Great very user friendly practical app
Unnecessarily difficult to access
I’ve had so many access issues for no good reason. I set up face recognition and very once in a while it just stops working and it is unclear how to access the app again. Awfully irritating.

El FaceID ha dejado de funcionar
Llevo tiempo usando la app y hoy de repente, por la cara, me ha dejado de funcionar el Face ID para entrar en mi cuenta. No hay forma de volverlo a activar, es desesperante… por mucho que esté activado, no funciona.

This app is totally useless if you want to use it with your iPhone. Approximately the third or fourth time you go to access the app it fails to open, which means you need to delete it and then download it again which then requires you to go through all the security settings all over again. I don’t have a tablet or computer therefore my phone is my only option for online access So frustrating I’m seriously considering closing my banca March account

A mi me pasó una cosa en la cuenta tengo un dinero retenido y cuando se lo cobran se lo quita retenido más en la cuenta me ha pasado en varias ocasiones paso un par de días y otra vez lo recupero el dinero

Malísima aplicación, casi siempre se bloque y tengo que apagar y volver encender el movil

La app debería tener notificaciones push para todas las operaciones igual que todos los otros bancos.

Siempre me pide la contraseña dice que es un error puntual, el reconocimiento facial pero siempre te la pide.

Funktioniert und macht was Sie soll
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie hat die Basisfunktion und arbeitet relativ stabil. Natürlich würde man sich gerne noch ein paar schöne kleine Verbesserungen wünschen wie zB Druckfunktionen oder PDF Erstellung. Ich kann die negativen Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen
Fraude
I remain very unhappy that the bank has not recognized its part in the fraudulent transfer of €19.000 out of my account. I submit most strongly that the bank holds responsibility BECAUSE the fraudster was in FULL possession of ALL my personal details AND the business processes and documentation of the bank! Please be aware that I will pursue my claim against the bank via every channel. And if discrete claims do not work I intend to broadcast my claim via the media. That wold not be a good ”look” for an organisation that received national recognition yesterday for its prudence and sound management!
Need clarification
I find some screens need some clarification : such as entering a tel number on Bizum should state - make sure no spaces / when calling the helpcenter it requests you complete an ID code (such as I for India 5) but doesn’t say from back of banking card so you are trying to find the code or input I5… also digits to access account on app is your pin not code (as in code on back of card)

Useless on my iPad
I bring up my account with the list of transactions, but the amounts are covered by a permanent sidebar, so no matter what you try, you cannot view the amounts. Totally useless.
Does not work with IOS 16
App does not go to the login screen after iOS 16 upgrade and crashes out

Banca March App
Not user friendly - the constant signing in is a pain. Also the debit figures shown in yellow on my account and you can hardly see it. The layout is not good. Sound of my voice security I do t want to give because it is not necessary and as a foreign my Spanish with not be accepted. If you press the button “don’t remind me again” it is there again each time you sign on. No you have a long way to go in order to get a 5 star rating.
Access problems
I have tried to use this app but having been successful with my iPhone and iPad I now get the message that i can’t connect due to a slow connection! I can log on through a web browser but the app is almost useless
Works occasionally
I have real problems with this app. I can get it to work on my iPhone ( except for when it doesn’t) but on my iPad it’s hopeless. The identification required changes each time you download the app. I did finally manage to successfully download and access it , using finger print access, only to find I couldn’t translate into English . There was no option anywhere on the app ?..So I have deleted it . I’ll continue to log in online via Chrome or Safari when using my iPad, which incidentally, I do not encounter any problems.

Change not always for the best!
The app used to be in portrait mode, but now it’s landscape and not as visually navigable, often freezing, failing to load. So disappointing, previous versions were amazing!
Stopped working
Was able to log in with fingerprint but the app no longer gives this option. Also will not allow any identification to be entered. Think it needs a new update to fix the problems. I can still log in but need to use the website.
Difficult to use
I’ve been with the bank for almost 2 years but I find using the app one most frustrating. It freezes at times, there are many log in options which are difficult to work out. It’s also very limited in offering you ways to use it.

On an iPad the menu on the right blocks the content on the left making it useless.

Apple Face ID issue
I recently upgraded iPhone - previous iPhone used thumbprint to access my account worked fine. New iPhone uses Face ID but just get login request from Banca March even though it says using Face ID. Think there is a bug in the Banca March app software
Problem with Update
An excellent app which normally works perfectly. There is, however, a problem with the new updated version. After signing out of the app it impossible to sign back in again as all login options disappear from the screen leaving nothing but the image of a flying flock of birds....muy atractivo pero no muy útil. The only way round this is to turn your device off and on again, after which the login option reappear. Maybe this is something the developers should be aware of when preparing the next update.
It’s a complicated app & FREEZES
On the app, it wanted me to reset a new pin code and then I made one. I pressed to accept, it came up “ loading “ and it kept on saying loading…
No More English Translation
The new app seems to have lost the capability to translate all screens from Spanish to English. On the old version there was an option to select which language was your preferred view. It would be good to have this facility reinstated. Thank you
Just OK
Not as good as other banking apps, a couple of features I miss are being able to browse the payment templates you have set up and when you look at a pdf receipt of a payment you have made you can no longer email it to yourself.
