What people like
- Auto-recognition works very well
- Keeps all contacts in one place
- Best card reader I've tried
What they complain about
- Support never actually helps
- Old info overwrites new cards
- Uploads are painfully slow
- App crashes frequently on launch

Best thing
This app is best to manage the multiple contacts you meet in daily life Thank you
Extremely bad customer service
Tried to contact customer service to use my previous account, they are surprisingly extremely unhelpful. Emails not answered, or answered after days or weeks with ridiculous instructions. Spent 2 months trying to solve this issue but it’s still going nowhere.

Best Card Reader!!
I’ve tried several apps for reading Business Cards and can certainly say 8 is the best!!!

Brilliant app
Very helpful app to keep all visiting cards in 1 place & great algorithm of automatically storing the data from card. Awaiting further updates with more stability in the app.
Not recommended at all
Bad customer support. Bad (low) data accuracy. They don't care about users. Don't waste your time, energy, money. Not worth it.
App not loading
App is not loading at all. Blank white page and no where to go. All my cards and data non accessible. Yes I am on good internet connection and everything else is working fine.

Need money back What I am saying so? 1.not desktop based website. Only app 2. Cannot share card with whatsapp directly. 3.cannot download / access data in CVS excel format. Please return my money. I don’t thinks it’s worth the amount.
Nice app
Nice & useful app but takes time for uploading. Needs to be improved.
Some cards stay stuck at digitising forever.
Almost 10 cards out of 36 in my records are still being uploaded from almost a month. It’s a serious glitch where ppl might end up losing their contacts. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

Give it a try
The app has great potential and can be used to store all vCards from people. However, there are various issues that they need to resolve. For example on the Edit Career page while saving it says issue with data format. Now there is no mention of which data format and therefore I am not able to update my data. It does not save the vCards on my contact list. It should.
Amazing
Loved the app....very innovative and unique....helps me cut through the clutter of the visiting cards lying around on my office table...a must app for all professionals...
Not good
Cannot control who can see profile. It does not allow to hide profile. At best you can restrict profile view to eight users only
Excellent Tool
This is an excellent tool for organising namecards and contacts. Clever use of the smartphone camera, internet and other technologies to solve a long standing problem of keeping track of contacts. Five stars if the speed can be improved.
Good app
Useful
It's simple and useful for all
I haven't used much but gave very cool Benifit of storing easy contact info.
useless app-0 star
i don’t know what developer kept in mind while devoloping this app never worked properly
Good for business
Great app.. go for those travelling often
Simple app
Simple and easy to use
Modification
Please do provide an option to save all cards with respect to work requirement.
Takes Too Long for digital input
After scanning card, it takes days for card to be digitally input.
Great app
Great app. Hope it can be faster though would get five star if faster
Crushes always
The app crushes always when I try to take a pic of name cards. It’s free and that’s good, but very unstable.
Good but need to improve
Nice app and it's useful as we don't have to keep the business cards .. but have to improve quite a bit like uploading settings plus the time it takes to finish the details..
