Favourites Flaw
I love this app. The products are wonderful and often well priced, although there are premium ranges with the higher pricing that you’d expect. The order process is streamlined. However, what should be a very useful feature -favourites lists - is useless to me on my iPhone. I can’t create a new list to add products to because the keyboard covers the SELECT button that should conclude the process. I can’t see a way to get past this and had to close the app to move on. Hopefully the next update will resolve this.
Actualizan la app demasiado a menudo
Es uno auténtico aburrimiento que se pasan el día actualizando la app y no te deja usarla si no está actualizada. Casi merece más la pena verlo en la web.

Purtroppo non sono riuscita ad attivare la modalità Click and go . Mi farebbe piacere capire come si fa . Ho seguito le istruzioni online , ma l’app non mi ha dato l’opzione .Peccato !

Terrible app
Imposible to add a gift card that has already been activated. The items scroll downwards instead or side to side like any other web. Crashes continuously. Inditex should really look into a more friendly app.
Modo de pago se antepone a tramitación de pedido
Una vez hecho el pago la aplicación selecciona una dirección de envío. Si no es la adecuada hay que volver a tramitarlo y volver a realizar el pago. No queda claro en ese momento si al volver a pagar estás duplicando el pedido a dos direcciones o estás corroborando el pago que ya habías hecho
Se queda colgada con mucha facilidad
Cuando intentas visualizar un producto de características “similares” no baja la pestaña y se queda colgada. Aparte el sistema de pago funciona incorrectamente y rechaza el pedido. Le falta mucho por mejorar.

Última versión con fallos
En general, me gusta mucho la app, pero desde la última versión tengo muchos errores que antes no tenía y que molestan bastante. Tengo que hacer login cada vez que accedo, no memoriza la contraseña. De hecho, me hace Face ID y luego me pide usuario y contraseña, CADA VEZ… es pesadilla… Por otro lado, el histórico de los pedidos online tardan mucho en descargarse… Espero que puedan arreglar estos errores pronto, porque afectan mucho a la experiencia de cliente.

Hopeless customer service
Trying to chat via the Zara Home app is simply impossible. You start a conversation, then get a message saying that an agent will respond “soon” — but this “soon” lasts forever. Eventually, the chat just disappears and you have to start all over again. The result is always the same: zero response. The customer service is simply not functioning.

Absolute disgrace shipping
Cutting corners by using Evri for shipping, whose communication is horrendous making people stay at home waiting for them for days.

Can’t add address or check out anything, won’t load favourites. It just keeps saying error for everything
3 steps for a like
I usually like something when I’m trying to make a quick note of something, most other apps have one tap likes. I’m always frustrated how I have to stay on the page and click through three steps just to add a like.

Order took two hours to place over two days
A very out of date ordering system that does not accept major credit cards. I wasted hours trying to process a payment. Phones customer services 3 times. Told to change my browser, computer. They couldn’t take a substantial order over the phone. Left me concerned the order had processed many times. There was nothing wrong with my computer or credit card at all as I was ordering from other companies. The order went through with PayPal. Rubbish processing and rubbish customer service support.

No recognition of login
Every time I log in asks me for a password and does not memorise or keep what I had in the cart — and asks for my login details again .. it goes on and off during my search .. the website is even worse … Are they investing all the money on the clothes app and dismissing the home side of things … very disappointing experience buying online .. specially when one has a huge order and has to go in and out the account .. because of research etc .. Perhaps not as noticble to a one off purchase. Major issues around payments when you are buying with a uk card but to be delivered to another country —- they are not prepared PROPERLY for multiple addresses … very strange considering they are a multinational brand —😩😩😩

Out of stock items!!
Quite frustrating that it shows an item in stock and you choose size. When going to pay. Then it say OUT OF STOCK. REMOVE ITEMS. Update your system. This isn’t a one off. It’s constant!

Trying to place an order and get to drop off point for DHL pick up and it’s asking for an Zara id so I I tried finding it and non existent. Terrible app to navigate around.

Deliveries just disappear
Deliveries are never on the day they say they will be, you do not receive an update as to when they will be and have to chase them up yourself. Often there is no information on when the delivery will be. The problem seems to be that the back office does not communicate well at all.

The worst customer services I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been messaging on WhatsApp to get centre round in circles then get an email telling me to quote a case number and get run around in circles again get your company in the order. I’ve deleted your app as I’m never shopping with Zara again

Overall nice UX Wish it was easier to find things, the categorisation seems odd. Favourites would be a really handy tool if it worked - currently you go to add something and you can’t add it to a list so have to create a new list for every item
