Accidentally deleted notes
How do I recover it?
I paid for this app way long ago
I’m seriously upset that they’re forcing ads on people who paid for this so many years ago. They need to take the ads away, it’s ridiculous I don’t intend to fork out money just because they decide to do this to the OG users. New ones? Sure but not for the long term users who had ALREADY PAID.
Organizational FUN!
Love this app! I especially like the pass code lock feature for private information. Needs more covers though and wish you could choose to organize notes within pads by date or other.
Everything is premium
Dude I can only have access to about 5 out of 50 of the cases for notes, and if I want to make a custom one, that’s also premium, paying money for this bullgiddy is crazy
Can’t access app!
App refuse to open after several tries and trouble shooting. (Uninstalling and reinstalling app several times, powered phone off multiple times) still no success. HELP PLEASE!!!
Love it!
I've been using Note'd since 2013, and I hope they never take it off the app store! When I use the app, I usually turn my wifi off, so that solves the ad issue. (Though I do watch ads sometimes, to support the app.) I just wish there was a way to export all of my notes to ensure I have a backup in case the app is taken off the app store / ios update issue / etc. Otherwise, I love it!
Not Working Properly - Needs Update ASAP!
Needs an update ASAP! Appears there hasn't been an update since Jan 2024! As of last week, every time you try to make an entry, it skips all the way to the bottom of the note. After EVERY SINGLE ENTRY! SUPER ANNOYING! Also, it stopped bringing the last note to the the top of the notes. It looks like the app just stopped working. It used to work great but looks like the app is outdated. I pay for the annual subscription. If you're not going to update the app, I need a refund. There are way too many other apps out there, especially updated ones with better features and functions to not do regular updates, at least annual updates and have someone check to be sure it's working properly, especially if you're charging people. Please update ASAP or retire the app and provide refunds to paying customers.
Ads
I love this app I have used it for a long time. The only thing I dislike about it is the fact that the ads are on here and I don’t understand why I have ads when I own the app I got it along time ago and the ads started when I got a different phone.
Not functional unless you pay
I first started using this app 12 years ago. It was cute and the basic functionality was free. At some point, I stopped using it but today I needed to make a note and decided to open this app. I had five notebooks. One was empty and I wanted to rename it. The app wouldn’t allow me to rename it without subscribing. I deleted the notebook and now I can’t create another because every single cover design is “premium “, there are no free options. So, I’ll be exporting any info I have in the app and I’ll delete it, because I don’t want another subscription.
App Will Not Open
I have used this app for years and have liked the options very much. I can no longer open the app in my phone. It crashes each time. Please fix this!!
SUPER LOVE IT
I’m wondering how to remove the ads.
The worst dev ever!!
I have purchased this app a long time ago and I was using all of its available covers without ads. Now after the update, the dev changed the app to force the old customers to pay yearly or monthly subscriptions. It doesn’t make any sense. I’m deleting this app and I will submit a request for a refund cus it’s waste of money.
Easy to use
Only thing i don't know how to rename the note or delete the note that i created. Thank you
Continual crashing upon open
Since the IOS 17 update the app crashes while opening with or without the facial recognition. It’s a fatal loop.
Lost all my notes
Note’d just face me and then went bye bye. Lost all my notes. What happened?? You need to find it again.
Advertising
How to remove advertising?
Lost my old premium access…
I’ve loved NOTE’d since it was first released, at which time I purchased the app (it was not “free” lonnnnng ago). But when ads suddenly appeared again, a couple of years ago, the offer to buy a “Premium” account was offered. Apparently my original purchase of the app didn’t carry over into this new plan. And, I’m sorry, but that just stinks. Original purchasers of the app, when it was first released, should have their premium membership grandfathered in. I’ll not pay them more money, and will just use the updated/improved “Notes” app on my phone…for free.
Love it!!
It’s been 3 years I’ve been using this app and I absolutely love the simplicity and usefulness of this app. I would only request to add the list feature in your app with viewable completed items.
Too many ads
This app is great, but every time you do anything an ad will waste your time. I believe I paid for this app, so ads are not welcome. I would probably pay to get rid of them, but as that is not an option, I’ll look for a different app. Don’t recommend.
Needs improvement
Sometimes you may no longer need a note book but it doesn’t let you remove it nor does it let you go back in to the note book if you didn’t finish writing but has to leave for something more important and the thing you were writing is unfinished not if you forgot to title the notebook does it let you do that at an other time. Please make the changes so anyone can do this. Thank you
LOVE IT!
This app has been my go-to note taking app for a couple years! I love the fact that u can use a different notebook for whatever you like. By far the cutest note taking app there is!❤️much love
Cancel-🧟♂️♿️
Well. Since there’s been no update since the app crashed & LOST ALL MY NOTES, no more $ for you!!!!😡 Canceling my subscription.
