Do Not use it!
Do not waste your time with this app. The app has a serious issue with the ticket purchase flow. I selected Plan and Buy, chose a train from Copenhagen to Malmö, and instead of letting me purchase a ticket, the app forced me into a seat reservation only flow. It then redirected me to reserve bike space—even though I wasn’t traveling with a bike—and provided no way to proceed with buying the actual ticket. The workflow is confusing, appears to be broken, and leaves users unable to complete a simple purchase. An app for a national railway should make buying a ticket straightforward, not force users into a dead end.

Jeg ville ønske at der fandtes et kort når man køber tillægsbillet til pendlerkort (ligesom DOT appen havde det før)
Besværlig
Hvis man bruger Rejsekort appen skal man bare starte den hvor man er og stoppe når man er færdig. Nemt og smart. Med DSB skal man fortælle hvor man skal hen etc., hvorfor det? Usmart. Dårlig app.
Der er plads til forbedringer
Jeg har en periodekort på 30 dage i zone 1 og zone 2. Jeg synes det er træls at købe tillægs billetter der starter fra ex. Zone 2. Nogle gange chekker jeg ind med rejsekortet i appen og betaler derved for zone 2 to gange. Bare for at være på den sikre side, så jeg ikke får en bøde. Kan appen ikke se at jeg HAR zone 2 i forvejen, så hvis jeg fx køber billet fra Nordhavn eller tjekker ind med rejsekortet at appen automatisk trækker de zoner fra jeg har i forvejen?

Navn på kreditkort
Fin app. Mangler at kunne navngive kreditkort. Når jeg rejser med arbejde bruger jeg et andet kreditkort. Men når jeg tjekker ind kan jeg kun se de sidste fire cifre i kortet. Ville være fint at kunne kalde kortet “arbejde” eller lignende.
Besværligt ved rejser som kræver skift
Hvorfor skal man manuelt registrere skift mellem eksempelvis bus, tog og metro? Med Rejsekort appen skal kun checke ind ved start og ud ved afslutning af rejsen.
Rigtig god app, men..
Appen er rigtig nem at finde rundt i. Stor ros til den. Men det er jo helt vanvittigt at det skal koste 500.- for KBH til Jylland, kom nu lidt.

Unusable
Im traveling and don’t have text messages with my e sim . I cannot verify my number , and cannot use this app. at least use WhatsApp or data messages to verify phone numbers or use email seems very stupid to only use sms texting. Wasting my time and energy on this app!

It can work, but the interface leaves much to be desired, as others have pointed out. It also tries to use a fancy location-tracking system to charge you for by-distance tickets, but it's unreliable. For example if you stop for a while in a station it may decide you got got off the train and finalize your ticket. You may then notice sometime later when a conductor nabs you for traveling without one. Finally the website blocks purchases from outside the country so good luck trying to prebook long-distance travel.

Payments rejected while my US bank confirms not rejected by them. Used to work a couple of years ago with US Mastercard. No help line to call?
Fantastisk app - men SAVNER watch appen!
Jeg bruger DSB-appen dagligt, og den fungerer virkelig godt. Den er enkel, overskuelig og utrolig praktisk i hverdagen. Men jeg savner virkelig Apple Watch-funktionen. Det var en af de små funktioner, som gjorde en overraskende stor forskel. At kunne se sin billet og relevante rejseoplysninger direkte på håndleddet uden først at skulle finde telefonen frem var både hurtigt, elegant og enormt brugbart - især når man står med hænderne fulde eller er på vej ind i toget. Det var faktisk en af de funktioner, der fik appen til at føles lidt ekstra gennemtænkt og moderne. Jeg håber virkelig, at Apple Watch-understøttelsen vender tilbage. 🤞🏻⌚️🚆 Ellers stor ros til DSB-appen – jeg er rigtig glad for at bruge den.
Not able to get a receipt
Click get a receipt. Correct email on file shows up, when you click to get an email, you instead get a message. Saying “Something went wrong”

Can't access my ticket, stuck in a login loop
Second day of using the app, trying to activate Pendler20, the app logged me out and when trying to log in back, it gets stuck in a login loop. So I am stuck too at the station not being able to travel with the ticket I had purchased.

Jeg vil gerne kunne bestille plads i en vogn med lav indstigning. Den valg mulighed er der ikke. 😫 lige nu er det svært for mig at komme op af trapper.
Lacking Seat Selection
With today’s technology it’s truly amazing that DSB Denmark is so far behind that they cannot get an app to allow manual seat selection.

Ticket disappeared
I purchased a ticket with this app and two days after it disappeared. There is no point emailing to their customer care and if you call you have to be in the line for more than 1 hour and still no one will answer your call.

App failed to purchase ticket several times, then reset passengers to 1 adult (I had it at 2) without notice. This later cost me 700 kr when the metro man wrote me a ticket for only having 1 pass.

Can’t Enter phone number with +1 prefix
Got this app in preparation for an upcoming trip to Copenhagen but I have a United States phone number and the United States isn’t listed in the dropdown menu when setting up account phone number, so I couldn’t get very far.
Need to support overseas phone number
Good UX except it kept showing error when I entered a foreign mobile phone number. I tried Thai and French numbers, none worked

I download the app to buy train ticket for my Denmark trip. However I doesn’t have South Korea’s country code (+82) in the list while creating the ID. Please update the app so travelers from Korean can use this app. Thank you.
Problem paying on saved card
I was unable to use my saved credit card so had to re-enter the details again. Not sure what happens but the final ‘pay’ button wasn’t active. Aside from this issue the app has been really easy to use
Crummy
Interface is a train wreck. There are "x"'s indicating you can erase the field (say, when you are told amex isn't a viable card, slightly odd limitation for a national monopoly, so you may not think of checking the list first), except they don't actually do anything. No way to save tickets to wallet, you have to hope this janky app actually works when they come around to check. Why is a dob required to set up an account to save tickets for? It's ok to take money from an 11yeat-old, but not let them retrieve their purchases. This is all somewhat underwhelming, but fortunately not as underwhelming as their website which doesn't even work on iOS safari.

It was great and easy to use but i couldnt set up an account as it wouldnt accept my uk phone number and said it couldnt send me a text code to set up.

App crashes
It’s crashing constantly - in fact, one of the most recent updates prevents it from opening at all. Maybe some day a new update will come out that will enable the functionality again. And the option to report a problem doesn’t work and getting support sends you to a rather useless FAQ.
Good but needs to be improved
Easy to use and stable app. I am however missing the functionality to retrieve tickets bought through the DSB website and selecting a specific seat when adding a seat reservation in the app.
Foreign credit cards don’t work…
The app was ok until I tried to pay. I tried different credit cards but none of them worked. I got the message “Something went wrong”. Very annoying!
Looks good but couple bits would’ve liked English
App seems very good. First use of it and am hopeful journey goes well. At first thought would all be in English for me but when further into looking at trains seemed Danish only. Understand main priority rightly Danes but would’ve felt better about booking if English option too
Difficulty
We were finally able to successfully buy our tickets after multiple glitches and considerable time spent with our bank and DSB representatives. Once the system errors were fixed it was easy. Hopefully in the future the bugs will be worked out.

Getting a use dab to sign in message and accept... see a blank page and not getting any further...

To skip queue to metro tickets machine at the airport buy a ticket through the app. Please allow to save card details for several purchases

Brightness
Downloaded new app and must say I’m finding it totally ANNOYING that I don’t seem to be able to turn down the brightness. It is at full volume! Understand that the QR code has to be bright but please, please could it be turned down for the app.
