Activating card on membership is buggy and live chat is not working
App is not working at all when you want to activate your membership card as you are not able to check any policy box which is not present at all on the screen. Tried using live chat and you can’t input your name as keyboard does not appear when you tap on the text input box.
Application loading slow
The app is loading very slow. Sometimes will restart app itself.
App logging me out of my account
The app suddenly log me out while I make payments most of the time. Please fix this.

I was told to input my first name after I fill in every details required to get help but it doesn’t allow me to complete as it keeps asking me to fill in my first name but my first name is already there!

Login options are horrible
The app says my mobile number has already been registered, but when I go to sign in with my number, there is no option to do that, so how do I sign in?

Bad interface
During payment, after authorisation by the bank app, upon returning to Watson app, the entire payment page will be exited. I have to re-enter back to payment page and the discount code will not be able to use and have to wait for 30 minutes again. 1). The mobile app just cannot be used for payment at the same time for any bank credit card authorisation. 2). There are many discounts codes but sometimes they can be applied, other times ‘not applicable’ despite items are chosen from the specific promotion
Not easy to use app
For example, I have to go to multiple screens to select a delivery date and then timing
Products are not stocked always
Always had to wait days, sometimes weeks to get stock of products i want. Like medicube brands also not really have many varieties to choose from the store. Like the popular ones nowadays. Once it is updated, gone in a flash. Sometimes had to find at other stores when my product at homes are finished
Easy to navigate
I had an easy transaction, just to something hope can improve to have a search engine that can type the keyword to look for.
Slowest app
Very information to enter take eternity. Very bad experiences using their app. Frustrating

Next to the NIISE app this is the worst thing I’ve encountered. Please hire someone to make the app and not use amateurs.
User experience not good
Search function is poor. App causes my iPhone to heat up. App has a tendency to crash and close by itself.

Voucher seems like a scam
The first time new member purchase voucher was deemed as used even when payment did not go through. Happened to 2 separate member accounts. Is it a scam? App is not user friendly.
