My only problem is after i cancelled my subscription, I don’t see where to reactivate it again
subscription
does not let you cancel subscription the app doesn’t match up with the book either. Very useless and charging me money even after I deleted my account and after I sent an email requesting the subscription to be cancelled. Terrible app just steals money.
好用

Wonderful Aid
Priceless!!
FRAUD!!!
Be careful! This application is a fraud! I have downloaded it and wanted to try free trial. They didn’t let me to use the app for free 3 days as it promised. They did not open text analysis or any information to me. Later they charged me $16. Ok. But after paying, I still don't have access to the information!!!!
4 stars
It aight.
Not bad and not good
Whenever I exit the app, I need to sign in again and again :(
I’ve been having trouble
I’ve already sent two emails to the creators. When I purchased the 14.99 plan and the 3 day trail ended, the app went weird. I NEVER CANCELED MY PAYMENT BY THE WAY. I can no longer access anything without it telling to pay. I’ve tried to restore my purchase, it doesn’t work. When I click to pay for the monthly plan again, it doesn’t work. The only thing that works is if I click the yearly plan and I don’t wanna pay for that. I just want to access what I paid for.
Enotes is an inspiration !
This app has been so helpful. I love the chapter summaries and character analysis. As you progress through whatever you’re reading, it’s so helpful to go back through the summaries and themes to refresh your memory. I struggle with critical thinking and comprehension. Enotes has made it possible to enjoy and understand what I’m reading instead of just reading.
Thieves
My subscription expired on February 28, 2021. I LET IT EXPIRE, because I no longer need it. Apple and Enotes keeps taking the monthly $16... I can’t use the app because it says my subscription has expired. But someone is getting my money. Spoke to Apple, it was supposed to be resolved... but it isn’t. Need Literature help? Use a different App, you’ll NEVER get away from these people.

Log In Woes
Why do I have to log in every time I use the app. It's damn irritating, isn't once enough? And sometimes the app tells me to buy a subscription showing me that key thingy. But I already bought a monthly subscription a year back. Do I need to keep purchasing subscriptions for different devices? Please fix. I'm using an iPad 3rd Gen.
Not a service, a scheme.
I signed up for a trial and of course was charged after I failed to cancel. I did nothing with the app, because it was limited for my needs. I received no notifications, no renewal notice, nothing really to indicate that I was receiving a something in exchange for monthly fees. Then had to dig and dig around to have the subscription cancelled. I always become suspicious when you have to work to cancel. Disappointed and feel it was more of a way to take money than to provide a service. UPDATE: I complained to their customer service and they replied quickly and satisfied my concerns.
Great app
Great app
Just... bad
I am a college student and started a free trial for this website (which is only 2 days, first bad sign) to answer questions for a paper. I started the trial, and then cancelled my subscription so that I could have my mere 2 days for the trial and then not get charged. However, apparently this is the only app or website that this does NOT work with. I do this with every free trial and it works fine, except for this one. I click the free trial button again (considering I used nothing of the one I first signed up for), went through the same steps as before, and got a $15 charge through my PayPal. Very, VERY stupid, unfair and just aggravating. Would not recommend.
Questions
I have paid the fees why I still can not see the full content???
I need to be specific but that way wont give me answers!
It’s so great, AWSOME really, but i need to be too specific, and when i do that, i get no answers! But other than that it’s pretty cool
Like having a private tutor
Makes learning fun!
Forces you to spend money for answers
I don’t know if it was just me but I got the app for answers and it forces me to pay a fee?? No way bruh Id rather ask my friends
Review
It would be really helpful and the resources I am able to access are really helpful however you are unable to access essays unless you pay. You can only ask questions and see responses to questions from other people. It is very helpful though
Problem
It always shows “Unable convert data". I don’t know how to solve it 🤣😭😭
Very Helpful
App is extremely helpful. Wish there was a way to enlarge the text so I can read it better. Also which there was a way to cut and paste.
Charged me now doesn’t work
I tried the free trial and it was great so I purchased 1 year subscription for $49.99 which it charged my account. I started working on a few reports and now keeps going to free trial. I removed app then reinstalled, still nothing. Get this fixed or give me a refund. Very frustrating...
Good at first but you have to pay
I got this app thinking that I could get my work done but to my surprise I could only see the first stanzas of the poem and I found out I needed to pay so it’s a bit of a waste of money when there is other apps that can do that for free.
If I have toPay for it it’s gonna be an issue
Helpful
Rip off !! They are a reoccurring nightmare
Bill you even if you cancel buyer beware
Very Good app
The app is very good fornme becuase i don’t understand what my teacher said, but this app very helpful for me
Absolutely useless
Paid full monthly price, posted questions I need help with. It’s been 24h since I posted questions- still no answer. Feels like I got scammed 😒
Notes
This app help me find information that I want to keep track of easily
Won’t let me cancel my trial
So I was using my 48-hour free trial but decided I’m not interested in keeping the app but whenever I try to cancel my trial, the app crashes and sends me to my home screen. Oh
