New update
It is ridiculous that it only works with IPhone 17. I can’t use my online banking anymore!!!! Which is very inconvenient. My current IPhone works great so why should I have to update my phone!
Transfers
It is difficult to do transfers. They should add Zelle or some functionality for quick transfers.

Best bank I have ever banked with over the years! Outstanding customer service and they are always so quick. I always recommend to my friends and family.

Try to get my transactions so I can see them under my accounts.

Would be nice to see pending transactions.

Nightly Maintenance
The whole point of online banking is so you’re able to access your account whenever you need to. 7 PM almost every night is ridiculous. This app clearly wasn’t actually finished before they forced us to switch from the old one. Get it together. Or don’t have an app at all.
Easy to bank via app
I do all my banking via the PCB app. It’s user friendly and does everything I need.
Went backwards with new app
It seams the new app was designed to allow more space for advertising. The new app is convoluted and does nothing to make the app function better. I’m actually considering changing banks.

I don’t like that you can’t not see a total of all accounts. Only amounts per account.

Great new app!
I love the new app. There are many new features including the ability to set up a card or spending alert, which can come as a push notification. I also like being able to communicate via the app regarding my account or transaction. This is a big improvement from the old app!
