OOPS! An expected error occurred
I’ve tried over several months, maybe years. Never works. “Oops! unexpected problem occurred. Try again later.” Not exactly unexpected. iPhone 16
Feature request
We should be able to punch in our numbers and get an alert if they come in. That would be awesome.
Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly at all especially when it comes to entering/scanning the promotion scratch off. It would be better if it defaulted to the last option that was scanned or it allowed you to scan continuously.
My app is up to date!
I’m trying to enter a promotion and it says open the my stuff tab. There is no such tab on the app. Only my favorites. Please fix this app!!!

Useless
Does not work. Gives an error message every time.
Scan barcode
Since the last update the Scan Badcode don’t work anymore. Developers need to fix this bug issue. If not I’ll have to find another app to use.
Pretty lousy
As others have mentioned, generating a code to scan at a retailer for playing a game like mega millions just doesn’t work. So that feature is completely useless. In addition, the “Check if numbers have one before” feature for picking, say, mega millions numbers doesn’t work either. The “check ticket” function works most of the time. If you have lockdown mode enabled on your phone, it won’t work, though that isn’t surprising. Finally, the UI/UX is unpolished, clunky, and below average looking. Don’t bother installing. Florida lottery, you should just make your website work on mobile phones and ditch the app entirely.
Using software to generate and save predictions
It is very convenient to be able to enter your numbers before visiting vendor to buy ticker. The problem is a limited to only 10 tickets. When I might want to buy 100 for a given game can you raise max predictions to 100.

This app is come a LONG way compared to the past. They definitely fixed the barcode scanning and they have updated the scratch off games. I do recommend double checking your ticket with your eyes just in case. Don’t ever trust a computer 100%, your brain is always the best processor.
New update bad
The app is just one big error, no pun intended! I open and immediately receive an error. I’ve deleted and re added yo no avail
Needs work
This app stays crashing out 99.9%. When it does work I like the fact that you can check your tickets has the option to scan it. I wish they would add games or the option to buy lottery ticket online.
Need to fix scanner
I love this app but in the last couple weeks (sept 2025), it will no longer scan paper lottery tickets correctly. Scratch offs still work, but every paper ticket gets a scanning error. Please fix!

Helps me out a quite a bit,determining if I indeed have a winning ticket and when “The Florida Lottery” has promotion’s! Needs to rated much higher than it is now,because it’s a good tool for usage!

Always have a great experience with this app until recently. I can log in through my browser but the app cannot find my email information so that I can utilize the app. Still five stars, never EVER had any problems with the Fla Lottery!

It’s ok. Good to see which ticket prices are available. But the “scan ticket” option is terrible. How can you check your ticket if the barcode scanner can’t even focus on the barcode half the time? It’s kinda worthless half the time
Florida lottery winning numbers that I used to have on my app iPhone and it’s no longer there.
I am not happy at all. I use this app all the time and I cannot get it to read my scratch offs. This is a problem. I uninstalled it and now I can’t get back on.
Glitchy
This is not a very well-made or maintained app. I had to reinstall it three times to get it to even work. It’s inconsistent in scanning ticket barcodes, sometimes it returns a result other times it tells you to go to the retailer. What’s the point of this app?
Glitch
The app will not load today 06/02. It states “error opps unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”. I have being trying again “later” to no avail. Even deleted the app, cleared cache, restarted phone, redownloaded app .. still receiving same error message. Also, the “app support” is a joke!! It just sends to online website without assistance.
