Ya no se actualiza mi iPad y no veo mis fotos .
Como ver archivos de fotos que los tenía . Pero la actualización en mi iPad mini viejo ya no me permite actualizar y no puedo abrir la aplicación . Tengo fotos importantes como ver .
So sad
Had the app for years and it just deleted itself off my phone and it came back as if I never downloaded it before I lost all my valuable photos idk what happen but it’s definitely fishy I’ll be on standby for any legal action required or necessary. Cant believe the app owners just went out that way.
Great app
Amazing app and have been using it for years now. Great for storing photos that you want to keep safe. Would be 5 stars but doesn't seem to store gifs.
Falling Apart in Disrepair
This app is falling apart from disrepair. It does a weird screen flip-flop on iPad when you start it in landscape. It only pulls photos from those in dedicated albums now, not from the main collection, so you have to move pictures into an album to then transfer in. When transferring photos or videos to another device, it only transfers the audio of the videos and the first video frame. This app is dying a slow death which is a shame, because it used to be quite good.
**FIXED** What happened? It doesn’t work anymore!
Fixed, but never did get a reply to several of my inquires. Even a reassuring, prepared, canned email that they were working on a fix would have been helpful and saved me a lot of trial and error remedies. ….Since last update, app no longer works using iphone or iPad! Can’t upload documents or photos from Library to KY folders. I reached out to the developer but got no reply. Shame because it was nice having a secure, safe place to store documents other than the cloud.
Awesome
I’ve used it for many years and it is perfect. Only thing I can mention it could be more secure instead of 4 digit pin.
endless tracking
In settings you can disable all sorts of tracking “request”, but not all at once, but (seriously) 90 single clicks - that takes patience, because the “deny all” button doesn’t work. Worse, after a while you check back and new “services” have appeared, and for all the new ones the setting is of course set to “allowed”. Honestly, I paid for this app to avoid such scams, not to finance them.
Superb
This is an excellent app for storing pictures and securely. It also has superb file management features and some very handy image editing tools. A very useful feature is the ability to download directly from the web with the built in browser using a very streamlined workflow. Nice!! It would be great if you could have subfolders for your downloaded files.
Fix the download
When I play a video the download option pops up but when I press on the down option to download a video it says an error and it doesn’t download.
Not bad
It does the job. Wish it had some more features though.
La mejor
Excelente aplicación , la mejor privacidad , excelente en todo
Progressively Worsening
Firstly, I paid for this app years ago and didn’t get what I paid for. Now, the app just constantly cuts to black screen then boots me back to password screen. Can’t use it for even a few seconds. Lame! Update: now the browser will not go into landscape mode no matter what. Please fix this. Worst money spent!
Great App!
This app is simple, quick and truly effective. I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve never had any problems. BUT, there is one major downfall if you’re not careful. If for ANY reason you loose or have to get a new eSIM and number all your KYMS data may be erased. I recently got a new iPhone and number and was able to recover most of my iCloud data. It was a fail for everything that was on KYMS. Just a warning.
Video playback buggy
The app works as advertised - mostly. My only gripe is the video playback is extremely poor. Audio is broken, freezes when one tries to fast forward…
Can’t access camera roll.
Title says it all. Can’t add any media from camera roll. Only media from specific albums that aren’t updated regularly. Please revert.
Hi
This is the best app really i love it so much
Was Great..... Until it wasn’t
I don’t really know where to start with this review. It was once a fake calculator app when I bough it many years ago and now it isn’t. Hell I don’t even know if this is still the version I paid for since I now see ANOTHER KYMS app by the same dev with a price tag. Either way, back when I was afraid of family members snooping around on my devices this app was near perfect. It had its own simple private browser and really easy to manage photo albums. I had it all organized, twice since I lost all of my stuff once before but I can’t remember how since it was years ago. Why bring that up? I’m glad you asked! This app has stopped working permanently once again and so far the only thing I can do right now is to delete the app and reinstall. Will it keep my stuff? I don’t know but considering I lost everything in the past it probably won’t. Ah but what about iCloud backups? I have no idea how to tell if this app is backed up or not and where to find said files. So I might be out of luck again. Don’t buy this app if you plan on using it to keep stuff safe, you’ll just end up loosing everything randomly when the app decides to not work one day
Videos not downloading
I am unable to download the videos. Is ther an issue?
