Great app!
I quit using this site because it just never seemed to work right. I added it a week ago and is now my first news check! Applauds well done!
New format November 2023
The last update 11-23 is awful! All you want is the weather and once you get there it’s click click and click just to see the 7 day forecast. And the radar was the best now it’s slow and choppy. You have the most accurate forecast in Tulsa but to be honest I won’t use this app anymore. Please put it back, it works much easier.
User Friendly
Easy to use; good app for breaking local news and weather.
Frustrating App
This app is so frustrating. I can’t tell you how many times I have clicked a notification, app opens, and the story isn’t there. This probably happens 9/10 times, and it happened again today. What’s up with that?!
Use to be good
It was a good app for checking weather very easy to access now you made it too complicated to many things to click on just to see what the temp is at the moment
Stay on top of the news!
Great way to get up to the minute news! Thanks for such great coverage!!
Kjrh
I think I put my password in 50 times and it still wants it again so I give up
Great App and easy to use.
An easy to look at and easy to use App for news.
Pay for commercial free news app?
The app really is terribly laid out and most every time you do anything you get an ad. Want to see the severe weather alert that just popped up? Open app wait for commercial then see alert... sad you think you need to make money this way. Delete and get the 1170 news radio app as they give news and weather (channel 2 sister radio station) but no ads and crap... plus it works without crashing... wha???? No crashing????
Retirednurse
I agree with the person b 4 me. Ads every time u want 2 view something. But the station is very informative regarding local & national news.
Review
Like all the local stories. Thanks Steph R

Bias reporting.

Sometimes (often) it’s not there or not recently updated. Annoying!
Want weather
I want to get a radar map easily. I find everything else but! Please make it easier to get Mike Collier's weather.
New Udpate Crashing
Got the update yesterday and the app was working great. Today, when I get halfway through an article, it crashes. Please fix this!
Best news app!
This is the easiest news app to navigate. We don’t have cable TV, so we get all our news from this app. I deleted the other news apps - they were too clunky. Also like CH 2’s comments on their FB page. Happy to have found this app!!
Horrible
Absolutely inundated by ads. Offensively loaded with ads. Endless clickbait. Almost impossible to read “reporting” because of ads. Read two lines... ad. Read a few lines more... ad. Ad infinitum. Also, some of the live blog posting was almost incoherent, KJRH. PROOF READ what you are copying and pasting. And then, the settings are ignored by the app. The only notifications I wanted were “weather”, but you know what? I was getting notifications for “breaking news” when it was turned off, delivering notifications for things quite unrelated to weather. I had to turn off notifications at the iOS level. Money grubbing app that hardly works. Bye!
Pretty good!
Pretty good overall; but wish I wouldn’t get weather alerts for all of Eastern, OK.
New Update<<<<
I do not like the new update at all. It's all video now instead of having an article along with it. I like reading it instead of watching it because it's faster. I hate having to wait for the video to play because of the commercial ads (same one all the time) before it starts. But this is just my opinion. If it's not fixed then I guess there's no point of me having it anymore. Please fix, I used to like this app.
Obnoxious talking ads
Turn your volume down, the babbling ads are obnoxious.
Very happy, and surprised!
In Oklahoma it is very tough to find journalism that isn’t colored by religion, and or politics. And that holds true with this app. However I will state it is the only new source that I found in the App Store which reported the story regarding a straight Hobart Ok. man decorating his pick up truck to show his lgbt pride. June is pride month and this was a story featured in national news but I was not able to find it on any of our local news apps until channel 2. I’m very grateful to see that they ran the story and will be a loyal customer to their app from here on out. Kudos to the E. W. Scripps company. I have been a loyal user of the Keio TV channel 6 app and deleted it when I was able to find this story that was forwarded to me by a friend. Among other reasons I was dissatisfied with that app and I am so very grateful to find this one. 12/10 #NOHATE
Have to watch ad first during tornado emergency
I had two tornadoes pass within 2-3 miles of my apartment this week. Sirens went off both times. What did I see when I accessed channel 2 app for emergency information? A 30 second ad for a roofer. On my iPad 4 mini, I can’t even access the live video. Is there anything else I need to write?
News anytime
Great app for your news on the go.
Enjoying the app!
Don’t know why I hadn’t downloaded the app earlier. I think it’s great.
Worst news app ever.
Sentence. Ad. Sentence. Ad. Sentence. Ad. Sentence. Ad. Sentence. Ad. You don't care about the customers, you care about trying to annoy us enough into paying 99¢ a month for your app without ads. In a turnabout, I have actual news for you! Your news isn't worth paying for. You're idiots. I'll eventually delete your app when I get tired of your crap like I did years ago. There's other, better options out there.
Nice App
Very easy to use, sometimes a little late on the current news that I find on the other local news app
Kjrh
Good way to get news and weather.
All or none notifications
This app would be adequate (no more) were it not for the fact that you have a choice of receiving NO notifications or receiving seven notifications per minute. I literally received FOUR notifications in about fifty minutes on the SAME STORY. Just now, I received a notification on a story about cookie dough. You read that right, I received a notification about freakin COOKIE DOUGH.
Keeps me informed
Great ap that keeps me informed of what is going on. Links to weather sports and general news. Keeps me up to date on severe storms. Great job.
GREAT JOB GUYS AND GIRLS
We moved in your area 8 months back, we record your news show every night, it is great to get real news, WE ONLY HAVE ONE ISSUE, THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE IT. AND THAT IS, WHEN WE RECORD THE NEWS, AND WHEN WE SET DOWN TO WATCH THE PRERECORDED SHOW, AND ALL WE SEE IS FOOTBALL, OR BASKETBALL ?? SO WE HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER GUYS News. Other that we are VERY HAPPY WITH YOU ALL. THANKS
Useless
Useless app full of ads and sponsored story links instead of actual local news. Don't waste your time with it.
Great!!!
This app is wonderful!! It is easy to navigate!!
Not good
Horrible app compared to other local news apps. Needs work.
Great app
I use it all the time for weather and news
