Great! One suggestion
Great app overall, however it would be nice to have the ability to change the Pre-Alert notification to a different sound than the normal alert!
Poor customer service, do not use
The company has terrible customer service, everything is by email and takes them forever to respond, when they do call you back, you can’t reach them. We are just beginning with their service, and 2 months in are still having problems.
Lov it but
Love the call log online but i like if it would notify the public of pages without being a sub.

Cost
This is something our whole county is using. Unfortunately their prices are increasing and the county is looking for other options.
Recommended update
Love the app, but would like the option to have a selection, how long your tones go off because it doesn’t go off long enough specially if you’re asleep and it would be very fantastic if it was able to be on an Apple Watch or any smart watch device
Terrible App Speed
Great concept however the time lag is so poor that the app is no longer usable for the urgent nature that this app is intended for. Will stop relying on this app as have many of my colleagues. Very sad for the developer to be selling this program with so little sensitivity to the needs of emergency service programs.
SMS suggestion
I would love to receive text message by the same number so I could whitelist it in my contacts. Right now it looks like email-like messages sent from random numbers. Please fix that so it is more user-friendly.
Crashes
Everytime I try to look at the alerts section, the app crashes. I can access all the other tabs without the app crashing. The app is updated. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve restarted my phone. It’s still crashing when l open the app up.
It’s time to make app compatible with Apple Watch
Other than the regular bugs my biggest concern is getting notifications and using the app on Apple Watch.
Unable to load
I have good connection to the internet but it says it’s unable to load due to no connection. I can’t see any of the messages, incidents. I have the new iphone 16 maybe that is the issue. Update: all I had to do was uninstall the app and reinstall it. It now works on the new iphone 16!
Miss the Old app
Recently the app has been lagging to the point of being unusable

I love the way it works! Now make it with with Apple CarPlay automatically !!!
Live feed
Try to play the live feed with good internet and phone service and it says audio playback failed. Really wish I could listen to the live feed
New update suggestion
I am liking new features with the new update. I would request that with the alert function, instead of giving “xxx minutes ago” please just give the time of the dispatch. When I’m writing multiple reports, the last thing I want to do is figure out the time of the dispatch. I could care less how long ago it was, I just need the time! That is the only thing I miss about the previous version.

I really like the detailed features in the app. The map location allows our guys to easily see who is responding along with their location.
Incident loading issue
Poor app. When reloading page to update incidents app frequently freezes. Also not sure if it’s the app or the dispatch agency but incidents aren’t loading up. I don’t recommend until they fix the issue.
Low volume
The volume when playing messages is low other than that a great tool to use
App constantly crashes when opening
This app used to work fine on my phone but now there’s at least a 50% chance the app crashes each time I open it to listen to a dispatch, and when it does open fine it is very slow in terms of responsiveness.
Edispatch and battery life
Since downloading this app on my phone, I can watch as the battery is drawn down. As this is how I get my Firedept dispatch and my phone is a new iphone this gets to be a problem

Everything about it is awesome and easy to use! I wish it had the automatic play of the page on iPhone.
Forced an update in the middle of a 911 call
We were in the middle of receiving a 911 call for a possible drowning and it kicked us out of the software to perform a 10 minute update of the program
Good Program, but have a suggestion
I love eDispatches, I also love the Call Log feature on the website. I really wish they could implement a Call Log feature on the mobile app, which would notify you when a page occurred for a certain department, without having to be subscribed or added to a specific agency. I would consider my self as an “enthusiast” and it would be nice to be notified of pages, on my phone, such as on the PulsePoint application. I would definitely leave a 5 star review then.
Quiet
Every single dispatch I get is insanely quiet. When I hook it up to ambulance audio I have to turn it to full volume, and even then it’s very hard to hear. This tells me that it is an issue with the app, not my phone. This needs to be fixed, as it gets very hard to discern addresses and numbers. I often have to ask dispatch for the information again, which takes valuable time.
Change Requested: Automatically Play Audio
I use this app on my iPhone and Android phone. I noticed that on my Android, when an alert is received it automatically pulls the app up, plays the audio, and returns back to lock screen. On my iPhone I have to manually unlock my phone and pull the app up to hear anything. It would be WONDERFUL for iOS devices to automatically play audio as well. Thank you.
Great app
I just wish you guys wouldInclude and support Apple Watch able to listen to it on the go without grabbing your phone.
Used this App daily till 5/30/20 when it Stopped Working
I Used this App daily till Sunday 5/30/20 when it Stopped Working. I’m on (2) Squads in NJ. Both purchased the right to use it. Today Tuesday, I contacted the Milton FAS Chief, after several tries I deleted it, rebooted my iPhone 10 and reinstalled the App. Still no success. It just keeps clocking when I try to log in. I again deleted the app, rebooted and reinstalled it. The Milton administrator changed my code by still it just clocks. Checked my wifi a second time but still not working. The app worked for years till (2) days ago. I’m not a happy camper.
App
Love the app don’t get me wrong but an on-scene option needs to be generated in the app so departments know when a unit is on scene
The app has deteriorated
Since the latest update, the app has deteriorated severely the original app allowed volume control for the alert when an alert was sent out. Another feature that used to be available was disconnecting the app from a Bluetooth to vehicle connection. Now the only way this can be done is to go to streaming then disconnect and return the the call that is in display. My phone for some reason had the app removed, so reinstalled the app, now I have no control of alert volume. This is not a good way to have this as now there is not a way to minimize the interruption of a night call or a meeting. This has made the app less appealing for use. I hope this gets revised quickly.
Expansion
Great app works great. I would like to see you add this app to the Apple Watch line up that way I can access the whole thing from my watch.

