Excellent 30 year veteran driver
Excellent 30 year veteran taxi drive with accident free record. Good conversation and he anticipated a protest congesting terminal 3 and asked if it was ok to drop me off at terminal 2. Excellent service.
Won’t accept US number
It won’t accept a US number to complete the profile
card payments
In order be a proper cab app, it should actually enable card payments, not only offer them
Loyalty
Der mangler loyaltycard nappen
Virker ikke på min iPhone længere.
Fantastisk app, ude tvivl. - mvh, Birk
First Time Using App
Visiting from the United States and seen the commercial on TV. I walked farther than anticipated and thought I would try using the Taxa app. Worked great and simple to use.
App won’t accept a phone number that starts with +1
I would like to use this app in Copenhagen but it won’t accept my phone number that starts with +1 and I am locked out of
Høst
The app could not find the name of this restaurant and I could not find the name of the road so I had to get the restaurant to try and tap in the address which was not very easy
Don’t expect a lot but can get the job done
If you’re expecting Uber or Lyft, it is far less convenient and the app is much more clunky. Eventually we were able to get a taxi and to our location, so it worked but it was a hassle.
Professional and prompt
The driver was very informative, very professional, and prompt.
Overcharged for taxi ride
I tried this taxi company. The driver took a long route and ended up charging about twice what I would have paid with Uber. Never again
Virker ikke helt
Jeg har ofte problemer med at indtaste adresse, og ender som regel med at måtte ringe for at bestille kørsel.
Ok but doesn’t accept foreign cards?
App works as expected. But I couldn’t register any of my foreign credit or debit cards which turned out to be no big deal as all taxis in cph accept cards. Shame as it meant I have a pocketful of receipts.
Awesome service
Within 5 minutes our driver had pulled into the Tivoli Hotel to pick us up. Quite enjoyable conversation and ride to the Airport. Thank you Fabio!
Bad app
The app won’t accept my cell number.
Wouldn’t let me create an account
Frustrating
Very Helpful
This got me around Copenhagen during an evening layover when I stayed at a hotel near the airport and wanted to see a little of the city. Definitely recommended if you don't know the city or the currency. The ability to set the price before the ride is great!
Only Errors
Can’t find my location
No SMS
Never got SMS message, and now says that I’ve reached max number of SMS messages, but still haven’t received one. 🤷🏼♂️😵💫
Better than Uber
I live in the US but visit Copenhagen regularly. I normally use Uber in the US, just for the convenience of the app. This app gives me all the functionality of Uber (order, see your Driver’s location and arrival time, pay through the app, email receipts) PLUS I get a “real” taxi driver with a nice car who knows where he’s going! All taxi companies should have an app like this.
No country code for US
Can’t create an account because the app doesn’t recognize the us country code +1 how incredibly silly
The app can have many enhancements
This can be made better with right synch of location.
Den nyeste udgaver fungerer ret godt
Nemt at bruge, UI er upåklageligt
Won’t recognize address. Which ends your options to book trip
App doesn’t recognize a major hotel in Copenhagen.
Saw better taxi app
Not possible to modify a reservation — need to cancel and re-do Not possible for a taxi driver to prompt a payment through the app if you jump into a taxi on the street Should add car registration number as finding the taxi number on the back is not so convenient
Superb
I wouldn't use anything else while visiting Copenhagen, works perfectly.
Beware scammer drivers
They have dishonest driver. The driver kept his meter running after he drop me off the hotel. They reimburse me the difference.
Great functionality, but not in English!!!!!!!
The software works really well, but the devs lost a great opportunity to create something with English support as well, so travelers and basically anyone from abroad can use it…come on guys, you have done all the hard work but the most basic you forgot? Imagine how many foreigners could be using your service…a travel app that isn't in English is not a travel app...
Great App for CPH
Use it all the time - quick response, GPS enabled, taxi messaging
Terrible. CPH needs Uber ASAP
- Terrible UI (can’t use current location nor search the name of a location, only its literal address.) - Extremely overpriced as well. - Copenhagen needs to get Uber ASAP
Incredible app.
Works like a charm! Best taxi app ever.
Be Careful
I had trouble finding the driver so I simply asked him where he was parked. This made the driver so angry, he started being strangely controlling??? Telling me what to do. He was yelling “Come here! Get in!” and “Now get out!” I tried to leave then he yells again, “No get out through the other door!” Don’t appreciate all of the commands. Of course he cancelled the ride after I got in, so there’s no way for me to rate him after, but I still paid. That must explain the behavior.
