Today is May 19th 2026, it shows today is Monday. And May 1st is after May 31st. June has no June 1st. Good job, I cannot make my appointment today.

Pain in the b***
Complex and bounces you all over the place. No user friendly, will advise commerce that I was about to go elsewhere because the app is not intuitive
App keeps freezing
I was able to book my appointment but when I had to go change the time (day before appointment) the fresha app keeps saying “an error has occurred try again later. I tried to refresh then restart several times before eventually just calling the salon.
Upgrade Suggestion
Would love to be able to enter a date to see which establishments have availability that day.

Offers to open the app from within the app. Generally bad navigation, like any other web view based app.

Simplifies booking all my appointments
Cant change your email or sign up method once done.
Allows u to change your password but not your email or sign up method once your account is made. So I need to delete my account to make a change. Dumb system. Needs more thought for actual users that don’t keep their email for a lifetime.

J’ai reservée et payée un accompte à un salon qui n’existe meme pas. Lorsque j’ai contacté Fresha, ils m’ont fourni le courriel de la censé compagnie pour etre remboursé. Et la personne qui m’a repondue m’a fait savoir que ce salon n’est pas associé à elle et n’est meme pas à cette adresse. Et depuis je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle de Fresha quand je les ai recontactée.

The app worked fine before. However, after the last update, I can no longer use the update. It won’t accept my login info and I have no access to app support. The website won’t open either as apparently the security certificate is no longer valid.