Great, one problem
This is a great app, and I use it all the time. There is a little bug, however, that makes it crash anytime you use the "take a photo" feature. You must save your document before you add any pictures, or you will subsequently lose your entire note. This is devastating in a business meeting or lecture setting. Thanks in advance for your consideration. Edit: This problem has been partially fixed, as the app won't crash after the first picture, but still crashes on the second photo added.
Restore purchases
There’s no way to remove ads or restore purchases from older version.
Loved this ...Before All The Adds
I have had this app for years and have loved it ...Now with all the adds ….they need to Find a way to get rid of the adds 🤯🤯🤯
Indispensable!
Un endroit parfait pour: - Livres à lire - Choses prêtés - Musique à acheter - Etc.
App crashed—lost everything
App crashes the other day so i couldn’t get into it for 24 hours. Now i can get in today and EVERYTHING—all my notes and passwords are in cleared out. I have had this app for years and now have nothing.
I hardly ever rate apps, this one worth the effort
Ok this is the best note app going and I have tried a bazillion of them. Lots of different notebooks that I can organize, I can add pictures and audio. Love it...WOULD LIKE TO SEE that you could open up a note page and it return to chronological order instead of moving to the latest page. Sometimes I want to edit something from weeks ago - but I want it to stay in the order it was in before I edited it. Also, please, PLEASE, add a search function!!
Disappointed
I absolutely loved this app! Then they started including ads that takeover the screen and I have to wait for them to finish before I can access my notes. I would have happily paid for the app but that is not an option. I’ve used the app for years but now I will have to find another one.
Remove the ads!
How much do we have to pay to get those ads removed? It’s so annoying to see an ad every time I finish writing something. Not even YouTube gives me this many ads!!!!
iPhone X Support
Been using this app since 2014 so many memories . THANK YOU FOR THE UPDATE HERE GOES ANOTHER 20 years !!
The app crashes when I try to open it?
I just want my notes back :/
Pretty good
Does what it needs to do. Only beef is launching it stops any music on yer phone. Too bad you dropped the blue-green icon, it was nice
ADs with sound
I don't mind the ads pop up but with sound, it's very annoying. I have used this app for several years and liked it but considering stop using it because if the sound.
Too many ads
Really just too many ads, gravely endangered user experience
Love this app!
I’ve tried quite a few note apps, but this one is by far the best...or was?! Please update!! Backup isn’t working anymore which makes it iffy to use now :(
Won’t open
Is there an update coming soon? It seems not to be compatible with the latest apple os and won’t open on my phone. I need to access my files please
Videos please
It would be great if there was and update that will make us able to not only put pics on our notes but also videos.
Was a great app... till the ads just kept coming
Unfortunately the repeated ads added for every entry viewing has made it so bogged down that I will be removing it. Unfortunate as another user has mentioned you should offer a reasonably priced ad free option.
Ads
All of a sudden I began to get ads after using the last 3 three years. I have No options to stop ads. No info given on how to pay for APP to stop them either - being forced to see them. I have always enjoyed the app and wouldn’t mind paying a fee to obtain app without ads. Really Unhappy about using now.
Restore
I lost my phone last year. When I downloaded this app now, I can’t see my notes back. Im sure that i have backed up each and every note before. I really need those notes. I can’t even log into dropbox. Please help me.
Garbage app
After the update it’s forcing you for the touch ID and log-in using apple account, and that’s a red flag already. Looks like this app trying to get an access with your apple account. Also i paid for this app long time ago so why i have to pay for premium no-ads again??? This app is trying to ripoff people and developer prolly trying to scam users
Nice and Simple
I like the recent update with new cover design. Would suggest to have customer cover design, where users can change cover easily with pictures in our own photo album. Also suggest to have content pages or quick view, so user doesn't need to scroll so far down to find notes written long time ago
I've paid for it but still have lots of ads
Everytime I create a new note, an advertisement will jump out and force me to watch for more than 5 secs
Too many ads!
Likewise I have had this app for years and keep a lot of information on it. I get it that ads bring in money for the creators. However, there are too numerous, every time I go out of it to look something up and want to come right back I have to wait for two ads. So disappointed that the ads prevent easy use of the app. I’ll keep it until I find one w/o so many ads. 😡
Beautiful and classic
Over the years, this is the app I keep returning to, to keep my ideas organized. Great job!
Ad Crazy
Was a great app for notes. Now it has too many ads after you do anything with your notes.
Great
Great app. Just started using it, BUT, is there a way of re-arranging notes inside a notebook, or do I have to delete it and start again?
Great before ads
You’ve lost a customer in me. The app is a wonderful way to organize notes in folders with lock protection. However, the addition of noisy ads every time a change/save is made with a) no way to opt out of or even do a paid upgrade to avoid them or b) click out of them quickly had me deleting this app and finding a replacement.
