Have been using it for quite a while. Recently starting to use again. Using portland warehouse a few times, so far so good. Only once they have flood and delayed. Other than that all received well. Keep up the good service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Ezship worst app ever
EZship 根本就是一家黑店，绝不会再用第二次。 他们的收费制度不透明，误导性极强。我只是寄普通的衣服，不是牌子货，更不是奢侈品名牌。 我还提供了衣服的照片，并授权他们开箱检查，但这些全都毫无用处！ 他们依然强制我使用价格离谱的 “Sensitive Air” 运送方式。并且完全没有给出合理解释。 等了好久回复只有一句敷衍的话：“Sorry, cannot use Economic Air.” 就这？理由呢？是因为economic air你们赚的不够多吗？ 彻头彻尾的坑人，千万别用！EZship is a total scam. Never again. Their pricing is shady and completely misleading. I was shipping regular clothing — not branded, definitely not luxury. I even sent them photos of the items and explicitly authorized them to open the box and inspect, but none of that mattered. They still forced me to use their outrageously priced “Sensitive Air” option. Why? No real reason given. Just a lazy, useless one-liner after days of waiting: “Sorry, cannot use Economic Air.” What’s the point of asking questions if you’re going to ignore them anyway? This company clearly doesn’t care about transparency or customer service. Looks like they just want to squeeze as much money out of customers as they can. Total rip-off. Stay far away.

Very lousy service, I have made payment via bank transfer but they kept asking me to pay again, even though I have screenshot my transaction details. They don’t have the chat bot and the person handling the email correspondence don’t understand what is going on. Very frustrating as they are not able to solve the problem but only asking me to pay again.

Lost my items and customer support doesn’t care. Ordered 5 items to their warehouse, only 1 was packed and shipped to me. Other 4 were missing. Poor customer support as well.

It's nicely packed in plastic. Dress design n cutting is nice, just that it has a wield smell and the material is thin.

Ezybuy is really not recommended at all. So slow. Shipping, withdrawal, customer service. Cannot cancel. Everything is so disappointing. Please improve. Or at least read your email. As this is not my first time online shopping as well. Not this level of delay.

Service getting from bad to worse but price going higher and higher. Customer service is non existent, my package is “ pending delivery” status for 2 weeks already, when I enquire they just ask me to pay for doorstep delivery if it’s urgent as of today I have 6 big shipments in the “pending delivery” status. Keep asking them what is the problem but didn’t get an answer. I have actually stop using them for TB items and choose direct shipment instead but for sellers who don’t do direct I think k I need to source for other service provider.

Wish list
Would prefer to have wish list like previously as Prime members. There are things I wanted to buy but can’t find or difficult to find in ezbuy. Your apps should have a camera function for us to search for our interested items like TaoBao. Nowadays I buy mostly from TaoBao since the wish list is taken away. I still buy from ezbuy for items that I can find and if price is comparable to TaoBao. Would appreciate you review having wish list return. Thank you.
11.11 error
Can’t buy Taobao items on 11.11 then what’s the point of using this app? The app also deletes the items we’ve added to the cart, we don’t intend to buy them on 11.11 anymore but can’t we add items to the cart first? Why are our items deleted without consent?
Misleading and Confusing experience
The amount of products offered are vast and very attractive. However, the process of purchasing the RIGHT option is very hard. Most of the options listed were in chinese, making it harder for non chinese fluent to make the right choice. Plus, the options listed weren’t straightforward, its tricky and sneaky. And not to forget the shipping cost way more expensive than those in Sh*pee and Laz*da.

What Happened To Prime Pages
There used to be a time when you could see in detail what other buyers were purchasing on Prime. Now clicking the item shown does not show details of the item. At this time, all you can see is the first 8 or so items bought by the prime user, even if that user bought 80 items. Please sort it out!

Worst customer service
Majority of the CS do not even know what they are doing. Incident 1: I ordered a perch for my parrot through Taobao. The perch is a small stick about 15-20cm long with diameter of about 2-2.5cm. Upon reaching Ezship guangzhou warehouse, I was informed it cannot be shipped as the perch is a “live plant”. I was super confused and sent the image of the item I purchased from Taobao. I had to explain to them that the branch was already removed from the tree. It should be dead by now. However, they insisted it is a live plant and demanded I pay for the return shipping. After a few back and forth, they suddenly told me it is not a live plant. Instead, it is a timber/log. If I am not wrong, timber is used for construction of buildings and log is the trunk of the tree. I’m not sure how anyone can use this tiny stick to construct a building. Perches are also not usually taken from tree trunks. However, their CS remained persistent and refused to budge. The most I could do was to inform them to update their list of prohibited items to contain clearer definitions Incident 2: I captured an image of cork pieces (the ones used for wine bottles) and asked if these could be shipped. The CS saw that the colour of the cork is described as “原木” and told me that 原木 cannot be shipped. I had to explain to that that that is the colour and the description had the word “原木色” which they conveniently left out. After a couple of days, they acknowledged that it can indeed be shipped. Incident 3: I captured an image of rattan ball and asked if this could be shipped. After several days, they finally replied me but they informed me it cannot be shipped as it is a “biological substance”. Based on their list of prohibited items, live plants/substances/seeds/live animals falls under Biological substances. I am not aware that an rattan ball is alive and can be planted. I have replied their CS and am still awaiting further clarifications.