Great
Obviously a great app to have as Fire-Rescue. My only issue is that iPhone doesn’t get the feature where it can auto play the broadcast if you have it set to do so. My buddies have it but they use android or Samsung.
Works for the most part
When getting calls it’s taking a typical 15+ seconds for it to come through. Sometimes it stays silent with nothing coming through. Can’t complain with it being all I’m able to use but it could definitely be better.
Apple Watch
I am having difficulty getting audible notifications while paired with my Apple Watch. Any insight?
Still needs the Apple Watch compatibility
Overall the EDispatches app has improved tremendously! Just need the Apple CarPlay support.
Poor fonts
The logs are to small to read. All fonts need to be larger. VERY VERY BAD DO NOT USE APP
Alerts
Would be really nice if we had more options for notifications. And the ability to have it set up to automatically alert family when I’m responding to a call.
New update broke the app
When you try to listen to calls that came in you no longer get a play, fast forward, rewind, or volume control. All you get is a blank seen luckily the audio still plays
Login failed
My app did work fine till this update now I get login failed and unable to use it
Notifications
Great app but maybe consider adding reminder notifications weekly to remind users to update availability , it would be more of a necessity but would be helpful.
App locks up
App locks up and you can’t see your most recent alerts, page is actually blank called this in a couple of times but problem hasn’t been addressed other crew members report problem as well

I have had this app for over a year and have not had a problem with it. Over the last month or so I noticed that the on duty option is no longer available in the settings. Why is that? Besides that I have no problems with this app.
Barely Adequate
I am a FF/EMT and this app is barely adequate. I use it mainly as a tertiary backup to the radio and pager just for the alert music. This app does not support landscape screen orientation. There is absolutely no geographical representation! The app cannot differentiate annoying call tones from the actual voice message. Recording maximum length seems to be set at around thirty-eight seconds and depending on the length of the tone transmission, which may take up a generous portion of allocated recording time, the actual voice message is truncated or not recorded, cutting off vital information. Many times the recording has been less than fifteen seconds and had only recorded those annoying tones cutting off all the voice message, useless! Many voice messages have been so full of static the message has been unreadable. The apps interface must be just another radio receiver relying on sub-audible tones and radio reception. Several times there has been no app alert though the call went out on radio and the pager went off. Recordings are listed in the call history but after about five days they cannot be played though they’re in the list. Some of the problems may have to do with administrative settings beyond my access and the apps interface with the radio network, likely triggered by yet another set of sub-audible tones. For the working FF/EMT the app is barely adequate. And, for those communities that the radio/pager is out of range or doesn’t work, I wouldn’t bet my life on it..

Issues with IPhone X
I had eDispatches with my android and didn’t have an issue with it at all but now I switched to an iPhone and eDispatches doesn’t even page out nor has an option for an volume override which if you’re on another app eDispatches would override what you are doing and the page could be listened to. So far I’m dissatisfied with how the app is operating with the iPhone X and hopefully many of the issues still going on with the app can be worked out.
