以前查詢公車很方便，現在查半天都查不到。
公車站AB區問題
例如278在三民健康路口(西松高中），是不是A、B區顛倒？ 看行進路線似乎不符合實際狀況
很不友善
很多可以改善的空間站。 1.可以麻煩呈巴士或是捷運現到站時間嗎？只呈現走多久還不太夠。 2.使用路徑規劃時可以不要在呈現ubike，畫面雜亂且看不見路線起點。 3.路徑規劃可以直接放著主功能列嗎？%80使用者大蓋就是看路線，為啥還要藏在站位資訊。 4.可以有出發時間或是到站時間選項嗎？ 還有好多可以加強的⋯⋯拜託可以直接抄也抄好點的⋯
微笑單車畫面請不要調整到目前位置
真的很拜託，我就是要看公車下車附近有沒有單車，要依據這個來決定哪一站下車的，結果一直回到目前的位置，我無法使用！以前用的好好的！ 更新：好像是有改善了？又好像很容易就又縮回現在的地點！

The realtime bus movement info is always incorrect and outdated without any reference value. The app shows some bus is coming however it passes already for a long time. If the app cannot provide correct bus info nor fix this bug, it should be removed from the App Store.

不知道要去哪裡找到更新的資訊？
有車機的公車會變多， App裡面也沒有更新 友善路口的數量也會變多，哪些入口有友善的號誌， App裡面沒有指引到哪個網頁查詢， 之前有打電話到市民專線，有建議可以在App裡面寫上相關資訊請到哪個網站，建議寫上網址，電話那一邊告訴我不可以，就一句話而已是有多困難，如果我沒有打電話過去的話，我怎麼知道要去哪裡找，又不是每個人都知道要到哪裡去找，這樣還叫什麼友善

Might Not Work with International Data Only eSIMs
It does not seem to work with international data only eSIMs. None of the map, status or planning functions worked. Emailing Support got no response. If you travel around and use a non-Taiwanese data only eSIM, this App might be useless to you until they fix it.

iOS 版本 15.0 ，APP 系統卡頓；且公車路線設為我的最愛之後，路線名稱錯置。

我的最愛群組不能調整順序，導致要查詢班車的時候都要從頭滑到底，浪費很多時間，公車都已經跑掉了
沒有公車時刻表
南部的App做得比北部好，比如說高雄的i bus App就是佼佼者，裡面有提供詳細的公車時刻表，包括首班車末班車還有行車時間的預估等等這些都是旅客規劃旅遊行程最需要的資訊，可是臺北好行完全沒有看到，另外，像是道路中斷廟會街頭活動民眾抗議示威遊行，這些資訊也沒有主動推播，讓旅客知道公車暫停或者繞道行駛相關資訊，謝謝
改版有進步
改版以後速度有提升喔

Before the October 2013 update, I would've given this app five stars. Now, the app is broken. No map for the you bike, no ability to reverse bus routes, and it crashes constantly.

視障朋友試用心得
我請家人下載了台北市交通局推行的--台北好行 App，點開 App 後設定視障者使用介面，我覺得介面清楚，大標題以及黑白兩色可方便我閱讀。 我搭乘公車-282 號，路線從捷運中山站(志仁高中)到政大。 我覺得台北好行 App 介面清晰好操作，且預約速度快。首先，我請家人預約上車以及下車站牌，接著我站在導盲磚上等 282 來，公車來時，它停了。但是照理說司機應該有看到視障者預約告示以及我站在導 盲磚，但是他並沒有把公車前門停在導盲磚前， 因此是家人扶著我走去搭車，只能說......身為視障朋友的我很無助。我覺得應該加強公車司機對這方面的訓練。此外，我對 App 的提醒設定困惑，下車時我並沒有聽到甚麼聲音，不知道我哪裡出錯了。

身為官方app應該要更進步
前提：本人主要使用目的為查詢公車到站時間 1. 每次進app都要停在「下載站牌資訊」等待非常久才能開始使用。測試大約都需要30-50秒，是本人目前使用app經驗最久的一個，其他大概頂多5-10秒…這個app的use case推測都是有時間緊迫性的，不理解這樣的開啟速度為什麼可以被接受？每次開啟要快一分鐘，公車都快到了吧… 2. 點選公車站牌的UX很多此一舉。使用者都點在一個specific stop了，為什麼還要在同樣站名的兩個（來回方向）或四個站（十字路口）再選一次？若是怕使用者誤選到錯誤方向站點，在站名列表也沒有任何方向性的表示，那到底意義何在？ 補充資訊：本人使用兩支手機，IOS13.7、IOS15.1，連線環境wifi/4G皆有（皆為滿格），都有同樣狀況。使用此app已超過2年，觀察是近半年開始有此等待一百萬年狀況。

需要改進
新版居然沒有中文選項？而且一直當，請更新。不是每個選擇用英文ios就一定要用英文版的軟體。如果不做語言選項就不要做英文版的！
Keeps crashing
It should be a good app with many info in it. However it keeps crashing all the time no matter when I was checking bus schedule info, ubike station, or just simply click "my favorite" button. I wouldn't say its a junk but it is closed when it comes an app that crashes all the time. Please fix the problem to make this app perfect. It does include so many useful info that once all the bugs fixed, it definitely become my best and favorite app ever!
Accurate bus information
1. Tell me how many minutes a bus will arrive at a bus stop. 2. Tell me every bus stop on a bus route. 3. When on a bus, provide alarm when my destination is reached.

Wonder why no one left reviews. This is a great app that I use for bus time and mostly u-bike station info (bikes/vacancies). Strongly recommended for u-bike lovers.
