What people like
- Works reliably every time
- Helps with sleep quality
- Clean sound without noise
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Hard to set exact frequencies
- No landscape screen mode
Great app
Works every time!
Obnoxious and Annoying Pop up Ads
Ads suddenly pop up and cover the whole screen with no options making the 20 Hz tone generator unusable. Not like other App Ads that show up at the bottom off the screen and give you the option to skip Ad after 30 seconds or so if you are not interested. Terrible to use for short periods and definitely not conducive to encouraging anyone to upgrade.

So many ads!
I couldn’t even test the free version to evaluate.
Re: Tone Generator
Awesome application for generating tones and studying sound.
Ruined by ads
Another decent app completely ruined by the greed of ads. Ads pop up every time you want to use it and it’s totally unusable totally worthless piece of junk. Just deleted it. Time to look for something else people.
Good Pranking App
I was able to successfully convince my friend into thinking he had tinnitus with this app. The only thing I would add is a more precise way to select the frequency.
Way too many ads
Every time you do anything it plays an ad. Start a tone play an ad. Stop a to e play an ad. Minimize app and come back another ad. Garbage takes 5 minutes to play anything g because of all the ads
I’m happy with it
Very useful
Was a great app
Used to rely on this to test our audio equipment. But the ads are all over the place now. Lately, it doesn’t work with some of our connected Bluetooth speakers. There are so many other apps now that it doesn’t make any sense to use this one anymore. It was good at the beginning. Not anymore. Too bad.
Good frequency range
I enjoy trying out different frequencies on the app.
Viel Werbung
It totally does what it claims!!!
I use it to teach people to hear God at a frequency near 11,000 Hz. Turn off the generator and it still is there, according to your faith, as Jesus said. That removes limits that we are accustomed to placing on God God activates the Pineal Gland which Jacob discusses in the Bible when wrestling with God all night. The City of Pineal, or Jacob’s ladder can be dialed in at around 11,000 Hz. Study the Bible this way for more WISDOM and gifts from our Heavenly Father.

Experiments
I really needed it to go higher in Hz. Not just 25000 Hz.
$$$
More options and able to give off mixes
Manual
Wish I had a manual that explains a couple functions
Garbage
Paid for an app and wants another .99 to get functions Scam.
👌
Design flaws
There seems no way to increase the volume or amplitude which a glaring design error. The sign out selection is impossible to access long enough to actually sign out. Selection of controls seems awkwardly designed and counter intuitive.
UI needs improvement
It does generate sound/tone to the frequency set. However it's very difficult to select the frequency precisely with the slider. It should allow one to also enter the frequency directly with the keyboard or numeric pad.
Tone generator
I love this app the only problem that I have and probably everybody else has is that you cannot find tune the frequency that you want the sliding button you guys made it’s not easy to get the perfect frequency number that you’re looking for if you can put a manual up and down button that will be amazing please try to fix this is an awesome app thank you in advance.
Scam
Useless!
Works well for physics demonstrations
I use it to demonstrate resonance in an air column in 9th grade physics. Very convenient.
No Landscape Mode
The app seems to work fine for me HOWEVER there is NO LANDSCAPE viewing mode? I consider this irresponsible to the consumer. At least it should be stated as such in the "details" under the ad? Other than that, decent app.
Silencer
This is great. Hooked up to 500 watt Bluetooth speaker and use it to shut up the damned barking dog next door.
Fake app
Fake app. Buying the upgrade doesn’t do anything. There is no support. You can’t export like it says you can. It’s a scam.
If you are willing to spend $0.99...
you end up with an easy to use app that works well, but has no bells or whistles—well some frequencies sound like whistles to me ;)
Incompleta
Worth it
I use the tones in this app for when I'm sleeping at night and I've gotten better sleep ever since. Definitely worth purchasing!

Limited function, ruined by ads
I wanted to have an app for testing speaker system response, I thought this app would do it. Seemed ok at first, but without paying to unlock, the app is really slim and only has one function - play a tone. Then suddenly a full screen ad took over that I couldn't seem to close without just terminating the app. That's a deal breaker for me. I'll find a better app.

Divertido sobretodo en la opera
Use tone for essential tremor
I have an essential tremor and my neurological chiropractor advised me to listen at a proscribed tone and it calms my tremor! Love it! Use it as needed.
Crap

Good
Very good to make wife freak. Hahaha
