Very helpful
I use this app frequently, it's easy to use and helps me sleep better. Doesn't have as many options as other apps do but for an app that's free, it works.
Not what I'm looking for
The voice sounds strict and harsh, not soothing and relaxing. It's hard to fall asleep when you feel like you are being lectured in a classroom.

It need more things like I should b ealbe to have more stuff on sleeping bc I don’t sleep well abd gearing the same w thing over and over donsnt help me sleep

I use this when I have too much on my mind and I can't fall asleep. I even use it when I wake up in the middle of the night and I can't go back to sleep because I'm thinking about everything on my plate.
Soso
This app is pricier than most of its kind and the woman's voice is a bit annoying to me. Not sure why some people who do guided meditations feel like they have to change their voice to some unnatural pitch. This speaker seems to do it. Might not bother some people but didn't work for me.
Purchases don’t work
Made a purchase from the apps store and tried to download it numerous times. But it didn’t work on my iPad. Warning to others.Downloads from the app’s store I discovered do work on my iPhone. Needs to be fixed for iPad. I find the content quite good. The sleep program worked for me and I am an insomniac.
This app changed my life
I’ve had terrible insomnia due to depression and anxiety for years and I’ve tried medication and even some natural ways to fight it, but this sleep hypnosis is the only way I can fall asleep and stay asleep
Sought refund just purchased not for me
Have tried getting a refund on your app just purchased can't seem find any way even though the application has been removed and I requested refund 3 minutes after purchasing as the speaker in application (her voice) was causing migraine headache 🤕 Not soothing nor anything that would help my sleep 😴
Such a great useful app for sleep!!
Missing one star for the setting of volume. It is combined with the system volume. When I sleep on bed, I like to set the app volume low , so I can hear it but not been disturbed by the high volume voice. However, there would be a problem for the next morning, the alarm would be as quite as the app and wouldn't wake me up. So, could you please separate the volume setting of the app with the system one as many other apps could do?? Otherwise, users would sleep good at night with you app but late for work.
Compared to similar apps it falls short.
I have had much success with hypnosis apps. Not this one. I do not find the induction to be relaxing. Her voice doesn't lull me in as several others do. This is the fourth app that uses hypnosis to help relax you to sleep that I have tried. Unfortunately it doesn't deliver.
Okay, but needs work
I would appreciate this app far more if I were allowed to play all of my purchases in succession. From what I can tell Only one hypnosis soundtrack can be selected to play at a time. The looping feature is great, but I would often appreciate looping two or more soundtracks over the course of a night, or meditation session. Also it would be nice if the audio on the various tracks were identical. Thank you for your consideration,
Hard core insomniac
This is amazing , I fell asleep until she said wake up. So no I’m going to try for the night and see what happens! If this is 100% I will be but in purchases. Thank you

I thought I would download this app to see what it was like. I also have an app called "Power Of Mind", and I listened to the instructions and the opening on both of them and they're exactly the same!!!! I'm very angry because I enjoy Power Of Mind, but I don't want two copies of it on my iPad. Please change it, as I will be writing about this on the Power Of Mind app. *DON'T FALL FOR THE APP PICTURE DIFFERENCE* I hope this helped you all. Please write back if not.
Good app
I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep. This app has helped me many times when this has happened.
Her voice and sayings are distracting!
I'm not so sure this works. I've tried it many times before writing this review to give it an honest review. First, I do not find her voice relaxing at all. Many of the things she says, I find distracting. I don't know if I am one of those that these things do not work on but there have been some nights I have listened to it over 7 times and I have not gone to sleep. Some nights I have gone to sleep after a couple times through. Don't know if it worked or I just went to sleep. On thing, make sure you set end to "sleep" and not "wake" unless you want to wake up in middle of the night.

I love this app! Whenever I am having trouble sleeping, this is one of my favorite go to apps to help me get there!

