Worst Banking App I have EVER encountered
Constantly comes up with error messages. Logging in is a nightmare, transferring funds is terrible with constant error messages. Half the time information on your account is unavailable. Unbelievably complicated.

Podian tomar ejemplo de sus bancos competentes, hacer jn menu mas simple e intuitivo, con mejores accesos a Bizum y operaciones cotidianas, visualizacion de tarjetas y cuentas es un desastre visualmente, parece una app hecha por un chico de practicas, espero que mejoren la app porque menudo desastre para ser un banco de un nivel alto…

The face recognition sign in just takes me in a continuous loop of face recognition and products never load so I have to continually refresh until they decide to appear

Tiene un error que cuando entras en movimientos sale una raya que antes no salia y es bastante molesta verla ahi ls raya gracias, a ver si pueden solucionarlo gracias

Ever since you updated your security measures I have no way of accessing my money. I speak Spanish and went to one of your offices in Barcelona. They kept on saying my account is wefferent and there’s no way for them to help me. Your app is the worst I’ve ever used with lots of errors and there’s no way to speak to an actual person over the phone… horrible service!
English version a necessity.
I started banking with Cajamar 17 years ago because 2 staff at my local branch spoke very good English. However they have moved on but Cajamar have not and there is a growing need for an app in English to avoid confusion and mistakes.O had the current app but although my Spanish is passable I nearly managed to have my account blocked, which is not difficult these days but is horrendous to correct. Come on Cajamar support your very large English customer base.
No llegan todas las notificaciones
Cuando quiero pagar algo con la tarjeta de pagos por internet (mastercard) me es imposible ya que no llegan los mensajes para aceptar los pagos pero esto es algo que solo me pasa en iphone, antiguamente tenia un android y si me llegaban pero en iPhone no he encontrado la forma de que estas notificaciones aparezcan, ya que ni con la app abierta me sale ningun mensaje

Múltiples errores
La app da muchos errores, al abrir, realizar pagos y ahora al actualizarla no me deja abrir por lo que no puedo acceder a mi cuenta. Una pena que después de dos años usando esta app parece que no terminan de hacerla funcional.

I have opened an account, part of the process of doing things in Spain and this I understand, but unless I’ve missed it, there is no option to use the App in English, very very frustrating to. 60+ Man who needs to understand how to do things and cannot because he doesn’t speak or read Spanish 😞 Is there anyway to have the app in English?

Login error - “known issue”
I do like the app, but there are serious problems with basic functionality. After years of using the app, suddenly there is a repeated error when trying to log in. Bank aware that this is an issue, so I was holding out for weeks hoping it would get fixed, but still can’t log in. Now told to try reinstalling app… Preferred payee book has not worked since day one. Having to enter IBAN numbers and details every time from scratch is a hassle, particularly when payment errors occur and details need to be reentered, which is a regular occurrence.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. It could be written in Japanese for all the use it is. Disgraceful in these days. Virtually unusable.

Translation
You must have so many different nationalities using your site surely you can have an option to change it to English as another reviewer as said. Your website translates so why not this.

Nice App, but multilingual would help
I like the app, can understand some Spanish to help me around, but it would help a lot if the application was multilingual.
Can’t get it to work
Deleted previous version which worked perfectly. Loaded this version, put in correct user name and password. Keeps kicking me out and asks for password. The previous version has disappeared from App Store. Now can’t use app - useless.
Difficult to use I don’t speak Spanish
Please develop an English version. I am just learning Spanish, but I have not been able to use the app effectively. I get emails in English notifying me I have messages in the app. I open the app and struggle to find the message and struggle to read them. From reading another review I believe your website is in English, so I will try that and just use the app to read statements.

Looks a good site but no English option!!! But at least I can view my account quickly. Web site version keeps blocking me after a few visits!! Probably will think about changing banks in Spain!
Not useful
I opened account in Spain because I bought the property in Spain, unfortunately this app doesn’t have an option to change a language!! Use account in English is only possible on the bank website. They have a lot of foreign customers so they should have possibility to use English.
