What people like
- Great for local Ark-La-Tex news alerts

- Includes a useful weather app too
What they complain about
- App crashes or won’t open after updates
- Too many annoying and loud ads
- Constant notifications feel like useless clickbait
Racism
Reach out to Love Shreveport he will get your story out
Annoying
Graphic design is too annoying for people with problems with dizziness. Nothing in the settings to turn off sounds. Scroll movement is jittery. Liked it better the way it was with larger print. The commercials that come on are loud and are not welcome in certain environments. You cannot enlarge a picture or video like you could with the old app.
Better before update
The app was better before the update. Don’t like it the way it is now.
Not very good
Notices never appear. Home news is out of date normally. Sports are slim and not up to date. Not much to see except as a reference to news
The news
You need to update the app twice a day . Remove old news and stop leaving it up for days. If you want to improve your rating update the app more often . At this point channel 3 makes y’all look terrible
Adrian
We miss seeing her ! Is she with you anymore ?? String bean Boone 2
App tracking
App forces you to allow tracking and no place to select no or change in settings
Reader of news thru app
I love this app it was nice to have it when we traveled to the air base to visit every month for seven years. You have some good winters. I am from central il 75 miles east of St. Louis
Far Too Many Notifications
This app is clickbait from hell. Every 5 minutes another BS notification. Trashed it.
More info
Your News stories on violence sometimes give an address but don’t say what area of town it’s in. I have to search for where it is. Like near me? Is that near a road I travel often? Should I re route? Please advise! That would be very helpful!
Update
I still can not get the updated version and have tried numerous times!
Hunt
It wasn’t broke, don’t like it
Crashing
Since the new update I’ve not been able to open the app and haven’t gotten any notifications.
App crashes
The app crashes when you click the notifications.
Need more local info on Texarkana
Seems like every single notification I get from app is about Shreveport. I live in Texarkana. I would love to see more local news
Herbert’s Review
Great on the scene coverage of newsworthy & community events!
Hate New App
I hate this new app. It is just like channel 3 app and I avoided it like the plague.
The best news cast since slice bread
Sssibm
Love, but…
The app has stopped working! Won’t open up at all!
Good app
Stories could be better written - they often contain misspelled words and grammatical errors.
Great job keep it up
It’s nice having all the alerts and news in seconds great job
Not local
There are over 10 stories in the main feed that are from other states or countries. It is not local news. It IS news with a few local stories. Please reflect the Ark-La-Tex news as local.
Horrible pop up ads
You can’t read a single article without an ambulance chaser lawyer ad coming up EVERY SINGLE TIME
App shuts down
It seems that after the last update, the app shuts down and sends me back yo home screen. If I try to open random news headers. I’ve tried the reboot and checked for update. iPad
Babygirl
I love this app easy to use and beneficial!
Fear monger
This left-wing news outlet is nothing more than fear-mongers who spread disinformation to their viewers. I for one will be deleting this app and NEVER watch KSLA again. You're lying to the American people about Trump and I'm sick of you disgusting fake news outlets. I hope destroys every news outlet like yours.
Glitches And Blunders
When will a telecast happen without any mistakes, blunders it’s Always something with this news cast day or night. It’s getting to the point where we are guessing how many this time. I have heard that this is a training station. Is it true?
App Review
This is a great app to keep us informed about current events in the Arkla-Tex.
lies
this local news station app states it has breaking news notifications. it lies. it gives you constant notifications about their articles. this is supposed to be for breaking local news.
Needs improvement
This app used to be great. Over time updates have made it almost useless. You receive alerts all the time but never can open it to that article. The user interface seems cluttered and just doesn’t flow well. The older app was super clean and easy to navigate and find the current articles. Please update.
Coverage it’s great
It’s
Grammar
The article states that someone is “holed” up. Does that mean that the person was in a hole? Please check grammar when posting articles.

Stephen Shaver
Come on man! These newscasters can’t even read! Waste of time ! Not interested in this station. Anymore! What happened to y’all?
Update
I updated my app yesterday and now I can’t get the app to show me my news i clicked on it and it pops up and goes off I love the KSLA app until yesterday when I was trying to see the breaking news of the mail carrier🤦🏾♀️
Update does not work
Just updated the app and it does not work at all, and hate the new format. Never, ever do I want to stream your video. It shouldn’t be the first choice, just want to read the news.
