Good option!
I have tried several of these language apps and this one seems to be the easiest one I have encountered so far. Inexpensive!
Voice errors
The latest update has the voice reading out the language sounding like a robot, it can’t pronounce words properly and makes it very hard to listen. The voice was fine before the last update, please change it back to the way it was

Janky romanisations
The concept is good, but I find the way they use symbols to represent the tones to be confusing. It seems to be a different way compared to other resources and it makes it very hard to switch between them.
Always shows daily words finished
Defeats the purpose by always showing daily words finished the moment I touch the circle.infuriating bug means waste of money.
Please create more content. We will pay for it.
This is the best designed app for retaining the words you’ve learned and pronouncing them correctly. It is a shame that the content is so limited.
Cant get help, restore purchase
Paid for full app, had it on my work phone apple id, no longer have that and cant see how i can restore on my personal apple id, all links to get help don't seem to work.

Several poor translations
Fakbuaa for instance means faucet not shower. Kruu is the the word for teacher not ajaan, that means professor.
Good for absolute beginners and for vocabulary
All the apps that I tried after 1 or 2 lessons I had to pay and honestly I am really young and giving money on apps that I don’t even know how big quality and potential they have...is absolutely pointless, this app would be even better if it teaches you how to write and some basic grammar but if there where so many apps that can teach you Thai it will be problem but since this is the only one that I can use on my phone it is amazing I founded a lot of good channels that can really help with learning Thai, after using Duolingo and Drops(that I also highly recommend) this is definitely not the best but absolutely good and right for beginning.

I sometimes don’t use this app for a short period of time. But when I remember again, I try to use it more. Because I realise each time how simple and affective it is at learning the Thai language. Excellent app.

Close to great but tones wrong
The main problems with this app are: 1. Incorrect tone marks, this has caused me to learn incorrectly and its hard to undo! Really big problem, i think its spoken correctly but the written tone mark is wrong in many cases, unless I'm somehow understanding wrong?? 2. Does not tell you the difference in female and male speaker, so some phrases for beginner are wrong. 3. Does not tell you the formal and informal, so in some cases you learn words or phrases that no-one says in general conversation (unless they are a newscaster or doing a business presentation) The tone thing is the biggest problem, I've started to try to ignore them, listen and learn and double check with other sources if the tone marks are correct.
Wry helpful
This is a great app, especially for getting tone and pronunciation. It’s also great to see the Thai spelling to help for those who may have started learning the Thai alphabet and vowels. Not all of the phrases are the common phrases used (e.g. Good morning is Arun sawat not Sawat dtawn chao). But all in all the outlay and navigation of the app is very very good!

Give you good basic thia skills, premium is a little expensive, for more words.
Unorganized
The app is unorganized. For the numbers, I would like to learn 1 to 100 in order. For months, I would like to learn Jan to Dec in order. For time, I would like to learn 1am to midnight in order. When a person gets better, it would be then be nice to scramble the order. I will modify my rating once that happens. Thanks!

Unable to learn naturally.
I returned to learn again after several years and figured out that the most important and simple ability is not available. How is anyone supposed to learn to naturally understand the other language when the audio can’t be reversed? Language A then Language B or switch to have Language B then Language A. It’s impossible to translate another language before it’s spoken, it’s unnatural; how many years and different languages have you been doing and could never figure this out? Also it’s apparent to my wife that a Thai native was never hired to review as some meanings are not clear enough for non natives to speak properly to natives.
A very promising App
I have been using this app for a couple of years now, the only thing I have against the app, is the lack of alt tags on the buttons. I am blind, therefore have to rely on VoiceOver to read the button labels. It would be great if the developers would consider making the app more accessible. Stupotuk

Better than most
The exclusion of pictures makes it easier to truly learn new words. Definitely appreciation the option to have it play 8 times so I can study while doing something else, as well as the option to slow down my recording to hear if it matches the provided voice. However, I’m very shocked there was no quiz in the paid version. The app needs more gamification assessments. It is up to me to change the color of a tile to demonstrate my level of confidence with a word. There also needs to an option for more use of the feminine and masculine polite particles.
Gender?
The score would be much higher if I could swap to a male gender, I’ve been learning wrong!
Missing essential words
App is ok. Missing some essential words like across or opposite. Very expensive for what it is
Perfect for what I need
I’m very happy with this app. I’m an absolute beginner, just trying to do what I can. I like the way it’s set up with daily word packs. The active words section lets me replay what I’ve learned. There’s a lot of features for repetition to read or just listen. Also nice to record myself and compare. Very easy to use. Good price.

Love so much of the design, wish it was more configurable
This app has been my favorite for learning Thai aside from having a personal tutor. The audio + visual teachings is so helpful. My only wish is that it was more configurable. I paid for the premium membership but have hit a roadblock since because it’s not as easy to focus on new vocabulary. It continues to include old vocabulary. I wish there was a way to mark a word as “learned” so that it was excluded from exercises ongoing.

Not a fan.
No explanation of the phonetic tone marks, and they don’t follow other standards. The free version has a 50 words to learn, but only has 15. No explanations of anything, wouldn’t purchase the full version
Great app...but
The app would be perfect if you could select male or female at the start. And then it could use the correct masculine and feminine on all words/phrases.

The app is ok. But it only has female version there is no male version. So if you no nothing about the Thai language and are male then you will be talking like a woman. This is the same in the paid version as well so don’t waste your money. They need to create a male version for this app

The different modes of learning is perfect for me. I want to learn the words and the spelling. The options make this easier.
...but be WARNED!
I paid the full version and later I reinstalled this app. I thought everything was good because it has 'Restore Purchase' ...but NOT true because it does NOT let me. ...it then reads, 'Cannot do from in-App purchase'. I must pay again! Why?
Doesn’t teach Male I (Phom)
I noticed they only use Chan which is a mostly female word but neglects to use the Male equivalent Phom. If a guy studies this and didn’t know he might embarrass himself. Otherwise good app to memorize phrases.
Purchase full version
I have purchased the full version on my iPad. The same APP on my iPhone is informing me that I have to pay again for the full version. Surely if you purchase once then it applies to all devices?
Needs a male voice as well.
My only complaint is that I would prefer a male voice to mimic rather than a female. If you could do that it would help a lot.
Great learning app
I love this app! It’s the first app I’ve ever bought, and it’s been money well spent. I turn it on for my 20 minute drive to and from work. In just a month I’ve learned so much, and can carry on short conversations with Thai friends, or wait staff at Thai restaurants. Did I say I love this app?
Not good for male speakers.
Thai is pronounced differently if you are a man or woman. The voice is northern Thai, feminine and not correct.
Excellent program
Well structured and easy to use
Not for males
Great app if you are female however there is not a function to switch it to the way a male would pronounce sentences. This is important. I have memorized all my phrases as a woman. Rather annoying as I have to rethink every sentence... Contacted support team, have heard nothing back. Found the app to be rather pricey compared to others too.
Good free app don't pay
It's a great little app, however there is no instruction in relation to differences between male and female. The paid version I'm afraid to say is just not worth it as it makes it look like you get a lot more content and you don't. For example in the free version you get numbers 1 2 3 and in the paid version you get errr 1 2 3. Appears a fair bit of repetition from the free app. In the sentence builder there is about 3 things. Content is way too little for price paid.
