Can’t believe the Swans are happy to use this so called App to TRY and deliver mobile tickets to its members. Massive FAIL! Don’t bother.
It’s a bit glitchy
Too often I find myself stuck in a screen can’t get out, so have to close and re-open the app. The link to swans members tickets seems better this year
Bring back landscape
I use this app regularly and the last update has enforced it to portrait mode. When using an IPad this is not preferable. Please return the landscape option
App tipping
App freezes when trying to open tipping page - have to close & log in again
Great highlights to games
Today I went to a Sydney v Richmond game and Sydney more than tripled Richmond.
Update doesn’t work on iOS 16
Well done, Swans. Your update has rendered the app dead on my and my husband’s iPhones. As longtime members, how are we supposed to download tickets now? Unacceptable.

Great app but you often need to reinstall or log in multiple times after an update
Can’t Access
This app now requires ios16 or more. I have an older phone and I now cannot access the app at all. Can’t even go back to a previous version. As a member I now have no access to any of the features of this app.
Too busy, clunky, a poor user interface
This is a really poorly thought through app. Things that should be simple are difficult to find, let alone complete as an action. I use it because I have to.
Very useful information & Having access to Emails addresses
I’m myself would love to see having Dean Cox to send ms an email each week to see how they are doing and everything else in between stuff.
Shocking
We are Melbourne based members and can never access our Sydney games. Have to log into Ticketmaster for the Member ID but Ticketmaster never recognises our email address and tells us to try again later! Then to reserve seats you have to go through Ticketek! It is an absolute shambles.

Ticketmaster ruins the website
It’s so hard trying to link in to my personal membership information that’s run by Ticketmaster. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. And try and find where the information is located when it does work…. It’s not user friendly.

Impossible to get membership tickets
Membership tickets section continuously pops up with an error despite deleting and redownloading app as well as logging in and out.
Behinds
Longmire needs to focus on getting the behinds down. This is why you are losing because you can’t kick set kicks from in the 50. I don’t know if Longmire even looks at any of the statistics and your getting 16 and 17 behinds and only 10 goals.

Makes me want to cancel my membership
I find this one of the worse apps I have ever used especially when combined with the need to go through Ticketmaster as well. The amount of stress this app has caused plus lack of support really gas me considering not renewing my membership next year. Thanks Brett Murray
Can’t view videos in landscape
Great app. love the Bloods and staying up to date but Why can’t I view videos in landscape anymore?
Membership and tickets
The app is great but there needs to be a better way to link member tickets, both home games and away, and the app.

Enjoy all articles especially lighter side into players outside football. Always find coaches comments insightful as well
TERRIBLE APP
I absolutely HATE the app and the way Swans have outsourced their ticketing to Ticketmaster. I am trying to put my son’s member ticket on his mobile phone, and Ticketmaster will not allow this. Cannot login to MY OWN account on his phone. Cannot give him m his OWN ticket. I HATE THIS!!!!!

Please fix the full screen video issue
I love this app…….but …..Please, please, please fix the issue with viewing videos in full screen. I have to turn my device off every time I do this to reset the app as it still freezes no matter which device I use.
Terrible interface
Slow to load, can’t pinch and expand page otherwise it disappears. Clunky. Hard to find stories.
Mad Swan
Who ever designed this app has shown no respect for people with older iPhones and iPads who cannot now use the app and a lot of these people are the elderly. Get your act together.
