Been using for over 10 years
It is so nice to be able to make a video super fast and get it to my school out account. Thank you
ONE OF THE WORST APPS OF ALL TIME
I promptly canceled the upgrade and will be receiving a refund. The App crashes and freezes constantly. Save your money and definitely do not upgrade
Good
This is a really nice app. I wish that I had more free features but I am pleased with the features that it does have and I’m glad that it does not have ads.
Funnily Fine
I wish they had no charges. I want to save something and I can only save one before it charges my account!
No zooming in the canvas
I wish I could zoom in the canvas. Everything else is great.
TRY THIS GAME IT WILL MAKE YOU WANNA PLAY IT
The best game ever it’s so good:)
Educreation is the worst whiteboard app
You cant edit the thickness of your pencil and when you add words you have to exit out of the app and go back in for you to make any more changes.
Alphabetical order
I enjoy this app to send students assignments where I can read the directions, so I can use our class time efficiently. I wish we could organize or alphabetize our lesson lists.
App fantastica ...se funzionasse
App utilizzata con successo fino a 10 mesi fa. Ora non permette più di caricare i video realizzati...perché? Risolvete per favore.
Needs A Tweak
Here are some things that need to be improved: 1. When I use the keyboard to add text, I then have to exit out of the app to be able to draw with the Apple Pencil. I am not able to save or do anything else unless I exit the app completely. Please fix this update, as sometimes when I have to exit the app, my work is not saved and I have to start all over. 2. It would be great to be able to delete whole pages. Sometimes I have 20 blank pages that I would love to be able to delete. 3. It would be very helpful to be able to duplicate whole lessons. Other than that, this app is great and very useful.
Awesome for skits and silly animation
I was doing this at school now I do it at home it’s fun 10/10 5star most definitely recommend
trash
this new update is terrible if you save photos they wont show up and its just terrible this treesh ahh update
Educreations
I like educreations for teach and learn and we appreciate this app
You need to be able to redo your recording!!!!!!
Please!!!!
Editing
No way to delete middle portions of the audio.
A fun app to draw
I like it because it doesn’t ask for information it is fun or sign up or you have to pay for this app I think everybody that likes to draw should get this!
Issues
U know this app was not bad, but when I’m done recording, i cant hear and it just glitches!!!
Great app but problems with Apple Pencil option and palm rejection
Love this app. Great for meetings over zoom. But…. ***Palm rejection while using the Apple Pencil in app not supported. ***App also does not support the Settings option “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”. I have iOS 14.6 on an iPad v3. Please update to support both. If you think I’ve made a mistake please tell me how to make it work. Thanks!
Not up to the mark.
The variety of tools available in this app are awesome. But what annoyed me a lot is stylus calliberation. Apple Pencil works great in Office One Note. But in Educreations Apple Pencil works little slower. There is lag in operating Apple Pencil on educreations. Apple Pencil works best in Office One Note.
Can’t reorder videos
Educreations has been great for me, but it has been so frustrating not to be able to simply reorder the videos the way I like them. Every time I add a new video it gets dropped on the first page. After years of making videos they are all out of order and my students easily get confused and give up. Tech support says just remove videos and add them in the order you like, but that is crazy time consuming. I don’t understand why they can’t fix this. There are better video platforms out there now.
Teacher and Tutor
Since COVID, things in teaching have been very different. Technology has become a large part of the classroom. Previously used explain everything, but it was not free. This app provides the same services I need, for free. I can attach my work, explain my mini lesson and share with my students.
Can’t upgrade
Just created an account to show my kid how to do math. Created account using my email as a student. I didn’t know until after account creation that I cannot upgrade now even though I put my age of 31, since students cannot upgrade... dumb feature considering I was willing to pay for this. I don’t know how to change to teacher now to upgrade..
Review
Educreations is a good app but it takes a while to figure it out or else it would be a 5 star app
Photos
With the new update we can't access the photos offline. This was a nice thing for students...please we want this option back!
Needs better editing capabilities
It’s a great app but the editing is rough.
Great app
As a teacher this has helped me during remote learning as well as helping parents to understand the strategies we are using in class. Definitely a great app
Disappointed
I really loved this app when I first got it. I even subscribed to the pro edition, but the more I used it, the more I began to be let down. It’s so limited and it doesn’t really make things easy. For the amount of money I was paying, I expected more from the whiteboard feature, but it offers so little.
Nice for teaching online
I really like this app, but it appears there are no tutorials or explanations of the buttons. It also appears there have been no updates for a while. It is kind of expensive for pro if there is no current updates. Some things I think would be helpful would be the option to delete a page and also the option save multiple copies of a draft or even make a template that I can use for multiple lessons. I may have to try other whiteboard options to see if I can find this. I also am wondering what the arrow at the top left side of the screen does. I have no idea.
Good but.............
