Needs fixing
I wish they’d fix this app. Won’t let me login into my account. Takes several tries and sometimes still doesn’t let me in.
Good, but so slow to load!!!
App itself is very functional once it finally opens. Sometime, I have to close out of the app multiple times just to get it to login.
Sometimes takes forever to open
The app itself is fine once it opens but a lot of the time after putting in all of my credentials, it just spins and spins. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times. It does this on my phone and on my iPad. Annoying.
Login needs work
It takes me multiple attempts to login to the app before it will open and I know I’m not the only patron who has this issue. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

The app is okay but so tired of having to try to log in multiple times for it to open. Thought maybe it was my phone but it’s not. I’ve tried it on multiple phones and same outcome. Sometimes it will open first time, other times it takes 3-4 open and closes to get the app to work.
Works half the time
There seems to always be an issue with it loading the page that checks my balance. Also can’t mobile deposit checks to it.
15th try is the charm?
Takes the app about 10-15 attempts of buffering, exiting, buffering and exiting until it finally connects and I can check my account. It’s not internet related. 1 gig up/down at home. 500 up/down at work. Also 5g. Same same. Used to work fine. But has been a pain since the last 2 updates.

Very useful on the go App. Can processes most transactions in this busy world we live in. Agree with statement. Makes banking out of state easy.
Doesn’t even work
I have to relaunch the app at least 4 times while waiting for it to load in because It does not work. I have updated it when updates come out, I have done it on a range of different wifi/services. It never logs in first try.

Awesome App
This is an awesome app. At 66, learning to navigate on an iphone can sometimes be overwhelming. But, this program was easy to learn and navigate. I absolutely love it!!!

So the app started off great but I would say over the last four months no matter how many updates they do to their app. I always have to close it and reopen it at least 8 to 10 times just to get it to load. Once it does finally load which takes 2 to 5 minutes it’ll sometimes say it timed out so I have to start over. And then from there, it’ll just take me to a white screen nothing ever loads so once again I have to close out the app and start over. When needing to transfer money quickly or check my balance quickly, this app does not offer that reliability. Do better infuze

The available balance is never accurate, especially on the weekends
They continue to overdraft have no kind of notification or anything set up for you to know when you’re close to that limit because as soon as they process any kind of transactions you did during the weekend. It’s already too late.
