Good app, but Why do the birds only use wind instruments and party horns?
Okay okay, so in the sports clips of babytv studios only the chicken blowed the party horn and in what a wonderful day, the owls are only playing the trumpet, what? And in the birthday clips, there was a green bird playing the trumpet also it had 3 yellow birds and the green bird was playing something that made no sense, and another thing in what a wonderful day the chicken and the owl only played trumpets! I think I’m not watching BabyTV again! And add 2 new languages, Japanese and Estonian, because I want more languages, thanks and developers please read this! And and, make the other characters blow the party horns bedsides the chicken and then make another character blowing a horn besides the owl in the long run, football, etc. clips, Developers, please read this. And in what a wonderful day, besides the owl and the chicken, make the part extended and with more characters playing trumpets besides those 2, and why when there were electric guitar sounds then you put the owl play the trumpet with electric guitar sounds in the morning song from what a wonderful day? I used to watch BabyTV when I was little! Developers, please read this review. Thanks! -Joloo7024
Pointless app
One of my daughters who is only 2 enjoyed this app for a few weeks but when she saw that she searched up pierre the painter and there was only 2 videos of this channel, she was constantly throwing tantrums after seeing that the next day pierre the painter was gone. Please add back this channel or I’m talking to the developer about this
How come it hasn’t shut down yet?

Constant issues
We have this app installed on our Apple TV and iPads. It constantly crashes, freezes, or fails to load on the TV. The kids get super excited when I try to turn it on, only to be disappointed that the app will not open/load content.
I used to watch this when I was younger
So um the songs were amazing when I was younger and now I don’t really watch it but when I am mom I will show it to my kids (:

The new update and keep logging in my son has stopping using this app but used to use it daily.

App stopped working on Apple TV
I have a subscription but I cannot not use it because the app stopped working on Apple TV. This is really inconvenient because sadly my kids love it so much and not being able to used make deal with awful tantrums. In addition to this the customer service is awful I have wrote them multiple times with no answer. Hopefully I get some attention now, and definitely I want my money back since I was not able to use it in the main device which is Apple TV.
Older Song?
Hi I wanted to know if you guys will bring back any older songs and lullabies. My son misses a lot of the older songs and is a bit upset to find that all of them are gone. It’s just a small concern but I’m sure you’ll make him and a lot more children and fans happier if you were to bring them back.
Can’t get app to restore
I purchased this through the Apple App Store, I’m unable to get into any of the app that we paid for and unable to restore. Wrote support and never got a response, just canceled the subscription I finally got a response saying I might have used a different email, I only have one email. No offer to correct the issue.
Old episodes
After using the app for almost 10 months, we notice that the content on TV is being refreshed much more often than the app. Paying 6€ per month for 10 episodes per “channel” is ok, but please update episodes too
Awesome App! + Version
Hello I love this BabyTV app it is so amazing!! I have been watching BabyTV ever since I was a little baby! You guys haven’t made any major updates except the account update 7 months ago, so are you gonna make any major updates anytime soon? I really miss the app that you guys made in 2018, like the super old version which is now called Baby-TV Legacy app, and you also had an app called BabyTV Music which now you’ve removed, I have the BabyTV Legacy app because I downloaded it a long time ago and I still have it, and I miss that version so if you’re gonna make another revamp of the BabyTV app can you make a version similar to that? If you don’t remember I can send you some screenshots Thank you!
App has too many problems
First not account only registered on half of my Apple TV’s. Even though I was subscribed it asked me to subscribe and of course I couldn’t because I already was a paying customer. If it isn’t they issue then nothing loads. I have reinstalled and deleted several times. Cleared the cache. Updated. Worthless
Great Find
App is easy to use, really wish there was continuous play between episodes. My kid loves the shows and keeps them occupied when I need to do things but having to stop after every episode to play the next show is kind of annoying. But overall great app & streaming service for the babes.

The new update isn’t an improvement :(
The Baby Tv content is wonderful as usual, but the new update is a step back. The navigation has changed (‘all shows’ isn’t on the main screen anymore) and thumbnails take longer to load. The switching out of one show into another also feels clunky, the old version was smoother and intuitive. My seven year old autistic son is fixated on the app and is confused that he cannot navigate it as he once did. The need to restore your account after an update should also be communicated to subscribers as well, we aren’t psychic. Hopefully some of that Disney money will improve the app soon - I am really disappointed on my son’s behalf.

terrible app 👎
the content is very scarce. 8 chapters maximum. games are the worst they cannot be played with the screen in a horizontal position. the app crashes. for a subscription of 21.99 it is not worth it. it is despair. He still needs a lot to improve. the app suddenly crashes or closes. sometimes when using the app you can hear the audio but you don't see the video. content such as tutti frutti, ahoy pirates, guessing games, etc. is missing in the app.
Should have a tv provider login
I subscribe to baby tv through my tv provider and I wish I could sign in on here.. so I just keep it on the free videos. Hope they get this fixed..
Video menu doesn’t show
This could be a great app, but sadly all the video menus show the same babytv logo so we’re unable to see what the shows actually are. And once something is selected, it often freezes. This has been going on for months and sadly our membership only expires in April. I’ve seen other purchasers of the app also complain about the overall functionality, but I haven’t seen any improvements on our end.

