Always have had a good experience at this bank I’ve used the branch in Worcester Ma. for years and have always experienced great customer service

Hello, so the reason I gave it to one right now, which I Will actually change two or three. I changed it to a three from one because of the people that work at the branch I go to. These people work very hard and they are the most personable people ever. The reason I was gonna give it a one is because I do not have toggle overdraft yet somehow something got taken out and now I’m in the negative and that’s not OK.
App that won’t stop asking me to rate it gets a less than five star rating

Site Down Too Often
This app is down too often which is extremely frustrating.
Happy but not satisfied
App is pretty easy to use but I really dislike how I can’t lock my card and unlock it as needed. I was watching real time on the app as someone was making fraudulent charges and could not lock my card I just had to dispute the charges the next day. My wife banks at Sandtader and she laughed at me the I couldn’t lock and unlock my card as needed.
Deposited issue
App keeps complaining about can not find MCR on check. Not my picture taking abilities or lighting.

Fcu Review
Love my FCU App!! Never knew how much time I could save with this app w/o running from bank to bank just to print a receipt. Only con is I wish it would update all my transactions on the correct dates accordingly, other than that, no complaints.
It's ok
It used to work fine on my iPod touch till the up grade. Now it does not work any longer where I need it the most. I have to be at home to check my balance.

Completely stopped working at all
All the sudden the app no longer functions. No clue what they did but it totally stopped working on my iPhone. :( useless.
Better in some ways, not so much in others
I like the new layout of the app. I wish the log out button was still in the top corner. I like how it has a total account balance under each transaction

Great app but Touch ID doesn't work
Touch ID doesn't work when trying to set it up. I use my fingerprint to always long into my phone but when trying to set it up for the app it keeps saying error recognizing fingerprint. Please fix because it would make life so much easier to use the fingerprint to login . Thank you

Wow great app
Very useful app to do my bill pay and banking. Never had a problem with it. The staff over at webster 1st are top notch and always there and willing to help when needed.
Great Advocating
After applying for a Personal Loan, the loan officer reached out to me to explore all my options. I hadn't thought about refinancing my vehicle and taking out a loan at a sum which included the equity. Ultimately, this allowed me to consolidate my debt, essentially having one loan at a lesser interest rate. Thank you. Lisa
Atm
The Douglas branch needs a updated atm like the Webster one has it is very disappointing that I have to travel there to deposit money when my bank is only 15 minutes round trip versus 30 minutes and it’s even worse when you travel there and the atm is down my work ours don’t allo me to make it to the bank to deposit money when needed!!!
