Caring
I’ve yet to be disappointed in the service I receive from all personnel. Friendly, helpful and quick to help yet willing to take the time to listen . I’ve been to several branches and called by phone and always consistently receive warm kind helpful assistance . I highly recommend this bank for your business.
Check amount IS correct
I suppose you only review when it’s bad. I’ve been trying to deposit a check all day, and every time I receive an error message saying the amount I entered doesn’t match the “amount detected” from the picture captured. Since it’s snowed, it would be handy to cash my check like I’ve done before.
Regarding new update
Was hoping the new update would have the text size within the app larger. It’s kind of small. I can change it in my phone settings but that changes it for everything in my phone which I don’t need
FACE ID
Look the app is great. Sometimes it’s a little slow. But it’s a great banking app. But Face ID comes and goes. It’s strange. Sometimes face id will pop up and then there will be a month straight where I have to manually enter my passcode. Please fix. I like my face ID :)
Great minus the mobile deposit
It is great minus the mobile deposit. You have to wait for the scan to fail after the first scan every time and every subsequent photo.
Country Bank is the best bank in New England!!!!
All other bank have no personality and just keep pushing you to open an account.
Check capture for deposit
Rarely, if ever works. Fails and fails and fails until you are allowed to capture manually

Country Bank has made this app easy, safe and convenient. Love to be able to access multiple accounts and roll back through the account to do year to year comparisons. Thank you CB

While submitting a check for deposit the camera view doesn’t auto adjust to full screen landscape orientation.

PLEASE UPDATE!!! Please make it so when I open the app it doesn’t take a thousand years just for it to load the front page!!! It keeps saying it can’t open at this time & it’s ridiculous. My internet connection isn’t slow so it has to be a bug or something

Auto capture is 90° off
This app used to be 5 stars. But a recent upgrade screwed up the auto capture of check deposit. iPhone at least. I have to monkey with it until I’m allowed to manually take the picture. The capture is rotated 90° and if I rotate my camera, the capture also rotates. Frustrating. Fix that? 5-stars!!
Looks nicer, still straightforward
Looks like the app was just updated and everything looks a little nicer, but no drastic changes so I can still find what I need. The mobile app has always had great features, from a community bank I trust.

Difficult to use the Phone app. Never let me login on the first try.

Love the fact that i can check my purchases, deposit my checks and transfer money all without going to the bank, 24-7. I work nights and am not usually out and about during regular banking hours. This is perfect. The employees are all super nice and helpful whenever i have had an issue or needed help over the phone. I highly reccament country bank I’ve had several different Banks in the past and i ask truly happy with country bank. THANK YOU

Great when it’s not broken which seems to be more often that not and i can’t even go to the branch by my house because it’s closing.

Taking an image other than manually stinks. I always hv to go to manual to take the image. Go back to what you had.

Poor service
Zelle transfers take for ever to go through. I’ve contacted Zelle’s customer service they said it’s not them but my bank. They also have not been able to resolve a transaction issue I had that I’m still dealing with.

Does it ever work?
So frustrating that the app has been down for a whole day, but this is not the first time. Touch ID works when it wants to, if you enter your username/password 9 times out of 10 you’ll get a bad request message. Just a bad app all around. Check deposit feature says amount typed and amount entered don’t match when they do. Please update this app to perform better.
FaceID doesn’t work properly
When you enable FaceID, it only works for a day or two before you get a message that an update requires you to re-enable FaceID. It’s been an ongoing issue and it’s pretty annoying, I hope the developers can address this.

Used to be good, after most recent update it won’t let me log in
After the most recent update, it wouldn’t recognize my username and password. I changed my password just to be sure, and it says my account is locked. Yet I can log onto the website, so it’s clearly not. They need to do another update or fix for this problem.

I don’t have a problem with CountryBank itself, it is their App. It is bad, not user friendly. I used to be able to use a security code not my password which had to be changed every 3 months!
