App doesn’t open
The app no longer opens on an iPad - I’ve deleted it and reinstalled several times but it still doesn’t load. Please fix it!

Some days the app just refuses to load. Drives me crazy
A very shoddy app.
It constantly crashes, freezes won’t show you anything but the startup screen. Sky just reminding its customers that they have no options here in NZ.
Awful
Constantly crashes, always having to log in, listing info doesn’t download. Now won’t launch at all. Worst app on my phone - would give zero stars if I could.
It's a great app
It's a really great free app, but it should have search better sorted as previously mentioned. The landscape view isn't such a big deal on the iPad, but it would certainly be useful on the iPhone. Just be aware that if you plan on recording something through this app, the program must not have started, otherwise pressing the record button doesn't seem to do anything. I recommend this for anyone with sky, as I would far prefer it to skywatch magazine.
Great for booking but awful for searching
EDIT 15/11/25: the app no longer launches, it is stuck on the progress bar despite restarting phone etc.—- I use the app a lot to book, especially if I’m away from home and I love it. However search based on a keyword produces a confusing list of results. It is useful that results are split into some categories et cetera, but the number in the category header does not match the actual results under it. The number is often greater than the listed results and you are left wondering where the rest of the results are. Also, sometimes the search cannot find results for your keyword even though you know for a fact there is something containing that word in Sky programming on tv set. Lastly, I would love to be able to filter the results as well, for example by live broadcast.
Constantly Freezing
Constantly freezing, non responsive. Reinstalling doesn’t fix, will work when it feels like it.
Very useful app
Just wish you could see what you had already booked through the remote on the tv. Bit annoying to book something through the app only to realize later on that it hasn't recorded because you had two other programmes at the same time booked. Aside from that, great app and fantastic idea!
Doesn’t work now!!
This is ok on the iPhone but just won’t work now on iPad. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Don’t know how many times I’ve reviewed this. Please sort it out.
Can’t get past welcome page
Have used this app for years. Glitchy but still really useful for remote recording and checking the Guide. This week, I can no longer get in. Can’t get past Welcome page, with the progress bar stuck. Have deleted and reinstalled app multiple times. Have rebooted my phone, and tried, then removed and reinstalled app. Nothing works. Hōhā! Very frustrating. Please sort this out Sky NZ - and soon!!

Geile App. Leider in Deutschland nicht möglich
Die App. Ist eine Super Erfindung, jedoch nur möglich in New Zealand. Bitte erweitern für Deutschland. Ansonsten lohnt es sich noch sie zu downloaden... Daher bisher nur 2 Sterne
Your app isn’t loading the database
Very poor app. Currently it starts and doesn’t load anything. If you click ‘app support’ on here it takes you to a dead link. Unbelievable really!

Should be removed from the App Store
This App is absolutely useless and should be removed immediately from the App Store!
Slow!
This app is slow! Scrolling performance is poor, it reloads the entire contents when you change categories and there is no landscape mode. It's a real shame the developer did not take a look at the Sky+ UK app which is fantastic, or just give us that app in NZ!
Wont load
Cant get it to work on ios 26.5 on iphone
So stopped working
Have had this ap for years and all of a sudden it doesn’t work have done everything to get it working deleted and reinstalled again and again but still nothing but welcome on the screen. Pretty disappointing

App used to work well although never retained login. Lately it just doesn’t open a guide, instead it’s stuck on a loading screen with a bar that never progresses.
