He escrito sin exagerar a 30 anunciantes y ningún responde o dejan en visto que viene a ser lo mismo, y a alguno que me ha respondido la mayoría de particulares se aprovechan de la demanda para borrar anuncios y resubirlos más caros aprovechándose de la necesidad.

Com a quantidade de casas sem certificado de utilização já estava na altura de colocar esse mesmo filtro, a organização na disposição de material para pesquisa diz muito também sobre a gestão do site/aplicação tornando rápida e eficaz cada pesquisa. Não percebo como e equipa responsável nunca se debruçou em tal questão.

Creo que sería una buena idea que Idealista hiciera algunos cambios en su aplicación. También sería mejor que hubiera empleados reales, y no robots, que pudieran evaluar las habitaciones y los pisos de forma razonable y objetiva. Hay personas que se aprovechan de la situación y ponen precios demasiado altos. Por ejemplo, una habitación que debería costar unos 250 € la anuncian por 350 o 400 € Y también deberían añadir el idioma árabe y otros idiomas que no están disponibles actualmente en Europa, porque hay muchas personas árabes que utilizan la aplicación.

Nunca dejo reseñas en las aplicaciones, pero esta vez incluso me tomé la molestia de entrar y escribir una porque lo que he vivido es algo increíble. La aplicación literalmente te somete a un ataque de spam: cada cinco minutos llegan notificaciones completamente irrelevantes que, además, se duplican por correo electrónico. Es un nivel de insistencia absolutamente desproporcionado y una gestión de las notificaciones totalmente absurda. Al final, he eliminado la aplicación y haré todo lo posible para no volver a utilizarla nunca. No la recomiendo en absoluto. Solo la utilizaría como último recurso.

Love the variety of listing. The only issues are the duplicates that they have on certain properties. Wish more would have 3-D walk through and blueprints.

When browsing using the map feature if u barely touch a region it highlights the whole thing. Too sensitive. Fix it. Otherwise great app.

Used to be good, forced log in now, is disappointing.
I have been using this app for years, looking for a property in Spain. For years it was everything I needed, I never had to surrender any private information like email or Apple or Google log ins, but with the recent change and now being forced to log in, (just so I can discard a property) is a huge backwards step for me and a big negative for the rating. (Was 5*). The “ONLY” time you need my details is when I finally find that property and need to proceed. Data mining at its worst.

There a few upgrades I would make like adding heating opt, pets, and a few more

O App é ótimo mas não possui um sistema de segurança que nos permite garantir que o anúncio é legitimamente seguro. Isso seria fácil de fazer : basta ter uma base de cadastro e informar a quanto tempo cada perfil está na plataforma e se já fez negócio de forma segura. Ou seja ter avaliações de pessoas reais que arrendaram anteriormente com aquele perfil. Tudo verificado e realista. Hoje em dia está perigoso as fraudes e golpes que são muitos .

When a landlord commits fraud in deposit return
Idealista will not even prevent them from listing again. Very sad. VRBO and AirBnB have a method to intervene. Idealista should help to mediate or at least block landlords with many complaints.

A lot of the rental adverts are bait & switch tactics mostly by estate agents and private owners. Idealista takes no action when provided with detailed in-app messages as proof of malpractice. Idelista is enabling fraud! Be aware!
I can’t stop looking
As someone who dreams of moving abroad, I love the app and it’s so helpful that you can translate the pages. My only gripe is that you cannot view houses in different countries using the same account, not a massive issue of course but it would make it more enjoyable.
