glucose monitoring, is sorely lacking.

Been using this for several years. Does what it's supposed to.
Export data problems
Simple enough to us but no process to export data. There’s a section for it but there’s no place to put in an email address.
Five stars until advertising
I have used this app for many years and really liked it. However, I had to drop my rating because it has allowed some guy to jump in after recording information and start speaking about something he is selling. Very annoying.
Always Dependable

Adverts need controlling
I was recording my bloods and an advert for Lingo in Chinese (i’m in the UK) appeared. It was impossible to switch it off. I don’t mind ads as the app is free. But the switch-off should be obvious and effective. The ad screen is still switched on. I cannot get back to my data. Given that this is a health-care app I would expect more care and respect for the user.
Great app
I have been using this app for a while and it has met my needs am able to add all my numbers. The only problem is that I wish it synchronizes with my heath app of my iPhone.

I’ve been using this App for years and it works very well!
Stopped Working
On 5/26/21, after using this app for years, it suddenly stopped working. When I try to tap in data, the app does nothing. All of my other apps work, so it is not my phone. Up until this point, it had been a 5star app.
Could use some tweaks
This app is really easy to use. I like the fact that it is very easy to customize the interface to see only the categories you want to track. It would be nice if the Medication input would allow you to log the dose instead of just the type of medication taken (how many units of insulin). Also an estimated A1c feature would be great. Overall one of the best I have used.

Great app
I have depended on Healthsome G for the information it collects to show my doctor. I just wish it would integrate with other apps like MyFitnessPal or FitBit so the doctor can get a more complete picture of what’s going on. But all in all it’s a great stand alone app.
肝心なところが・・・
血糖値を入力したら『無効データ』と出て「ブドウ糖の値が高すぎる」と・・・何のことはない、mmol/Lに単位がなってた。一般的にはmg/dLを使うのでまさかと思った。しかも単位の変更ができず、単位の自動計算・変換機能などもないので自分的には使い物にならないｗ単変更ができればよかったのですが・・・
Good app
This is a good, basic app that generates good reports. All the necessary fields are there. It would be nice if the app calculated the A1C automatically and I didn’t have to grab it from a second app. I like the columnar format of reports the best so I can share with my doctor.

Why can’t I contact you?
I really like the app, I think it’s easy to use & doesn’t require much thought UNLESS & UNTIL you want to export data. My email is entered & every other app can access it so I know that’s not it. Tell me how to fix the problem so I can email my doctor & send these records. I have tried to find contact info but it doesn't exist. Tell me how to export & get rid of the glitch I'm having & I'll change my rating.
Review
This app is great to follow your glucose count. I show it to my Doctor and he appreciates being able to see how I am doing. We agreed it is too bad every one does not have this app. There is a problem with the app. I get a message to sign in again. I press ‘OK’ and I can proceed with entering my information. This is a pain.
Integration w IOS needed
I would like to see this app integrate with the Apple a health app. Otherwise, it's been easy for me to learn and use.
KEEPING TRACK HELPS REALIZE GOALS
I have been using this app since 2017. I am one of those people that can generally accomplish any goal I really set my mind to. I quit smoking 10 years ago by just putting a target date on a whiteboard in my kitchen. I’ve lost weight by doing the same thing. One’s almost 80 pounds. I was really getting up there. But I’ve never been able to really get my glucose levels in check until using this app. You need to see what you’re doing to appreciate yourYour accomplishment. are use this for bothWeight and glucose level. It really works seeing the daily changes.

Good to a point
Looks nice and a great way to record relevant data. Lack of ability to reorganise the logs screen is a problem, my most logged item is blood sugars but the blood pressure part is always at the top, requiring scrolling.
Amended Review
I have been using the app for a month without any problems. It’s been perfect for me. I feel that an app that allows you to use it and figure if is what you need over time is awesome. I also feel that if you can support an app like that you should. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this app. A PAID USER I would like to see a way to print out the readings ( morning,night, before and after) and possibly group them as I need.

Good App
Very good app for recording Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, and Weight. Syncing between devices works great. The one feature I would like see added is the ability to back up your database to a cloud service (OneDive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, etc).
Change request
This app basically does what I want, which is help be keep track of my blood sugar levels and my weight. I am in Canada, so my glucometer measures mmol/L. But my scales (and my brain) work in pounds, so I have to convert the pounds to kilograms before entering the reading. I would like to be able to select the units I use for blood glucose and weight independently.

Crashes badly
Tried on iPhone 6 Plus Nov 2017, the app crashea every time you try to authenticate to backup your data, you can't keep track of measurements on multiple devices.

Easy and a very effective way to keep track and monitor the everyday dealings of living with diabetes.
Good in some respects
Imputing blood readings is easy. But exercise is a big part of controlling my blood sugar levels and there is way record exercise.

The reminders to take and/or refill my medications are so helpful! I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve been very happy with it!
Corrupted data
All my previous data is corrupt after Nov 9 update. I have used this app for years and all was great but something went wrong!
Great app but problem exporting
Awesome app. Keeps track of everything I need to know to control my blood glucose. Love that it not only allows you to input your data but also allows for modification of forms if needed. The charts and stats it provides are very helpful as well. The only thing I haven’t had luck with is exporting my data via email. It tells me I have to have at least one email account configured, and that you do that from the home screen. What home screen.....the app’s or your iPhone home screen? And exactly how do you configure because I already use 3 different emails on this phone and they all work fine. I feel the instructions need to be clearer so I can get this part done. Rating will definitely be changed to “5” if some provides info needed to fix my problem.
Can't record variable doses.
I vary my insulin injections depending on my meals and BG levels. I'd like to track the doses but I can't with this app.