Mijn zoontje is gek van baby tv. Voor de vakantie een abonnement afgesloten en filmpjes gedownload. Nu werkte het afspelen niet omdat je WiFi nodig hebt. Wat is het nut van downloaden dan? Fikse tegenvaller en abonnement opgezegd.

Continuous play?
We love this app and the shows we’re able to watch with the subscription. We typically cast it to our tv and it works great. Our baby of 5 months loves to watch and the shows are short enough to keep his attention. Our 5 year old loves it too! We do find it a bit annoying to constantly have to click a new show after one ends. We can’t seem to get it to continuously play. We’ve tried hitting the shuffle button and play buttons but it still stops after each episode and have no idea why. This is the only reason for the three. Great content, but inconvenient to have to keep selecting a show…

I pay extra for baby tv through my cable provider and my baby LOVES IT! but I can’t watch anything unless it’s free. I don’t feel like it’s right if I’m already paying for it through my tv and don’t have any other access... this should be available for us as well!!
Baby TV app not compatible with Apple TV
I have been using this app on my iPhone for some time with minor issues which can be resolved if you reload the app after deleting it. The content is great however I have noticed a lot of the content is now available on Disney plus. So might be worth simply getting Disney plus. My main issue and for giving it 3 stars is that the app does not work with Apple TV (well not my apply tv anyway). After the initial intro it turns into a black screen. I emailed the App customer service team and they simply said that they are working on fixing it. 6 months on and still no resolve!!!

Wonderful content, terrible app
Our LO loves, LOVES Baby TV! It is amazing and I love that the content is educational and super simple for kiddos who aren’t quite ready to “toddler” TV just yet. Charlie and Mr. Snail have saved us from many meltdowns :) BUT, that great content is the only reason why we still have this app. Otherwise, I would’ve thrown both my TV and my phone out the window in frustration. First, you cannot have one account. So I pay two times every month for a single app - one for my phone, one for my TV. RIDICULOUS, but we’re not always home, so we use the phone when away, but when I’m home and I need to use my phone, I need to use the TV. Why can’t there be just one account that you log into? Second, the app itself is glitchy. On the phone, nothing auto-rolls. So after each episode, you must manually play another 2-minute video. On the TV, only maybe half the segments actually play. If you hit ‘play’ on Mr. Snail, for example, the app goes through multiple intros of the BabyTV ads, and then keeps ‘loading’ through 5 separate segments (without ever playing them) and eventually skips to the final episode of Mr. Snail. Same with several others like Hungry Henry and a few of the Charlie episodes. So you’re really only getting about half the content you pay for on the TV version of the app. I genuinely wish these problems could be addressed and fixed, because it really is our favorite of ALL the TV for kiddos out there - and with Hulu and Disney+ and Netflix etc etc etc on our TV now, that’s saying something! Please, Baby TV...Can you help us tired mamas out!?

Get a Phone Number!
Content is excellent and I know you have enough subscriptions to pay for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fix the dang iPad video subscription - why should we have to buy a separate subscription for iPhone vs iPad? And when we send an email to find out WHY we are paying for a subscription and the app still asks us to BUY a subscription and does NOT allow my child to see the content we are already paying for?? Do we need to go to social media and start complaining there? Just fix it.

I get Baby TV and PlayStation Vue, but this app wants me to pay again for the same thing every pay for. There should be no additional cost using my existing PlayStation Vue account!
Entertaining & Informative but Glitchy
Often starts and stops, has nothing to do with Internet connection or buffering. My toddler gets frustrated and throws it when something she's been watching intently freezes on her. Or the infamous baby blue loading screen takes too long. Lol
many complications
The other baby TV app tends to work much better. I have downloaded this one multiple times trying to use it on my ipad and iPhone. it does not seam to work. I have been dealing with this issue for 1 and 1/2 years now so it is not just a small bug fix. The other version of the app will not let you purchase 6 month or 1 year prescriptions and locks you into monthly fees. I would much rather just pay up front. They also make you purchase a subscription for each device which is ridiculous. This means if I want the app on dad's, mine, and my childs ipod I have to buy 3 different subscriptions. When the app works it is wonderful and engaging.
Chromecast?
My daughter loves this content, but it's useless if we can't watch on the big screen. Please make it Chromecast compatible so I can consider a subscription.
