Very upset
I have been having this app for some yrs. I even purchased the extra from them and when I switched phones the app did not save any of my info that was hidden In there. I tried to Contact them but received no answer back. I have lost a lot of info. If you value your info or pics do not change phone or don't trust this app to keep it for you!!!!!
Forgot My Password
Hello Will You Hlep Me Reset My Password
Not quite what it’s cracked up to be.
Well it works ok except I can’t get it to play gifs and even though I have paid for the pro version I still get ads. I bought the app so that my young daughter could keep her photos away from her brother who was editing them all of the time. She is 9 and doesn’t need to see ads for chats with scantily clad women thank you. I have emailed the developers but in common with some other reviewers have failed to receive a reply.

How do I recover a lost password?
HELP!!!
Help I set up the dot passcode a while ago and haven’t been able to get into my absence because I forgot it. Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done to recover the files or password.

Dear Team, I’ve been using this application for the past four years and have been working well with it. I want to express my gratitude for your efforts in ensuring the safety of our photos and videos. Currently, I’ve forgotten my password, which has prevented me from unlocking the application. Could you please assist me in regaining access to my account?
Don’t pay for pro
I purchased pro version to get rid of ads but I still get ads. Also, I see no way to delete videos after they are imported

This is suppose to be a covert app for photos. I’m sitting near my wife when the ad blurts out “Looking for friends with benefits?” 😳
Update the old app with umbrella “my disk”
I had a bunch of stuff saved in that app “my disk” with umbrella which I still have. Please update that version so I can retrieve my stuff
Reset Password
Hi I am using the app from last 1 year 8 months. Recently I forgot my password, I am trying with a password I remember but when it opens it does not have my secret photos. Please guide
Easy to use
Very easy to use. Intuitive.
WHAT HAPPENED?
I have used this app for years and all of a sudden recent when I attempt to look at the app it goes straight to an advertisement and goes no further. What happened to one of the best vault apps ever? Now it is the worse vault app ever.
Ads
The Ad’s freeze up. I can’t close them all I get into the app to see my stuffs every once in awhile I don’t get an ad and i can get in. But it’s a pain when you can’t get in to see your photos.
Since 2014??
I have used this app often on since 2014. Today I decided to try it again so I downloaded it and miraculously remembered my password got logged in and it told me my 30 day trial had expired and I needed to make a one time payment of $.699. Why can’t these apps be forthcoming and say in the description thatyou have to purchase them after a trial. Instead of just springing it on you? I will not pay for an app to use occasionally!
Compromised App
Well thought out app. Spoiled by intrusive ads in pro version.
I like it
Nice
Lost data
I lost my phone and bought a new one. Downloaded this app from my iCloud and it asked me to reset the master and that data would not be lost. I rest the master and now I don’t have any of my data. Any ideas how to retrieve data?
Advertisements
Paid for the app and still get advertisements.

Soo many ads
App is not stop ads. Some block you from seeing your pictures anti you restart the app. I’m going to keep looking for something better without the spam
Reset Forgot Password option is not der
Hello all can some one guide me how to rest the password I’m unable to open the application as I have forgot the password…There is no ways to reset the password in the main screen…
Lost everything
App itself works fine but won’t carry over your data with new devices and everything in your files is lost with no warning.
SPV newbie
Struggling to sort out all the passwords required but I’m sure it will be worth it in the end.
Absolute garbage!
Used to be free, now old features behind paywall. Ads are intolerable.
Disgusting
Your advertisements are disgusting and inappropriate. Why have porn like advertisements.
Password
Does anybody know how to reset your password. I’ve forgotten mine. I can’t see anyway of doing it
How to reset password
Password forgot
Nice App
I like this App, it’s just what I was looking for, the one annoying thing though is that I still get adverts even after paying £4.99 for the Pro version.
Travelingman4
Excellent
Scam app
After several years of the app being free, the app now forces you to pay to access your content, otherwise you cannot access it and it’s gone. The app says after you pay, you’ll have premium access and the ads will go away. I had to pay to access my files, and after paying, the app still has ads. It’s a total and complete scam do not download or trust your information with these con artists
Great storage
Been using for the last few weeks, easy to transfer images and videos (after paying to import vids) but just means is not clogging up my pictures. The only thing I have an issue is that its not that easy to find a folder if you forget to save it. Lost a few pics!
How to reset password
I am forget my password please help me to reset it

Googles of Bugs
This application is riddled with buttons that don’t work or do nothing. The app shuts down all of the time for no reason. Basic functionality is bad at best. I paid for the app. I can’t get rid of the ads. There is very little documentation, and I can’t seem to raise the developer. Garbage.
Forget password how to unlock ?
Help me as soon as possible
Master Password
I upgraded my free to paid version yesterday. While opening a hidden file it asked password. Hitherto I used bio authentication so my master password is forgotten. I sent an email yesterday to support. But till now no reply. So support is not good for this app. Support team please resolve to take action on this request
Does anyone know how to move back pictures from vault to gallery
