Bin sehr zufrieden
Miesester Service ever!
Functional but sometimes it keeps loading and doesn’t work
Functional but sometimes with some crucial operations it keeps loading and doesn’t respond (Bills, for example).
Fehlerhaft👎

verygood
nice
Unusable / absolutely useless
The app never gets past the cookie policy notification on startup. There’s no way to confirm, decline, or simply close that cookies notification screen. Absolutely DISASTROUS app development / UI testing! ― iPhone 8, iOS 16.7.15
Works great for me
Been with Sunrise since highschool, jus now getting the app✅✅ does what I need it to do #nicework
1.-
In app payment issues
Have experienced app based payments not completed but no notification is received to revisit when this occurs
Mahnung
Zu hoch mahngebühren
Can’t pay a bill
Everytime I try to pay a bill with a valid card, it says “The transaction was unsuccessful”. Very annoying. I shouldn’t have to visit Sunrise in person to pay my bills and get an extra fee because of that.
Errore
Expensive
Very expensive
Mécontent
Impossible payer avec Paypal clavier non accessible disparaît
Billing
To difficult to figure out how to pay a bill.
Had issues the first time downloading the app
At the beginning I couldn’t open the app as it would launch and only show a white screen - I deleted and reinstalled twice and then it worked!
Update
Sunrise
applicazione a parte gruppo Sunrise, mi trovo molto bene, nonostante capitano spesso pagamenti in ritardo. Sono sempre pronte ad avvisarmi senza bloccarmi all’istante.. Grazie
Too many unsolicited ads
I keep getting ads even though I have requested not to. They need to do a better job respecting their customers or they will leave.
Expensive
Expensive for twint payment
Carina
👌
Great help always
App is dead
App opens but screens stays blank. iOS is up to date but the app isn’t.
Molto migliorata

Servizio clienti???

No go!
Latest version (2 weeks) doesn’t even open.
I was told first 2 months free but now I have invoices for chf300!
Thanks Samir for not doing your job! Terrible service as usual from Sunrise! Big mistake.
Terrible experience with the new update
The app is just completely useless and broken since they updated it with that UPC thing. Be ready to experience UI glitches and “General errors” that they throw at every events, like clicking on a button General Error, typing a new postal address General Error, trying to reload your credit with a credit card General Error. What a bunch of inexperienced developers. You should be ashamed to roll out such a sub par App.
S
This app is always crushing always is so slow, and never can see the status of my order.
Easy
The new app seems to be working great. Easy and simple to use. Great work Sunrise !
update