Getting worse by the day
There have been some ridiculous updates recently. Moving pictures into this application requires one to add photos to an album first. The photo Library is no longer accessible - only albums. There is a forced survey at the top even in the paid app now. The features for future versions being surveyed make no sense - this app used to do one thing well and now I don’t know what they are trying to become.
White bar needs to go!
Great app, but the white bar is across the bottom of the screen permanently when viewing images, which really lets it down. The normal iPhone photos app removes the bar
Reordenar
Great for the most part
Support is all but non existent. For some reason it stripped out all of my Audio on all the videos, but it does a great job other than a few bugs.
Not Any More
This used to be my goto app but not anymore. Once I upgraded to IOS 18, the app would crashed when trying to create and save a card in the wallet section. I reported this twice but it hasn’t been resolved. I really like this app but looking for a replacement. SG
What happened to being able to cast videos?
The function seems to not be available anymore?
Review
That’s amazing
New update wont work
Pictures wont transfer as it used to. I wrote an email and it has been a week with no update.
My special things..
I absolutely love this app. It is so very easy to use while storing special things, pictures, videos, and even the most private moments, thoughts and pictures. KY is unaffected by deleting pictures, videos, memes gifs and most private recordings from my iPhone library. I simply love it.
Bugs
The application is good, but on every iOS upgrade there will issue some bugs, and every time I report the issues for them, but unfortunately they don’t respond neither find a fix for it, you have to wait a long time till they release a new version.
App needs to update new features
Wish i can save Gif pictures.. when i upload them they turn into a still picture Hope they listen to the reviews of others and update the app
Love it!!!
Literally love this freakin app!! It has saved me so many times!!!
Password
I forgot my password and I didn't have any option to recovery
Great app
Great app, I’ve used it for years, only one downside, you can import voice memos into the app.
Old Icon Was Better!
Keeps force closing. I’m running iOS 18.1 but it’s been doing it since iOS 17. 15 pro here

Not good
Got this when the face was a functional calculator, little extra security for any snooping people, decided to purchase the full version, not long after they dropped the calculator face and gave it this note at all conspicuous look. Gets worse, had it installed on phone and ipad, always updated by the cloud, got new phones eventually and all files were automatically added to the app on them, no changes, got a new ipad recently, installed the app I own but the folders were never populated by the cloud, no matter how many times I installed and reinstalled it, the app shows I own all the features but my files aren’t in it, it worked on multiple devices previously, but now only on my phone, no help on their site, guess they just decided to make my previous multiple device allowed app only useable on one device. Wouldn’t recommend this product for the app face switch and the biggest flaw or purposeful restricting of devices after purchase.
Nice app but improvements need
I am using this app for long time, unfortunately my I phone get in to factory setting, after when I want to recover the pictures and notes I can’t make it. If that one possible I will give 5 star.
Keeps crashing
Please fix! The app keeps crashing and id like to update my card information that I keep in this app 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
It seemed perfect, but…
It doesn’t allow you to keep your photos in a sequential order. They are completely random, which is really frustrating.
User for years and years
Whatever you guys do, don’t ever stop supporting this app 🤩, love you guys!
Details that matter
The app is replete with bugs!! Crashes every time I open it!Details really make a difference! When in landscape mode a white line stays on the screen. Don’t waste your money
Its a request pls help me to reset my password
Its a best app but I forgot the password n i really want my pictures which are stored in vault Pls give me a solution or a link which can help me to reset my password please🙏🏻🙏🏻
Need a way to organize
Would be great if you had a folders option for passwords so you can organize them according to category or at least a search option to find the one you are looking for. Or if they were alphabetical instead of just in the order of entry. With all the passwords you have to have for everything you do it would make it a lot easier
Trouble
How to change language in app I forgot my password how to change it
My go to app!
I’ve enjoyed the privacy of this app for years now. I rely on it for so many of my passwords and private information. Great app!
Issues
Pictures dissappear
App is best but No gifs no fun
gifs or animated photos should work inside the app :(
Crashes
Recently the app crashes when trying to add a new card to wallet.
3 star for removing calculator otherwise 5
It was better previously with look of calculator, no one guess if look like calculator. Do change with Calculator face