I've tried downloading these apps now for over two weeks and each time I get an error message so I can't give it a good review.
Works
I use the thing and have purchased a few of them.
I couldn't get it working yet.....
I was just about to delete this App as I was very upset whenever I tried to listen to it that after a minute or so when my screen goes into sleep mode the hypnosis audio stops playing-how am I supposed to relax & get to sleep if I have to stay awake to keep pressing my screen back on every minute-I was surprised since I have other other Rachel Meadows Apps & they work fine so I came to leave a 1 star review before deleting it but I noticed all these 5 star reviews & nobody else mentioning this issue(This Is an issue that about 5% of Hypnosis Apps have that is so ridiculous they have it set up this way) so I went back to the App first & checked my settings in Configure & I saw that I had Hypnosis video (forget what it's called but above audio) turned to OFF-as I wasn't planning to watch the rain drops as I went to sleep & that would also make my battery run out quicker but out of curiosity I turned it to ON to see if it would work properly & sure enough-Yes it does-so a Tip to others that Should be clearly in the instrutions-make sure you have that turned to ON & even though it's turned ON-my screen still went into slept mode as I have it set but the Audio continued to play this time-however it's now 11:20AM so this doesn't help me for the sleeping issue I had last night which required a sleeping pill finally at 4AM & then I stayed in bed pretty late-so I am rating it at 3 stars for now-until I get a chance to actually listen to it & play it fully through & see if I sleep-stay asleep & if it is worth keeping-I hope it is-I also believe I got it for free but I see everyone talking about paying for it so if I was charged for this-I'll be even more upset because I certainly did not Purchase this App knowingly-I downloaded it because it appeared FREE when I did-but now that I think about it-I had an issue with ITUNES for a few weeks demanding I give a new payment method for some purchase that did not successfully get billed & it was preventing me from updating Apps or doing anything until I went out to buy a new prepaid card & put it on my account-yet I had not bought Any Apps for several weeks & the last time I did buy an App it was a simple 99cent App & I had a prepaid card in my account with about $12 on it-then I used up the balance of that card in a store about 3 weeks after that purchase & within 1-2 days ITUNES was demanding I put a new payment method in my account-this was one of the Free Apps I had downloaded that same night I used up my card in the store-because I don't need a card on my account for Free Apps so if I find out this was an App that charged me but said it was Free I will be reporting it to itunes-other than that-the fact that it allows for repeating the hypnosis several times on a loop is a Plus & I hope it was free & now that I figured out how to actually get it to continue playing as I try to sleep-I'll try it again next time I need to-Good luck to all.
Excellent app
I love this app and use it to fall asleep quickly every night. I barely ever make it past step 12 and I'm sound asleep.
Do not waste your money
How Stupid, I buy this to go to sleep and at the end she says "and now if your ready to wake up, open your eyes"! Are you kidding? Don't waste your money.
Sleeping
All I can say is I have problems sleeping but when I use this I sleep and that's a great thing
Adequate
It does the job but definately overpriced. It's not a very good guided imagery audio. The narrator takes you down steps that lead no where. 10 steps to nowhere and then 3 steps to nowhere and then after awhile it's bothersome because you start to realize the in-congruencies which is not very relaxing.

This is the first sleep/hypno app I've used and it is very relaxing for me. I could use some more variety with the sounds. I like it.

Disappointing
During the induction I was relaxing, only to be pulled horribly from it when instructed to 'notice a fire in the room' which prompted me to feel panicked about my surroundings burning. Terrible induction.
Incredible
At first, I had trouble falling asleep at night. Now i just listen to the recording and I'm asleep in 15 minutes! That is a huge improvement. Absolutely awesome app!!!👍

Repackaged app sold over & over
It makes me angry when companies repackage an app like this and sell it over & over. Don't spend your money twice like I did or better yet don't support rip offs like this at all! Besides, there are many more effective alternatives available for 1/3 of the price.
