Super shop, App ein Graus
Die App ist richtig grottig. Der Shop und die Waren sind super. Jedoch fürchte ich mich immer in der App zu bestellen. Schlecht und unübersichtlich aufgebaut. Sehr langsam beim Produkte laden. Wenn der Bezahlvorgang dann auch noch fehlschlägt, was bei mir schon häufiger der Fall war, dann sind auch die Produkte im Warenkorb futsch und man hat keine Ahnung mehr was alles drin war. Wenn dann noch ein Gutschein im Spiel war ist die Katastrophe perfekt. Ausserdem wurde die App gefühlt seit Jahrzenten nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand gebracht.
Great stuff awful shipping
I’ve ordered only twice from EMP, first time during Christmas which i understood shipping would be abit delayed however, its August now, the estimated delivery time is not accurate whatsoever, i dont think ill be repurchasing from them again because shipping just takes too long

The Amazon for Metalheads
Definitely the type of app you wanna get if you’re into Metal, Goth, Punk etc and don’t have any Local shops that sell this kind of merch, only problem I have with the app is that it signs you out every time you get off the app and swipe the window
Extrem schlechte und billige Qualität
Leider werden hier lizenzierte Produkte, in extrem schlechter und billiger Fruit of The Loom Qualität angeboten. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Qualität der T-Shirts, ist für das Geld ganz Ok. Wegen den T-Shirts gibt es 2 Sterne.

Orders not sent
This company is a scam. I ordered with the company for Christmas present for my father. The order never arrived and yet funds were taken immediately. The site chat either does not get back to you at all or just sends a sorry we are very busy and that’s it. The telephone contact has been out of order for over a week. I have now also sent 3 emails, none of which have been answered. I will be taking this matter further and am currently raising a dispute with the bank in the first instance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ich liebe EMP. Aber 2 große Probleme für mich. Wieso muss ich mich jeeeedes Mal neu einloggen? Selbst wenn ich vor einer Stunde noch was bestellt habe oder mich eingeloggt habe? Zweitens: Wenn man sich einen Artikel anschaut und dann zurück geht auf die Artikelübersicht, landet man in 9 von 10 Fällen irgendwo, aber nicht bei dem Artikel, bei dem ma stehen geblieben war. Daraus resultiert nerviges gescrolle und ein frustriertes Shopping-Erlebnis. Das ist auf der Website leider auch so. Sonst würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben

Produkte Top - App katastrophal
Ich mag EMP, aber die App… Die Menüführung, das man bei jedem Produkt neu die Filter setzen muss, alles lädt ewig, an sich total unübersichtlich, etc. etc. etc. Auch wenn ich von den Produkten echt überzeugt bin, ist das Einkaufserlebnis jedes Mal die beste Werbung für die Konkurrenz.
Great website, terrible app
I absolutely love EMP for their clothing and merch, always great quality. But the app is terrible and always lags. Takes forever to load a product and sometimes some pictures won’t even show at all.

Die Größenangaben sind unzuverlässig und die Qualität schwankt sehr . Ich bestelle vorsichtig und rechne immer damit, die Ware zurücksenden zu müssen. Weg schlechter Qualität oder eben weil sie nicht passen Die Designs sind zT sehr cool
Solide aber Probleme beim Sitzung speichern
Die App ist zum Shoppen solide und lässt sich gut bedienen, leider gibt es ein großes Problem mit den Logins, die Loginsitzungen werden nicht vernünftig gespeichert und man muss sich ständig neu einloggen…

Die App hat aktuell wenig Mehrwert
Die App hat aktuell keinen großen Mehrwert dadurch, dass man sich jedes Mal neu einloggen muss. Wenn man dann im Supportbereich vergangene Support-Tickets weiter braucht und auf eines tippen möchte muss man dann zum zweiten Mal seine Mail angeben um einen langen Code zu bekommen. Man ist aber bereits eingeloggt, warum die doppelte Abfrage? Bitte macht es möglich, dass man in der App eingeloggt bleibt, sonst verschwindet der Mehrwert im Verhältnis zum Web. Und bitte nehmt diese doppelte Bestätigung für Support-Chats raus. Allgemein bugt der Support bereich und ich bin mehrmals aus einem Chat herausgeflogen, sodass ich nochmal in den Chat reinmusste und mein bisher geschriebener Text verschwunden war. (iPhone 15 Plus iOS 18.5 App-Version 25.14.0)

I registered but it never recognises me and ei have saves favourites that disappeared, put items in basket to buy but then they disappeared Tried numerous times to get this order done

Love your website. Order regularly. There is an issue with the ‘my orders’ section of the app. I can’t see my orders. It throws an error. Error Domain=de.blaetterkatalog.emp Code=1000 I use the UK version on IOS

Schöne Idee Umsetzung nicht so gut
Wie man dem Titel schon entnehmen kann, ist die grundsätzliche Idee eine App zu machen, die den Zugriff auf den Shop vereinfacht. Eine geile Angelegenheit klappt meistens auch ganz gut wenn die App nicht immer wieder Haken Abschmieren würde oder Teilbereiche der App einfach nicht mehr funktionieren. Zum Beispiel wenn man wenn man auf Suchen geht am unteren Bildschirm an und man immer wieder auf die Frontpage verlinkt wird.

If you choose anything but standard delivery then the process hits a problem and stops with no error message. Very annoying.
Zurücktaste hängt andauernd
Brauche 100 Versuche um wieder zurück zu klicken, sehr mühsam beim Scrollen. Sonst ist die App ok. Bitte verbessern, kann ja wohl nicht alleine sein mit dem Problem.

Leider funktioniert der Bestellvorgang über Klarna nicht. Bricht immer ab oder geht nicht weiter. Sonst alles gut

Da die Artikel über die Schweizer Seite ca. 30% teurer sind, sollte einem die Möglichkeit gegeben werden über die deutsche Seite bestellen zu können. Die Porto und Zoll kosten, könnten ja separat verrechnet werden.
