Incredible App
This app is indispensable. Everything you could want or even think of wanting as an GA aviator is catered for in this app. There’s a reason that almost all non commercial pilots use it in the Uk and that’s because nothing else is as good I flew in a 2 seater Spitfire last year from Duxford and the professional pilot taking me up had his phone with SkyDemon on the whole flight attached above all the traditional controls Makes navigating near controlled airspace and restricted zones easy and takes all the stress and worry away from risking a breach of controlled airspace It’s absolutely brilliant Best app I’ve ever used

Ich vermisse eine Funktion, die die Aufzeichnung des Fluges ab einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit automatisch startet, wie es sie in anderen Apps gibt. Sonst absolut geniale App!

Super functions
As SkyDemon evolves, the simplicity of being a simple VFR planner is lost. Trying to emulate ForeFlight is not simple VFR. More functions, more features, more studying and the last flight trying to find a simple frequency in a pinch ended up with me puttung the paper chart in hand. For many advanced features it is very suitable but as an old stick and rudder pilot I like the KISS method. Create a function to show less and make it easy to configure.

toujours pas de traduction complète en français
Depuis le temps, et pour le prix, il serai tout de même temps que ce logiciel soit totalement traduit en français.

Kundtjänsten fungerar inte maximalt. Man får inte hjälp med problemen man har. Det är som att sätta på en skiva samma svar gång på gång. Även om det inte är svar på frågan. Det är ju jobbigt att inte få hjälp när man behöver den.
Easy to use
General platform Having been flying for 53 years this year I don’t think people fully appreciate what we yes to have to during preflight planning, pages yes pages of NOTAMs and weather via FAX if you were lucky now everything instantly in your hand. And for a 77 year old like the way the software works on an iPhone and iPad.

Sometimes I find when an update is available it takes donks to load blocking me from using flight planning.

Ersteindruck hat entschieden
Bereits auf der Intro-Seite mit wenig Text wird man von drei Rechtschreibe- und Grammatikfehlern überrascht. Verzichte daher auf eine eingehendere Prüfung der APP. Das mag für's Reinigungsgewerbe ausreichen, in der Aviatik erwarte ich hingegen mehr.

Bonjour. j’aimerais, sans avoir la définition des cartes ign, plus de détails pour la nav à vue.
No official maps
This app provides a lot of functionality, and is more suited to the uk than some US alternatives. Unfortunately the only mapping available is a proprietary map with very poor topographic detail compared the official NATS/CAA half and quarter mil charts. If the developer gave the option to add these chart layers it would be a huge improvement. You already have to buy an extra flight guide such as Pooleys if you want full airfield details, so similar mechanism could be used for those who want proper charts.

Quando chiedi qualche implementazione ti rispondono sempre con supponenza e non ti prendono minimamente in considerazione. Non è la prima volta, ma non li disturberò più. Appena posso cambierò sistema di navigazione, ce ne sono altri molto meglio.

Gute App. Was mich allerdings doch echt nervt, dass man jedes mal über die Website das Monatsabo erneuern muss. Warum geht das nicht in der App? Zudem ist das Jahresabo welches in der App erworben werden kann, fast doppelt so teuer, als auf der Website.

SkyDemon is fantastic for VFR planning and navigation. An absolute essential to thoroughly and speedily plan routes and stay safe in the skies. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Pb of renewal
Hello I just renew the subscription but it’s impossible to download the app on Apple Store. It said that the app is not for the French store ??? Could you please quickly solve the pb ? Thanks !
Leg activation
Love the App. Direct to function is limited, why? Leg activation is not possible on a active flight plan. HSI function is limited, check out how it works with NavPro. Data Cables in Switzerland only 100% shown on Desktop version, but only partially on the APP. This is really a safety issue. Make this App the best Warm regards Cornelia (GG)

Bugs Crashes
Not fit for purpose. IoS 16 & 17 = bugs crashing Upon opening skydemon attempts to download all country charts!! The selection page cannot be accessed. It flips from login page to downloading. For a millisecond you can see the charts page. Pressung cancel throws you out to the login page…
excellente application
application très complète et pratique même s’il faut naviguer dans les pages pour obtenir l’information et donc être bien « routiné » ... une modification que je trouverai pratique serait que l’opacité de la rose du HSI soit réglable de façon à pouvoir la superposer à la route...

First class and indispensable
Been using this for several years and remain highly impressed with its accuracy, ease of use and reliability. Superb for planning and adjusting routes, for double-checking NOTAMs and weather reports and for tracking where I actually flew. I have used it to check I have remained outside noise abatement and flight ceilings.
It is not free at all
They claim it is free, and then bad surprise… more than 200€ per year!
Would be nice to get it in French
It would be nice to get SkyDemon in other langage. French for French etc.

After last update on ios there is a big bug on “ Go flying grazie” and don’t connect through xplane or gps and others. Please check and resolve the iussue.
Fantastic App but excellence has a price
With no doubt, one of the best app for pilots. I would love to use it, but unfortunately the proposed pricing (Annual recurring) is not in line with competitors ... App is worth 6 stars! Pricing is the real issue.
