Bad experience
My sister who was 4 months at the moment she watched loooloo kids on the tv where (in spanish) it was a cute song about candy and then it said “ don’t be scared the demon is already gone” I’m telling you this is not appropriate for kids
Great app
This is a great app that works offline too. I like the fact that I can also use it on my phone as well as iPad. The only downside is that I need to constantly click on restore purchase on one of my devices so that it allows me to use it again.
Mentiroso
O app paga 10,90 depois de 3 dias e não são todos os vídeos que pode se ver!
Nice app but can’t unsubscribe unsubscribed
Nice app but why do you deduct money from my account even if the app was deleted and how do I unsubscribe
Satisfied
Yes ok you got it
Was charged $74.99 when it said $23.49/yr
Charge came through for $74.99 and it’s listed as $23.49/yr!
Data usage from the App
So, I have been using this app and my kid totally love it. But i recently discovered that even after payment, the app still exhaust my data whenever we use the app. Pls help!!!
Lock Screen still a nightmare
Loved the content but the Lock Screen functionality makes it unusable for the littles so not renewing.
Paguei e estão cobrando novamente
Contratei plano anual, foi pago e agora estão pedindo para pagar novamente para desbloquear os desenhos. Sendo que esses estavam desbloqueados devido o pagamento. Aguardo a resolução!!!!!
Must Have for Toddlers!
I bought this app for my one year old granddaughter to keep her entertained on long travels… she’s now almost two and this is her daily Go-to app! She’s learned so much from watching the different story lines…we take it with us everywhere we go!
This app doesn’t work offline
Don’t download it doesn’t work offline
Great but just one thing
My little boy loves looloo kids on YouTube so I decided to download this app. I’ve paid for the subscription to get the full list of videos. It works fine even with no wifi/on flight safe mode. Only issue is the ‘lock’ feature where you can lock the screen. This is a great idea if you were to allow your child to hold the phone and not have them exit the app. This would be great other than you can actually get out of the app when it’s locked just with a simple swipe up, which kind of defeats the object of locking the screen while in the app. If this bug can be fixed I’d give it 5 stars.
Not working offline
The actual videos when they are playing are great, however if you need to go in the car and away from internet, it definitely doesn’t work offline. Big disappointment!
FRAUDE
Pague el mes, descargue todas las canciones y a los 3 días me bloqueo todas las canciones, me volvió a pedir que volviera a pagar el mes, es un fraude!!!!!
Easy to use and good selection
App is easy to use and has a good selection of songs. The price is also fair.
Why
Why do I always get asked to review stuff.
Not bad
It’s ok for when flying but a bit pricey. Did 3 day free trial on day one by mistake I did the 7 days free but on 3rd day I was charged around £21.
Great app but shows errors
Great app but shows errors on certain videos, I am not going to renew subscription because of this. I have tried downloading a few times but still comes up with errors which of course then stops the others from playing and I cannot turn around and press dismiss and find another video to playlist. It’s a real shame!
My girls 3yr & 1.5yr obsessed
My girls both love being entertained. When my 1st born received an iPad for Xmas (uncles doing) I quickly started previewing apps. I came across LooLoo kids showed my daughter and we tested it out. It wasn’t days before purchasing the subscription. Speed forward, I now have 2 little girls with their own iPad each… it has been war in my house! Fighting over 1pad, why? Well LooLoo kids full version was only on 1pad. I quickly emailed LooLoo kids (on a Sunday) inquiring if there was a way to share the subscription given they are sisters. To my surprise I received a response within hours, again Guys this was all on a Sunday! The gentleman walked me through the process which took 3mins. Both of my girls are happy and so am I as the fighting has stopped! LooLoo kids, great customer service and great app content! Keep on making kids smile!!
Confused
Brought the monthly subscription and all the videos are still locked. I can’t figure out how to fix that.
Awesome concept with a few issues
The Lock Screen is frustrating specially when you have screaming toddler. It takes multiple tries to get it unlock. There is no way to only play the downloaded songs on the go. Lastly, it’s not very interactive compared to other apps that are similar.
💯💯
First of all wow this game is just amazing second of all this is the best fortnite battle pass idea ever thanks so much 🦶
Nightmare
I been trying to cancel my subscription and is impossible I even send a message through Facebook. I really want to cancel. Please help!
Ok
App is ok, but user interface hasn’t had much thought about design. Such as why would you have a lock screen button where a child can easily press it.
Awesome
Awesome
App crashes
Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Paid online for annual subscription so kid can watch offline and app won't open gets to logo screen and then crashes. Worthless app and they won't refund subscription.
Randomly stopped working
Had this app for a few months now for my son and it just randomly stopped working.
Greatest
Great
Repeated Problems freezing with error message
Multiple times I’ve had issues trying to get the app to play. It keeps on freezing up and dismissing the app with an error message. Very frustrating waiting for it to try and work. Eventually I just walk away and come back hoping it’ll work.
Love it
My 15 month old grand baby begs me to open up the iPad and immediately starts dancing when baby shark comes on!
Cant cancel!
Great app once u pay. When u want to cancel nobody reaches out to you!!! Stay away!
My LO loves these videos!
I have a 6 month old and she loves these videos. Not much holds her attention at this age but she’s mesmerized by these! She loves watching the baby. And I appreciate that I can lock it so she doesn’t press a bunch of buttons while we’re trying to play a video!
Only three things
There are only three things you could watch without having to pay sometimes my son he is a baby he goes on this this app and starts to buy things
