Love the game, but I would like it if I could use by Gold To buy Crystals. Crystals are to much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

There is no support for this game from the developers. Cannot connect to Facebook although there are prompts and rewards for doing so. It says “this game is not supported. Developers are aware.”

Won’t download
After completing I guess the tutorial, a prompt shows up to download or update more data for the game, but when I try, the download bar flashes on & off screen before an error message about the network shows up. I’ve tried uninstalling & installing again, I’ve tried at multiple networks, without network, & nothing has worked. :(
Could be better.
I recently am unable to hear anything on the game with sounds and volume up. All my other games prove no problem; and I would play it so much more if it was not impossible to get the elephant to cough up the items I need to get into the garden, because it’s impossible to find birds already to trade it with.
Favorite iPad App
This is by far my favorite game on the iPad. The details and artwork are amazing. Yes, it can be a bit frustrating to go through and play if you don’t put real world money into it - but it’s not impossible. Every once in a while they throughout missions and extras that help speed things up. And I really like the addition of a 30 minute energy freeze when you open up for the first time in a day. More if you’ve been gone longer. I am majorly impressed with their customer service. If you contact support through the app for any issues, they have a bot that tries first, but if that doesn’t work I can request talking to a real person and they usually respond within a few hours. I am very impressed. They are always updating and changing things, which makes this interesting. Love this game.
Lost all my levels and purchases
Tech support won’t help me. I lost all my crystals, amulets and purchases I made after the last iPad os update. I’ve played this game for more than five years under the name Lady Brontë. Is there a way to restore to my purchases and progress? If not I will have to quit, I can’t see starting all over. I opened so many new levels. Please let me know. I’m not a beginner. Please help.

Used to really love playing. I could play for long periods of time a day. Now I play for 5-10 minutes. It’s taking me longer to write this review. They made so many changes recently which are horrible. Cost to much to explore rooms energy does not replenish quick at all. They want you to spend real money which is ridiculous for us on a budget folks. I had to change devices twice and I lost all my friends over 1000. Now I dont receive gifts back nor do I get items I need when I request them. I’m not sure who is running this game. But really? It’s just NOT FUN anymore Such a BORING GAME, nothing fun about it! .

Total Bust-Super Mad
So unhappy and disappointed. Been playing this game for years. Had all locations open and had many achievements. Had lots of money and gems. Lost it all when there was an issue with the game. Had to delete it and redownload. Lost everything and wants me to start over. Not doing it.
Love the game but...
I’ve been playing for over a year and really enjoy it but the last change on the matching puzzles makes no sense. I enjoy playing the matching puzzles in the different locations but now they’re all the same in every location, doesn’t make sense. Until you go back to your original matching puzzles with a different one in each location I won’t be playing them.
Not being supported do not download
This was a good game but in Feb 22 they stopped supporting the game, numerous issues that they will not fix
Need help
I love this game but right now my screen keeps getting stuck on the florist event. I’ve tried shutting the game and reloading but it gets to the screen telling me to look at the goals and then it gets stuck. Update I’ve never gotten past this issue and just restarted my game. Now my issue is the new classroom scene. It says it requires textbooks to play but when you play another location it gives you school uniforms for the classroom.

They posted updates to fix bugs and defects, however now it will not open. It is just locked and will do NOTHING. I’ve asked for help countless times to NO reply.
Too long to wait
I like this game but it takes too long to get energy and I’m not about to spend my own money on this game. Too bad, I love the art and animation but it’s too frustrating to wait for energy. I can play one time then no more energy then I have to wait all over again. Not so fun.
Issues
I have been having an issue with diamonds disappearing. For instance, I had 18 recently and without use it suddenly displayed 9 when I reopened a game.

The latest upgrade is greatly flawed. Often unable to open a location to search, unable to banish, sometimes the inventory won’t open and other issues. I enjoy the game and play a lot.

Making The Search
Harder and harder. Now I am not be the smartest but I know when I’m being scammed. This game is not honest and it’s getting worse. Now they show puzzles that you could not possibly see because it totally hidden. The thing is they know it and it gets worse the more money you put in the easier it is.
Game won’t load after recent update
Game gets stuck on the loading screen after opening the app and won’t go any further. This started after the recent update. When the app actually functions, the game is fun.

