Sucks
Pretty great
I have always found SFMTA web services hard to use in terms of tracking certain routes, and Apple Maps only shows specific options depending on outside factors. This is a great place to get updated time estimates for any alternate routes/lines you might want to take instead. It would be awesome if we could set a filter view of the routes such as northbound vs southbound routes at the top of the screen.
Not intuitive
Almost got cited because it wouldn’t show my active tickets.
Bud
Route
My bus
Not to good so far
Dumb
It says I have to share my location but I can’t even enable it at all even if I go to settings now I’m gonna miss the bus again
Muni
Works great
Not user friendly
Seems impossible to find routes not preselected
In accurate arrival times
Not accurate arrival times. Every morning it says “next bus in 8 min” but really it’s arriving that very moment
Excellent App
All pertinent details are clearly shown for each route. Arrival time estimates are great.
STUPID
The App isn’t useful as it was before
June
Fair
Predictions off
Recently your prediction time has been off. Several months ago I could time the app to the minute. Now if it says my bus is coming in 3 minutes it means it’s there already

Poorly Designed App
Not user friendly.
When it works…
But sometimes there is no prediction. If this the Muni’s official app then it should be the most reliable.
Start Screen Lame
An app that shows arriving times for a bus does not need ANY seconds of time of an “intro” screen imitating travel. Just go directly to the information needed. Dump that initial screen. It’s annoying.
Runs numbers now appears!!
I cannot tell you how gratified I am to be able to see the run numbers. I use this app for my job. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. Plus it tells which direction it is!!! I don’t like the promotions ads that just won’t quit. I tried applying but if you are not using Mastercard, all of you info is rejected. A waste of time. Distracting.
Routes
Bus arrivals is always late. Students are now getting back to school and make the bus crowded again. And those going to work no matter how they are early to catch the bus still late to work due to the late arrival and long waiting time for the bus.
Probably muni’s fault for 2/3
The lack of predictions and disappearing buses are probably a mini think but the main beef I have with this particular app is that it assumes I know the destinations of every route. JUST TELL ME THE BUS NUMBER
I like this app very much! Please do not discontinue this app, thank you very much!
Hi Alex, I like this app very much! Please do not discontinue this app, thank you very much!
Awful
App
The app is really good
The app is accurate and really good. It does not have any glitches that I can say every time I use it the buses are actually weather at and not canceled or anything like that. Just a really good app.
Lame ads
Lame to have ads
efficient, easy
it just works!
This is one of the worst bus apps available
Good luck. This app is impossible.
Ghhh
Nice
Confusing
This is not a user friendly app. Very confusing to the new users.
Used by Muni Operator, my go to muni app.
I’m a Muni Operator, and this app has been the best for me for over a year, as it has been uniquely useful to check on the buses I will be taking over out on the route. The Dev is helpful and responsive to support questions. 5 stars!
Terrible
Complicated and useless at the same time.