Me and my friend were using it to do a voice over and messed up, we thought it was fine until we realized you can't delete it. So we patiently started again from scratch;however, it glitched and when we went back onto the app it had deleted it again, this happened the second time we stared again as well. really useful app if it didn't glitch and had the ability to delete voice overs.
Cool but...
This is a really cool app but the problem is after recording a video, you cannot edit it. This is a major problem they need to fix.
Awesome App!
This app is wonderful. Easy to use. I would like to see more colors added.
Scammers on roblox
I hate scammers on roblox
Simple app that works well
I like the simplicity of the app its ease of use. I hope you’ll consider adding varied line thickness for the writing tool. It will make a huge difference my for my use, with music notation. I also sometimes inadvertently tap the add or return to a previous page control.
One of the best apps ever
This is one of the best apps ever its better than microsoft word
I have a problem
Love this app! Really helps me with school projects. BUT all of a sudden when I go to use the pen tool, it appears as dots and I can't form a line without it being dotted. Please help :)
love it for 10 years
I’ve used Educreations for sharing my own original curriculum of science/spirituality for 10 years and I truly recommend it to anyone who needs to use visual diagrams to explain complex concepts. The pen works smoothly, the colors can be changed easily, I love that i can pause between drawings then resume my recording, I love the “scale” and “move” function which I use for sharing jpg’s and making each lesson more dynamic, and I also really enjoy the most recent update that includes some basic in-app editing features so that the final recording is very clean and just what the recorder/speaker intends it to be. Worth it, very professional software.
Incredibly Frustrating App
I have two major complaints with this app that are incredibly stupid and unnecessary. 1- You can’t edit the video. How hard is it to add simple video editing software? Apparently I can’t make mistakes now because I can’t edit out any mistakes I make. 2- If you don’t create a teacher account, you can’t save videos onto your device. What kind of BS is that?
Liking it so far
The interface is uncluttered (much appreciated) and the clarity of the audio when recording lectures is surprisingly good. Two suggestions: 1) Include the ability to select different line thickness for writing text. The default line thickness doesn’t allow for dense or small-type writing (subscripts, indices, etc). 2) It would be great if the controls to add/go-back a page were at the top of the screen. I’ve inadvertently (errant palm press?) added a new page while writing/recording a lecture. A great app overall.
Lack of foresight
Like the concept of being able to place lectures and concepts on a whiteboard to engage student learning. However the inability to go back and edit and place on the platform of your choosing limits the user severely.
Concept is good and it has a potential
I was excited when I found this app but soon very disappointed to find out that this app does not accommodate Asian language. Many apps allow you to use other languages if you have set other languages but this app simply does not show what I typed. I know that to set other languages increase app size but it's not that hard. I'm happy to introduce this app to any teachers if this issue clears. Please look into the solution.
Educreations
EEducreations Is the best I love it, on this app, you should download it.
Pretty Good
I liked the different colors (which are not available in the standard Apple color template), but there are not enough colors. Also, the one type of drawing tool is pretty standard and is not formattable. It would be very convenient if you added more text formatting options and lesson features. I hated that I could not move drawings from one part of the canvas to the other. In Apple-provided apps (i.e. Paper, Numbers, Keynote, Books, Files, etc.) you can at least let the program adjust your sketched circles/lines/squares/ovals to make them perfect. Also, the commands to move to a different page sometimes cannot be accessed when I’m drawing. It would be helpful if you fixed these and added standard forms (like geometric figures, trees, people, symbols, et al) like you can find in Pages and a mindmap/chart tool.
Good for bored people that like to make stories
I’m gonna be honest with y’all. I’m 11 years old and I like this app for drawing when I’m bored and making tiny stories with images from google. If you are a teacher reading this. This is recommended for creating videos of lots of things you are learning in your classroom but just make sure they don’t screw around when you are not looking or gone. To prevent that, have a child you trust to watch and see if they are doing their job.(please note I am a child this is a suggestion for anyone reading this so don’t get mad alright?) anyways that’s about it. Hope you found what you are looking for.
Doesn't support Japanese characters:(
The app is great. I use it for recording my language (German, Spanish, English) and intercultural communication lessons. BUT every time I try to type something in Japanese the program shuts down:( Please fix.
Good app
Needs the function of working through the app, to see your account and lessons etc, instead of switching between the app and safari :)
EXCELLENT!
I have been using this to teach high school classes the past two years. It is excellent.
You reamed us
Just when education needed you most, you have to pay a ridiculous subscription fee for the basic features you need (importing a pdf document, saving drafts, ...)
It’s good
It’s good.
Glitchy
It was really glitchy and when I did an in class assessment it completely stuffed up. It deleted all of my work and the assessment had to be scrapped. Better if it had less bugs.
Good
This is a nice app, though there should be an option were you can save your video into the camera roll so i could show my friends in an easier way. Please let us save to camera roll!!! Thanks Good app
