Beware of scamming welcome bonus
I went through your customer service 2 times regarding the Canada welcome offer. I talked to a representative in the UK that told me that I was eligible and met the term and conditions of the offer with my bet (I used the code, deposit 175 got eligible for the bonus, made a qualifying bet with an odd greater than 1.5 with a wager of 175 matching my deposit and the bonus wager requirement). Instead of getting the money of the bonus when I lost the bet, it got stuck to 28% and told me that I only wager 50 dollars. The representative put me on hold for 30 minutes telling me he was going to look into it before hanging up the phone without warning. Sent them a mail, they never responded.

GAME ABANDONED NO REFUND
I placed a bet on June 25 on the game between Piratas de Quebradillas (70) and Capitanes de Arecibo (76), with 1 minute left in the 3rd quarter. According to the site, the game was abandoned. It’s been 2 days already, and my bet is still there they still haven’t refunded it. Don’t support this app, or you might regret it in the end.
Takes forever to settle bets
Sometimes UFC winning bets take more than 3 hours to settle, while those losing bets settle immediately
More then happy to let you deposit but not withdraw
They were plenty happy to let me put $150 in my account, but now that I am trying to pull money out it says I need to verify with drivers license, passport, etc. I uploaded these and 3 days later still cannot withdraw any money. Better off using Betway or Bet365.
