La app no funciona
La app no funciona. Vine desde Evo que tenía una app buena y esta es un truño. Me daré de baja al final por esta razón.
Funcionamiento anómalo.
Recientemente he instalado la app “ Bankinter móvil” en mi iPhone (IOS 26.5.2) y configurado el móvil como “dispositivo de confianza”. Tras tener algunos problemas con la operativa de la tarjeta en el SAC de Bankinter me recomiendan desinstalar la app y reinstalarla. Desde que he reinstalado la app cada vez que me logo y entro me sale un aviso diciendo que ya tengo un dispositivo de confianza y que si quiero cambiarlo.Parece que el sistema no reconoce con claridad que aún habiendo reinstalado la app el dispositivo móvil sigue siendo el mismo y el que desde un principio ha sido configurado como de confianza. En el SAC me han reconocido que permanece siendo mi iPhone el de confianza. Ante la persistencia del aviso cada vez que abro la app incluso he aceptado el aviso e introducido la/s claves para para aceptar el “supuesto cambio de dispositivo de confianza” de uno a otro.Tras ello el sistema me responde con que el cambio se ha realizado correctamente.Aun así de nuevo cada vez que de nuevo entro sigue saliendo el mismo aviso. Ruego a los desarrolladores e informáticos implicados en el correcto funcionamiento de la app que lo solucionen. Gracias.
Lento y poco claro
Poca claridad y lentitud a la hora de llevar las cuentas. Cargos retenidos durante días. Cobros al momento pero la anulación de los mismos lleva varios días. Imposible llevar un control de tus cuentas de forma cómoda. No lo recomiendo si te gusta saber que has gastado y qué día.
Funcional
La aplicacion es compmeta y funcional. Aunque recientemente al abrir la app redirige al navegador y no permite usarla.

Si podéis saca tu dinero y busca alternativa; me han robado 3,000 euros. No es broma. Te engañan y no se hacen responsables.
Visualización en modo oscuro
Estaría muy bien que la aplicación se adaptase automáticamente la visualización cuando esté activado el "modo oscuro" del iPhone, como hacen muchas otras apps. Para los que tenemos problemas visuales es un engorro tener que andar cambiando la configuración del teléfono para invertir los colores del texto y el fondo.
English version needed
The app is in English, but when I downloaded opened, they are all in Spanish, there isn’t any way to choose English language

Muy mejorable. La app parece una simple adaptación de la web. Un banco tan fuerte debería tener una aplicación mucho más cuidada. Obliga a mantener las notificaciones activas, pero no avisa cuando te reclaman un Bizum
Easy
I use a number of banking apps in UK banks, and whilst you do get used to their limitations, I wouldn’t give any of them 5 stars. This Bankinter app in English is excellent and I use it most days.
Can’t login to the latest version
The latest version of the app doesn’t seem to work properly. Says session expired, enter credentials and still says it has expired, please fix. Thanks
Excelente servicio y fácil de usar
Una aplicación que facilita la vida. Desde que la tengo a penas he pisado una oficina. Me gusta tener todos mis datos accesibles. Lo único que aún no he solucionado es el recibo de Bizums. Yo no te go ni Gina dificultad para enviar pero de un tiempo a esta parte no puedo recibir pagos por Bizum. Imagino que es un problema administrativo que podré solucionar hablando con ellos.
Not working since update
Updated to the newest version today 14/10/21 and now the app is not working at all! There was no issues previously. The Bankinter symbol flashes up then disappears. You don’t even get to the sign in page. This needs sorted asap! Not good.
Language issue
Cannot figure out how to get an English translation or version once you’ve got past the initial login and set up. It switches to entirely Spanish and although I’m learning the language I would prefer to access in English.

Traspaso entre cuentas
Positivo: El mandar sms y alertas a numeros extranjeros. Por fin! Top! Negativo: Han cambiado el menu de traspasos y ahora hay que hacer 3 clicks mas para mover dinero entre mis cuentas...poor experience. El diseño de cuentas en cajas no me emociona, pero por lo demás la app es rapida y funciona bien.

An extremely poor app in terms of banking It is both slow and frustrating and doesn’t cater for different languages (English) Truly they need to overhaul & improve it

The app is fine but I feel I could use it more if I could understand it. ie: in English... Thank you..
Frustrating
Although the app detects that we need the English version and states that it will restart with the English translations, it doesn’t. Additionally, when trying to purchase house insurance, it states that there is no wifi signal, which is wrong. Quite frustrating at this early stage.
Language switching
The app overall is not bad but I often get replies in Spanish and have to navigate it in Spanish when I have a nonresidential account and specifically said I needed an English version.
Easy to use and the English version works very well
I will admit that the bank helped me to set it up and said it was easier to set up on a laptop than on the phone, but once set up it is thy e easiest bank app I have used. Clear and simple just what I needed.

Is there a English version ?
Language change
I have tried to alter the language from Spanish to English, the app, the Web both seize when confirming the change. I went into the bank who were also unable to change it on their system. I have reported this twice but am still unable to change language.
No English
The only reason I can not give this app 5 stars is I can not figue out how to change it to English. The documents clearly states Spanish and English.

App muy pobre para ser de un banco
Tengo las Apps de 3 bancos y este es sin duda el peor. Para el acceso touch tarda hasta 15 segundos para abrir el App y muchas veces solo abre tras varios intentos a pesar de que el reconocimiento de huella es instantánea. Hay varios detalles que no puedes consultar en la App y tienes que ir a la web completa.

The app details says that it is offered in English & Spanish but I cannot find where to switch language. It’s still relatively easy to find your way through it and would be 5 stars if the language option worked.

We have been with Bankinter for 16 years and despite many requests we’re still waiting for an English version.
ENGLISH
I have downloaded this app as it says on the information of the app, Language: English and Spanish... I’ve tried to find where to translate to English but my Spanish isn’t good so don’t know where to look ... any help would be appreciated
Bankinter mobile application
I think that the Bankinter iPhone App is fabulous. So much so, that I only go onto the Web version to download and save documents to my Windows Laptop. The remainder of the time, I use the App.
Terrible
No funciona bien. Bankinter, pongan más atención. Luego en cobrar comisiones son bien puntuales. Creo que me cambiaré de banco.

I used to use moneycorp which was incorporated Within the bank and almost every time I signed in it would lock me out. I hope the new partner does not have the same Problem,!! Other than that no problems to report. Ps, our bank staff are very good,!!! Thanks to all.
NOT GOOD
The older version was better. This app does not even translate. Only use it because I have to. BANKINTER. Take another look at this app.
Needs to be more European friendly
Handy app, but due to Spain diverse population, whether permanent or temporary more emphasise should be placed on the different options available through different languages.
