What people like
- The interface is simple and easy to use
- It shows arrival times down to the second
- You can pin your favorite stops for quick access
What they complain about
- Bus times and data often disappear completely
- Ads interrupt you constantly and are hard to close
- Support never actually helps with your specific issues
Best way to get around is by using TransitWatch
Always available to the user which is helpful. Easy to use and full of all the routes in all of San Francisco incline the stations arc.
Not workin
This app has not shown info for months!
Muni
Works sometimes. Unreliable. Slow I pay but most do not. Not a real city transit system. So lame really.
Times went away!
The key feature of this app was knowing when SF Muni would arrive but it lost that data not long ago! I’ll no longer be using the app as a result, am moving over to Transit.
Nice idea
Yes, App is very attractive at first glance. Implementation, fortunately leaves to desire. Missing are Such as the ability to organize the various routes. And also they need to make multiple entries, or a single route at least the ones that I travel.
Best
Best for muni so far.
Can’t get it to work
Will not pull up routes and times.
Great app! but…
i personally love this app and have been using it for the last 5 years. i recommend this app to all my colleagues too. however, the app has been having this bug for the longest time on my device where it doesn’t display the times for the 7 Haight-Noriega Inbound to SF Transit Center. it just doesn’t do it. all other routes work but that one. it becomes a bit of an issue when that’s one of the routes that i depend on to move places and it’s just not available 🫠.
Doesn’t work
Been using years, it’s stoped showing routes a while ago. Please fix the issue, would love continue using this app.
1AX!?
Where tf did the 1AX go !? Please update your app
Best Muni App (in my opinion)
The GUI is easy to use and you can add all the bus lines. The lines are individually color coded and each stop is depicted with their own circle. It's pretty simplistic which I like, not too crowded. Really like this app over something like Google Maps. Additionally you can pin your stops too. btw the new icon and name is... not it honestly
junk
a piece of junk, show all the routes are unavailable. don't waste your time.
??pins
Decent but wish you could pin more than 3 stops Amazing that this can be used as a shortcut on the iPhone. Love love this feature.
App is ok
Although the interface is very useable I frequently receive connection errors. There are also no indications on extended wait times & the arrows for inbound & outbound towards the end of the routes are sometimes flipped. Maybe if the arrows were filled & unfilled(outlined) it would allow for some system error in direction while providing clarity on the direction of the vehicle.
Timing is always off
I take the 31 the timing is always off.
Muni
When will the rest of the bus lines goes back to its full route?
Broken
App stopped working. No updates since dev says data feed problems.
med to good
good when it’s accurate on bus times in san fran
Ads cover location icon
So can’t get map to move where you are. Trying to close ad just jumps to its bigger advertising page. Renders app mostly useless.
Please Update the App
Hi there, I have been using this apps. It is very useful for me to commute. However, the hours for Muni trains are not available. It only appears the Muni buses. I need the trains schedules to be updated too. Thank you.
Really accurate arrival times
I use this everyday to pick which bus to take on the way home and to decide when I leave in the morning. The time of arrival is counted down in seconds so it is very precise. Love this app!
App no longer works
Opened the app and no longer see any bus times. Opened it weeks later and still the same. See a note on developer notes that bus times no longer work due to a data feed change - no mention of that at all though in the app. App is now useless and update is taking over a month. I paid for this and now am deleting this.
Accusing
Sometime some buses scheduled just wouldn’t show up.
Once great, but now not so much.
I used to depend on this app, but ever since quarantine started a year ago, it doesn’t show bus times. It’s basically just a bus stop map at this point.
Helpful!!
Seems accurate
Not working no more
All of the bus stop showed not available, routes are not showing either. There’s no trouble shooting button. I really like this app and been using it for years. Hope they can fix the issue asap!
Milosh
Time to time app is runing out of time and its not relevant
Not working
Not working 1/27/20. It says all the buses are 60 minutes away but I called 311 and everything is running normally
Best muni app
Shows what I need
Not working anymore.
I don’t know since when this app is not working anymore. It always said “not available”. I’ve been trying to use different phone to test it out. Same thing. So … bye.
Pretty good
Not always 100%accurate but good to have when the thingy is broken
T muni line no longer displaying
The T line dropped off this app two months ago. I commute on this line everyday to work. Other muni lines and buses work fine. Please fix!
Useful
Right on the Money.
WHEN WILL YOU FIX?
Hasn’t been displaying times for a week now!!
Great! - but..
I’ve used this app almost as long as I’ve lived in the city and it’s been nothing but reliable (for the most part, ha!). But I’ve recently realized that all the underground muni have been removed from the map and made the commute super UNreliable. :( They’re part of the muni system so not sure what happened and wish they’d fix the issue, but there hasn’t been an update in so long it seems pretty far fetched..
Would like to be off line.
Very useful, but it useless if don’t have WiFi connection.
Ok
Great app but there are tons of glitches where it says 0 minutes for like 10 minutes and tons of inaccurate delays, needs improvement
No longer works after API change?!
Broken now and won’t predict anything
Thanks!
Thanks for the response and guidance to settings! Updated to 5 stars.
