Unwanted Audio
If you’re going to have an advertisement automatically start when you pull up a news article, why doesn’t the content of the video that follows match the content of the news article you clicked to read? And if you’re unwilling to match the news article to the video, can you at least let the user mute the unwanted audio? Or just give an option to mute all audio including advertisements as some prefer to read the article over watching a video and the audio of those advertisements can be distracting while trying to read????
Forced commercials
The app forces you to watch advertisements and you must watch the commercials to open the app. Get your news somewhere else.
Lacks local sports
Football is over; all I see are JUCO or High School football choices. What about Basketball, among other things. Coast teams have been trying to get to Jackson, but I can’t seem to find anything about them. Hard to support them if we don’t know where/when they’re playing next.
Stop the auto play
I hate it when ads or video automatically start playing, especially ads. Seems I couldn’t turn it off, either. Fix that or I’ll delete the app.

So disappointing, Important alerts that connect to nothing . Loud Commercials with no mute option etc. Deleting app now😢
Ad aggravation
I do not like having to go thru an add to get to the news. TV is ok but on your web site an ad is aggravating . In my case, I had a bad experience with America factory and it’s a waste of time navigating thru the ad. Do you have a premium app that by-passes the add?
Hate new app format
Not user friendly. Don’t want the “alerts” alert. Don’t want ads with sounds or music. Don’t want ads in the middle of the screen when I open the app. My friends won’t even use it now. Put it back the way it was.

This app is useless. What good is day old weather radar? Especially with a tropical depression in the gulf.

New app stinks
Won’t even show an article after selecting from home page. Tried multiple articles and it just pops up with ads for other news articles like what used to show up at the bottom of the page after you finished the article you wanted to read.
WLOX Ads
I like the WLOX app, but lately their adds have really been too much. While trying to read an article tonight, the same ad popped up several times and could not be removed to read the article. Others are obnoxiously loud (gaming ads.) Hope your ad dept takes a serious look at the ads, they’re such that i’m turned off to their products.

Why can’t you read but 20 articles in the news section? It doesn’t allow you to load more.
Can’t clear, not notification
Since this app was updated, I’ve not been able to clear the notifications

The app is great when it works. It takes forever for the radar to load and sometimes nothing ever shows up on the screen.
