Amazing application
This keeps my photos saved in a private space, and even when you erase them, you can still retrieve them.
Can't Open Photos
Everytime I open any photo or video the app crashes. It's pretty much unusable.
The next upgrade
Please add a search capability
2 necessary changes
The app really needs to be improved in the way Juan can file and transfer photos from one file to another. And I need to have the ability to be able to export with these many photos outside of KeepSafe
Sharing
I would like to be able to share my album with my husband

Do Not Trust This App
I’ve been using Keepsafe and paying for it for 4 years. The first time I actually needed to restore my photos, I discovered that all of my pictures were gone. Years’ worth of precious memories are now lost. I will never use this app again, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.
It no longer supports importing from files and other apps
I’ve been using this app for the past 10 years now & it’s been very great. Definitely the best of its kind out there. In the past you could import from files and other apps but they seem to have taken that option out from within the app and if you tried doing so from other apps it always fails. You can now only import from photos or camera which is a huge drawback. If the developers could see to this then I’ll gladly rate it 5 stars but for now I’ll stick with 4.
Disappointed
I have been using the app for a few years now. And now my items don’t backup it just keep saying backup is in progress
Neg
Not worth the money in my opinion, if often loses my videos after a while
Great app
Used KeepSafe for years just wish you didn’t have to pay to recover deleted things
CRASHES AND CLOSES EVERY TIME I CLICK MY PHOTO
DO NOT PUT YOUR PRIVATE PHOTOS ON THIS APP THEY WILL STEAL IT AND SHARE IT TO UNAUTHORIZED USERS AND FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ALLOW FOR THEM TO VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS. I had photos of myself as a kid on this app time to take it off and download to my phone and both I phone is refusing to download my photos, the app keeps forcing me to accept new terms and conditions that gives them possession over my property just for using their “privacy vault” it’s suppose to be private property not keep safe property they are just a tool for holding NOT the owners. By the time you’ve accepted all the bs terms and conditions they probably have copied your private photos and is selling it to the highest bidder the way they force these updates new terms and policies in you expecting you to accept bulks of pages of legal documents in a matter of seconds is predatory and the fact that you can’t extract your photos any other way except the app gives apple more leverage over your private data. It’s a data war and these predatory companies are trying their best especially with their policies to take ownership of your property. Be very careful and DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR PRIVATE PHOTOS.

New KeepSafe
The app is a lot slower. I can’t move photos around in the folders like I used too Takes a long time to open the folders What ever you did when you upgrade the system I lost a couple of hundred photos , I complained and eventually you found some of the missing photos and sent it back as one loads of mixed photos
Bien
Pero y no permite reubicar las fotos de un Álbum a otro ni tampoco editarlas Creo que este año culminó mi Plan.
Great.
Is a Great. App is well paid
Extorted me for almost $30 to not delete my photos
My documents were irreplaceable and now lost because I didn’t want to pay up the $30 they extorted me for. Don’t use this app if you plan to keep your files. Would have given zero stars.
Awesome but…
Obviously this app is great for storing photos/videos, but, I wish there was a way to see how many pictures/videos are in each album. Am I missing a setting or something?
Organizing Issues
I don’t like the change to moving items. Hitting share and opening to a menu with texting and social media increases the risk of accidents. God forbid I send something I shouldn’t out into the world. -Y’all gotta change this. A private photo safe where it’s extremely easy to make everything not-so-private is terrible. Who approved that!?

Crashes a lot!
The app always crashes when open longer that 10 seconds

Se puede recuperar imágenes antiguas? Deje de usar la app mucho tiempo y ya no tengo las fotos que tenía guardadas
Crash
App constantly crashes now
Photo Loss
Not sure if it’s something I’ve done wrong, but I’ve lost hundreds of photos that I placed in Keepsafe to look after 😫
Awesome app
Love everything about the app. Would love to have a slideshow option available
Crash all the time
The app keeps crashing. Also keep showing it’s updating when login and not able to access my files.
Good
Very cool
Still unable to open videos
Still unable to open certain videos I’ve saved on keep safe. Just got a blank screen.
Interface nova
Estava usando a interface nova. Tive que desinstalar o app e quando instalei de novo voltou para a interface antiga. Como faço para usar a nova? Não aparece nada no app para atualizar
Reliable
I’ve been using KeepSafe for quite a while and it always works with no hiccups and keeps everything backed up even when you get a new phone!
Wouldn't Recommend
App always crashes and needs to be re-started. If you're looking for a stable place to store valued content, I wouldn't choose this one.
Mala actualización
It was updated and donkey more than half of the photos I had saved
Amazing
Best privacy app
Vdo not downloading from vault
I am a premium user from last 4 years. Post the recent update videos are not downloading from the vault. It just keeps downloading content and then gives the error try again. Please help to fix this bug.

Great app
It’s a great app but lots of limitations for free version
My x rated
I have a few pictures and videos that I don’t want others to see, very private. I feel completely safe using KeepSafe. As an IT professional with over thirty years experience I’ve attempted to jailbreak this app using all my experience without any success. Great App highly recommended.
Terrible
It crashes at random times and it happens every time I open it. I cannot accomplish anything without it crashing. I’ve tried every fix I can find and nothing fixes it. I guess I’ll have to delete it and end up losing all photos but I’m not paying for it for another year when I cannot use it!
Archivos perdidos
Cada actualización pierdo archivos, y solo dice “error”
Disappointing
Looks like a good helpful app but it clearly states slideshow is available with the basic feature. This is apparently not available and no idea when it will be launched. Not sure it’s fair to state this as an included feature when it isn’t!!
Not sure
This updated redesign is an insane step back, not sure whether the previous designer got sacked or this was made by some random person on fiverr. I’m also not sure this even went through usability testing as i can’t even do basic things anymore like hold and drag to select multiple images, gotta tap one by one, it’s 2025 this non excusable. On the plus side at least it’s uploading to the cloud more consistently.
