Funktioniert absolut problemlos
Bei Amazon bestellt und nach 5 Tagen (Deutschland) bekommen. Anmeldung und Aktivierung waren nach 10 Minuten, auch ohne Italienisch Kenntnisse, erledigt. Ich bin begeistert und kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
Absolute Rubbish
It doesn’t let you create a profile with international numbers. So if you don’t have an Italian number can’t use the service. Ridiculous…..

Never sends registration code
What a disappointing experience. At Formica beach all pay machines have been removed and now requires Telepass. Sadly I cannot register and will get a parking fine. Awesome. This is the future!
PDF nicht erzeugbar
Auch nach oftmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit und ohne KI/Chatbot war das Problem der nicht anzeigbaren pdf-Dateien(die ich für die Buchhaltung brauche) nicht lösbar
Eigentlich super - nicht ausgereift
Nachdem ich nach Vertragsabschluss keinen Account erstellen konnte, habe ich es geschafft den telefonischen Support zu kontaktieren. Dazu muss man Italienisch beherrschen. Man hat mir dann den „Codice ID“ per Email geschickt und ich konnte mich in der App anmelden. Es gibt da noch viele Probleme und man erkennt, dass die App noch nicht ausgereift ist. Zum Beispiel wird meine deutsche Adresse nie korrekt angezeigt. Ich kann nicht das Land einstellen, es steht immer wieder Italien dort und einige anderen unlogische Sachen … ich hoffe, dass man daran arbeitet, denn die Idee vom Telepass Grab&Go ist wirklich sehr gut.
Very handy
Pretty cool app. You can look up your data very quickly, and also manage the subscription. I find very good the feature that allows you to mail the invoices: much quicker than looking them up from your pc on the regular website. All in all a must have for telepass users.

Loop continui dalla app al sito. Nessun modo di attivare le promo. Persa un’ora per nulla.

English translation partially missing
The English translation is incomplete and it would help to have that finished. Also some addresses simply do not work and you can’t continue the registration. I had to use an address from a different country to continue.
Payment status
Not easy to pay true the app, unless you have QRcode, which I can’t identify, not Apple Pay, frustrating making worse for the clients to pay on time, and not being able to access the service for the customer service. Just to make you pay extra fee for not having paid on time.
Not possible to upgrade
It’s not possible in any way to upgrade the contract from a base to a plus

Its ok, app (for grab&go) is working, but a lot of popups in italian language, half of the app is in english even if my system language is only english… Need to translate lot of question to a translator. My adress where i live is standing italia, but its not … fix this please and let it update.

There is no way in the app to update payment information, you can’t log on to the website to do this either, what are you expecting people to do when cards go out of date?

Peccato / Schade
Leider ist eine Registrierung nicht möglich da das System die Postleitzahl (die das System selbst gespeichert hat und die auch stimmt) als ungültig zurückweist. Ich bin italiener und der Sprache mächtig, habe eine ital. Steuernummer (codice fiscale) was auch alles akzeptiert wird, dann hakts an der PLZ, wirklich schade, so vergrault man Nutzer.

Impossible user experience
What percentage of your customers are outside of the main EU countries? Would it not make sense to: - provide English as an option when signing up? - do you really need to list every country in the world in alphabetical order, instead of listing the top 10 where 99% of your customers are from!? - does the country selection need to be a tiny roll-wheel…. Tried signing up in the app and on your website but it’s in essence an impossible user experience so I gave up. I’ll just keep paying the tolls with my credit card…