You deserved to be bankrupt putting all the blame on Facebook for the issues instead of your app issue is dumb. Your taking everyone’s money without even earning it! I used to love this game but recently it takes so long to replenish energy it takes almost 24 hours. Haven’t even been able to open it since the last update 3 days ago. I contacted support and got the canned response but nothing else. If I ever get it to open up again I will use what I have invested and probably delete it😡😡😡😡😡
Bad updates
Hi! I played this game for 5 months. I really liked the way it was until the game changed. I didn’t like the new stuff that’s why I delete the app. Also, there are days that no matter how long you play, the game doesn’t give you what you are looking for. Jugué por 5 meses, pero cambiaron algunas cosas que más me gustaba del juego. Por esta razón lo eliminé. Hay días en los que por más que juegues y uses amuletos, hay objetos que no se pueden encontrar.
Daily bonus
I love the game and design. I have been playing for a long time but now the daily bonus is not being given especially the crystals. I’ve lost the last few days and I’m not happy. I don’t want to purchase additional items for money so I don’t get very far. How do you get rid of the fog too.
Update Long Overdue
It is the day before Valentines Day and looks like no event for it. I read sometime ago players were being pushed towards playing on Facebook. Many don’t use nor trust Facebook. I am one. If there is nothing for Valentines Day I will Off Load this App and eventually Delete it by Summer. Apple was supposed to remove Apps that didn’t do updates. I know it has been over 9 months for this one. The developers either need to update or put on their website no more updates for this game. In fact a few weeks ago I was on their website hoping to find something about this game. This game wasn’t even listed. Apple make these Developers keep up to date or kick them off the Apple Store.
Great fun - but costly
Been playing for over 5 years now. Enjoy the new locations and mini games but becoming very frustrated at how difficult it is to find hard to get chargers, despite using extra amulets. Also recent price hike of £5 for crystal chests now makes it too expensive for me.

This latest update is the worst. You’ve made the game look like it’s for children.
fun but updates kill it
this game is a pretty fun way to kill some time, the art is gorgeous but the game kind of grinds to a halt once you get to around level 40 or so (unless you spend money on energy and keys to unlock new levels etc rather than grinding for weeks). my main issue is with the most recent updates, each attempt to ends up removing useful information or making things more annoying to navigate; the quest list reorganises itself by moving the last one you looked at to the top of your list (sometimes a gal just wants to look at their quests without having everything reorganised, huh?) and they’re also no longer grouped by series. additionally, useful info has been stripped from the quest list (e.g. one of my quests is to search the Greenhouse when it’s in a specific mode, but it doesn’t tell me what mode?) if these little niggles were sorted i’d probs rate the game a 4/5

Don’t do it, it robs you.... I downloaded this game and was really enjoying it. I purchased a few bits and played the game. My IPad has done a few updates, the first time a restart. Albion needed reloading. All my crystals gone. I got so fed up, lost about £20 or so. Dumped the game once and for all. Playing another game, don’t buy I wait. So! Uploaded this one again, purchased more crystals 2 lots of £1:99. Up pops a message, can’t remember exact words, it loaded me back to the higher position I held. Bloody took all my crystals, leaving me with 3. Told them once, we’ll refund you. Yeah, hell will freeze first! I've opened my game, to my surprise there are none of the cheaper "tools" not called that now, some fancy name. Really hacked off with this game maker/seller, whatever they call themselves. ROBBERY is more like it. I have a few gold coins and those 3 crystals are back. Wow, how !!! I can't even buy one thing for that, so I'm gonna play the game till it gets me sooooo annoyed, not too long now.
Steals your money
I’ve been playing this game for a while & have had 2 incidents of them taking my payment & not giving me what I paid for in the game. Both instances, the game crashed on me & shut down AFTER I bought my items. The first time it happened, they gave me my items after a long going back & forth with them & I had to submit screenshots of my receipt from Apple. The 2nd incident, few days ago, I tried to buy items on 5 different occasions, & each time I purchased an item, the game crashed & shut down on me & never gave me the items I purchased. I submitted my receipt from Apple to them & still waiting for my items which I probably won’t get back. & another thing, the game lets you get coins but rarely ever has any useful items you can buy with them. Rather, they force you to buy crystals if you want to get anywhere in the game.

Considering deleting
I’ve been playing this game for years & invested more money than I should. It used to be my favorite game, but I’m considering deleting it. What is the purpose of Mirror a World? Even though it’s pretty boring due to the limited number of games available, I managed to get to level 14. But for what benefit?? Apparently none. No new games. No nothing! I would advise new players not to waste time on this game.
