Cannot confirm appointments
Horrible update. I downloaded this app to confirm my appointment. It made me create an account. After doing that it isn’t showing my appt. I clicked the link in text and it redirects me to the app over and over. Will be telling whoever I am going to to switch to a different platform. I’m sure it is way more stressful for them!

Frustrating!!
I don’t find this app user friendly whatsoever. I had to have the owner of the establishment help me create an account as I was going in circles trying to log in. She also had to create a bookmark for me as I could never find the spa by using the search bar. I have tried multiple times to use the search bar to look up other places and I get no where. What’s also frustrating is that so many places use this app for customers to book appointments that not using it is unavailable.
The SEARCH features suck
Try to look for a local place (with the city I’m looking for) and they list the furthest places you can imagine. None of them are anywhere near close to me.

Close but not quite.
As a client, I appreciate being able to book online. However, the Vagaro app should allow you to make more than one appointment with the same practitioner in a given use session and not have to restart every time you want to make a new appointment if you’re trying to schedule out. Also, they should have an integration with Google Calendar so that I can subscribe to my upcoming appointments much like the Jane app and other apps I have used. Update: the generic reply you sent to be in touch is a waste of both our time. The developer invited me to contact support, but their response does not clarify whether these features actually exist. I’m requesting two straightforward customer features: the ability to book several appointments on different future dates with the same practitioner in one session, and the ability to automatically add my Vagaro bookings to my personal Google Calendar. Vagaro’s documentation appears to limit multiple-service booking to the same day, while Google Calendar syncing appears to be intended for businesses. If customer-facing options exist, they should be clearly accessible within the booking flow.

Finally able to login
Numerous attempts to setup an account finally worked. No app feedback on password rules or other setup requirements made this a trial and error process. The app needs work on the overall user experience.
Frustrated Overall
I do like the Vagaro. Except, every time I try to actually do something on the app, it says it’s ’time for an upgrade’. Okay, fine, no big deal. I’m known to wait for upgrades until I have to. Go to the app, try to upgrade, Apple Store says it’s the most current and UTD. So I go back into the app, says it is ‘time for an upgrade’. So it’s just really frustrating overall. I just end up using the website or booking elsewhere.

The app is ok. But would be better to be able to easily view ALL upcoming appts w each vendor. Should be easier to view them all.
Verification…
I don’t want to have to verify my email, AND my phone number, AND enter a card manually just to book a haircut. I have 5 notifications to clear just from one booking.

Amazing shop always clean and well put together and my barber shann I’ve been going to for 5+ years top of the line barber who doesn’t just rush to get in another cut he takes his time on your head because it’s art to him highly recommend !
App Sucks
The app is so buggy. The appointment screen won’t load no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall the app. It sends me back to back to back verification codes with no where to put them because again THE APPOINTMENT SCREEN DOESNT LOAD.

Notifications return every time the app is launched. The services menu for haircuts populates by itself and doesn’t open to a default menu.
Twee’s Nails: Prejudice due to my Religious Beliefs
I have been getting my Manicures and Pedicures done at Twee’s Nails in Edmonton AB, Canada owned by a buddhist woman for approximately 5 years. I have never had reason to discuss my Beliefs before but one week ago on my visit the owner offered me a bead bracelet out of a batch she said she made for her clients because she appreciates them. While the gesture seemed okay on the surface, I asked her if the beads had any special significance and she told me that they were for good luck and protection and that she prayed over them. Being a Christian I told her that I could not accept it for the reason she described based on my Faith. I had to return the following week because one of my nails fell off 6 days later and needed to be repaired. This is the first time that this has happened to me since using her for my nails as she is really good at what she does. On this visit she was very combative from the moment I stepped inside telling me that I should not have done a Shellac nail but to do the Powder nails instead. I told her I was comfortable using Shellac. She started insisting that the Powder would only have been $5 more and it felt rude to me in her mannerisms. I told her it wasn’t about the cost but just my choice. She got silent until the repair was done. I got up and told her thanks and that I would see her in 2 weeks time. She asked me for $5 for the repair and I said I didn’t realize I needed to pay since the whole nail fell off naturally 6 days after it was done. She pushed back her chair and started getting flustered . I told her that there was no need to argue because I didn’t realize I had to pay since it fell off completely 6 days later. She got angry and was trying to tell me that I needed to pay. So I asked why she was getting upset since we’re only just talking, and even then she was asking me to sit. I told her I don’t need to sit because I was on my way out and was only seeking clarification. I paid her the $5 and wished her a good evening. By the time I got home 15 minutes later. She blocked me from the online booking app where she does her business on Vagaro. This only happened after I declined taking her beaded bracelets as my faith is against relying on objects for fortune or ‘luck’. I am not surprised!
Liking VAGARO
This app makes class registration easier than phoning, e-mail, text…It's making life easier for our club administrator. I can look ahead to future classes & see how many spaces are left. I had some trouble with cancelling appointments but after getting help that problem is solved. There’s LOTS of reminders to my E-mail for upcoming classes.
Poor so far
So we’re in 2026 and the app doesn’t default its color scheme to what is set on my device (dark mode)? Also text message links to launch the app are invalid. My phone and email are the same at the business that I go to that uses this platform, I installed this app thinking I could see my past and upcoming appointments… nope… so pretty useless.

Needs a lot of work
This app drives me absolutely nuts. You can't search for services to compare prices, it immediately brings up the window to book as soon as you select a business from the search menu. Then you've got to wait for it to search for appointments, it will tell you nothing is available that day (duh) and you've got to click on the business again, scroll through 50 irrelevant services to find the one you searched for. I'm BEGGING the developers to fix this!!!
Unable to choose a time!
Like the app BUT I can't choose a time. You may think perhaps a time isn't free? I'm booking months ahead and all I'm offered is 9.30 constantly. Which means I have to phone them SO WHATS THE POINT

I can’t get an email sent to me for a code or reset my password. I can tried using several emails to create new accounts because I can’t get into mine ever.

Simple - Convenient - Time Saver!!
User friendly and super easy to navigate. Platform is visually simple and to the point. Having the freedom to check all available appointment times and book, reschedule or cancel at my leisure actually encourages me to book that appointment I've been putting off! Booking over the phone can be stressful and often redundant, especially if you have social anxiety. Vagaro is the ultimate solution. Thanks Vagaro for creating this easy to use software and I ask that you "don't fix it if it ain't broke" 🌟
Unable to book Appts.
So for some reason I am unable to book classes for the gym I attend. Or it walks me through the process like I am booking yet, nothing shows up under appt. So it makes it seem like I am not attending the gym classes and I am. The troubleshooting piece is I can go through the process it shows that I booked the classes or checked out with my cart. Yet, if I go back to my cart the classes are still there. It’s like I am stuck in a loop or the app is not refreshing and recording that I booked my classes/appts. This is causing the gym owner to think I am not attending which I then get unnecessary text messages because of the above. Fix this issue within the app.
Disappointed
I find this app completely flawed. - You can't delete individual notifications. It's all or nothing - My beauty therapist makes and changes my appointment times and the app says that I've initiated the change....I don't like that - When she makes the changes I can't reject the changes if they don't suit me. I have to text her which sort of defeats the purpose of the app - I don't find this a client user friendly app at all

I can’t even use the app because it keeps sending me a code for verification and when I get it I can’t even enter it into the app because then the app just kicks me out. Mind you this app is updated and my phone it should not be doing this at all!
