Lo mejor de la app lo sencillo y rápido y que no es difícil de entender me encanta pagar las etiquetas y presentar el código en la oficina para que saquen la etiqueta con la dirección y que se pega al sobre sin tener que hacer uno fotocopia de la etiqueta y pegarla con cinta de embalar es muy cómodo que tengan en la oficina la impresora que genera la etiqueta de envío con todos los datos y adhesiva es muy cómodo me encanta y rápido todo llegar entregar el paquete o sobre y leer el código la persona de correos en la oficina y listo 5 estrellas

Useless app… I am unable to start a shipment without authenticating that I am not a robot. Please fix this!! Some services are locked behind the app

Han mejorado muchísimo la aplicación, es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Tal vez le falta algo más de notificaciones en cuanto a al estado del pedido. Como sugerencia se podría usar las Live Activities para ver el estado de envío del paquete o recepción de este.
Problemas pago aduanas
Desde hace unas semanas cuando me dice que puedo realizar el pago correspondiente de mis paquetes de aduanas y me pide los datos fiscales, me pone un cartel que faltan datos por rellenar (cosa que no es así). Pensando que podía ser un fallo mío, me he dirigido a la oficina de correos más cercana y me han dicho,tras intentarlo ellos, que no es fallo mío y que ellos no saben qué hacer. Por favor, solucionad el problema.
Mañana entrega
Habiendo gente en casa para recoger el pedido, llaman a la puerta y no lo entregan llaman al número de teléfono cuando no se puede atender al teléfono, pero en la puerta de casa y no entregan el pedido y inaudito

You can’t get past the phone validation. Although I’ve heard great reviews for the company, the app is junk.
Perfecta para hacer seguimiento de envíos
Funciona muy bien para hacer seguimiento de envíos. Por fin se ha resuelto el problema que no permitía borrar seguimientos pasados.
Questionable development practices
I can’t speak to the quality of the app as a whole, since signups are broken. The developers run their reCaptcha on free tier, so phone number verification is currently broken since they’re out of free requests. This should be fixed. Startup animation is nice I guess.

Impresionante como los que me tiene que dejar el paquete en My casa se los guardan y luego lo dejan en un estanco en el pueblo donde les da la gana, tres veces lo habéis hecho. Me hacéis perder el tiempo y que pagado por un billete d elijo

I am unable to authenticate my phone number. It’s an endless loop of verifying I’m not a bot, that’s it. :(
Stuck in authentication
The app is stuck on authenticating my phone number. I just endlessly click the box “I am not a robot” repeatedly, and it just kicks me right back to the authentication screen. Useless.

Estoy preguntando en mail donde esta el paquete q me mandaron y me estan dando mil vueltas diciendo que no saben donde esta. Ya puse codigo d seguimiento y no sale la ubicacion. PESIMO SERVICIO
