Medibank App love it
I use the Medibank app often to check what’s new and join in the challenges to improve my health. I love it as it’s easy to use and rewards for completing challenges.
Major step backward in user experience
In a world where every app is making login seamless with Face ID and passkeys, Medibank has taken two massive steps backward. A few months ago, Face ID worked fine. Now, I have to manually enter my username, password, and an MFA code every single time I open the app. It's frustrating, inconvenient, and terrible UX. Please bring back biometrics!
Expensive
Very hard to pay these payments. This account does not let me change services such as .. pregnancy, I am an 84 year old male.. I obviously do not need pregnancy help. I am at the age where i need medical payment help

Direct debit payment inaccuracies leaving my family and I without cover & without notice. Not acceptable especially for premium coverage.
Not match with Apple health app
Total difference between Apple health app and Medibank app. Medibank app can’t detect every Single step. Compare with other app. Medibank app is 1500 steps less than Apple health app everyday.

Why on earth are there so many steps to make a claim? Surely like other provider you submit the receipt and be done with it.

Just need a receipt to make a claim. Very easy and quick as long as the provider ID and Item numbers are correct on the invoice. Happy!
Payments
Each month I change my card details and the next month the payment never goes through and I have to enter it all again. It’s soo stupid and frustrating
