Recent Update has made App useless
Recent updates since the start of July ‘26 have made this app functionally useless. It now does not load, crashes while attempting to load and seems to be stuck in a doom-loop. Altering app privacy settings does nothing. Hopefully next update will fix it, but for the moment it’s totally useless.

Have spoken to BA to find out if baggage is now going in every flight, rather than being left at the airport. Told not their problem, to phone Heathrow. Phoned Heathrow, all automated, cannot speak to anyone, automation does not give a number to press to find out if things have improved. Utterly fed up trying to get information.

It has been months that the app not working. Always error message
Practical and intuitive
The details on flight arrivals and departures are useful but are only displayed two days in advance. Enhanced search functionality to more quickly identify the flight I am searching for would be helpful. All the other features help me navigate around the airport and make best use of my time commuting through the terminals. Takes a bit of practice to master the app but then all systems go
I missed general current flights info !
Please come back to show the all flights current situation (gate open, boarding, gate closed, etc) Now it too much difficult to see if air traffic has a general problem

The app doesn’t show that I have paid and booked parking at terminal parking 3 I have to go and search for it on the app which finds it but still doesn’t add it

Drop off parking fee
It’s been down for days now. It doesn’t do what it says on the tin. The drop off parking doesn’t work for quick easy payment. At £7.00 a go you’d expect it would. Disappointed.
Terminal arrival time would be useful
In addition to the ‘landed’ time, a second arrival time at the terminal would be useful (taxiing time/being held on the apron etc) to better gauge when to enter the short stay car park.
Strange app
This app is not sound as a pound. Double check your gates because this app had us bouncing between A and B gates for no reason. We could have missed our flight due to unreliable gate information.

The latest update from today seems to have killed the app. Nothing loads now, error messages appearing everywhere. Guess the “bug fixes” caused other bugs

Very good up to date info. Useful with all the details of what you need to know when going on holiday or collecting family from the airport
Some good information, but direly lacking
We picked todays breakfast place based on the stale menu on my stale app, and it was still very helpful. With the updated app all you have is the name and the restaurants own description, which isn't helpful. Quoting parking for short term parking seems to be done by full day (so minimum price is ~£75), while it's widely advertised to be available by the hour. Since the app is really only a thin veneer on their web site, this is also the case if you go to the web site. Docking two stars for contradictory-/mis-information.
Organised Chaos
Short gate announcement-delayed departures. Way too many passengers for 2 runways. The airport is bursting at the seams and shows this everyday. There seems to be a lack of forward planning and when things go wrong, early in the day, the domino effect is catastrophic. I flew in from Singapore during the summer, and there was no gate/air bridge allocated to handle the flight. This was the first flight to land that day… When flying to South Africa earlier in the 2025, no ground staff showed up to board the flight, this led to a two hour delay. A lot more thought and planning need to go in to general logistics.

This is hopeless. Spent 40 minutes trying to get the security sorted out for my new account. Password system failed with repeated error messages. Gave up. Deleted app.

I found this app largely useless for the airport. It didn’t show updated flight times or gates, had incorrect information for all wait times, and didn’t reflect changes in areas that were in use in the airport.
Heathrow from one side to the other
Moving from one side of the other to a connecting flight is full of stress due to the inability to coordinate and move passengers through a bus from one side of terminals to the other Something needs to be done maybe a second to , a third or fourth buses

Needs more improvements
It’d be nice if my user profile was placed where most portals put it, upper-right(or left) corner. Also, integeation with Heathrow rewards coulds use a lot of refinements

I come from a family of travellers. So I do lots of airport trips. The app helps me plan when to leave home as I can see delays, when bags are released or when tail winds have been kind. I wish Gatwick could match their app to yours 🫢
Useless Waste of time
It doesn’t work any longer in the past month I have scanned the barcode almost half dozen times for more than 50 pounds and I got no rewards - spoke to duty free. Boots and shop salespeople at Heathrow and they said it’s a very common occurrence. I don’t recommend it any longer.

Die App nervt! Eigentlich gute Idee, wenn sie laufen würde. Hängt bei mir immer wieder oder stürzt ab. Reine Glücksache, ob mal irgendwas aktualisiert wird. Dazu dann noch Sachen wie das fehlende automatische Herauslöschen uralter Flüge, hakelige Navigation etc. Nicht zufriedenstellend.

Lot of promise but gaps
The app is generally good but looks lacking in two areas. First, the app doesn’t show the arrival and departure GATES. I am connecting through Heathrow and the app only shows terminal 5. I believe I have to go from a gates to b gates but app flight status doesn’t show it (btw neither does ba). As the connection is short, the app doesn’t help show me where to go. Second, the interactive terminal map doesn’t work. Without this functionality, the app has little value other than to show food and shopping.

Nice App but...
I have a scheduled flight MLA - LHR. The alert tells me the flight has arrived? A day early, and I have not even left yet. Flight # correct, date WRONG. Also turn on the app and it takes forever to refresh. Needs a lot of work but good potential.

Will Not Open Once Downloaded!
I had this app previously on my last trip through London Heathrow, but removed it to save data storage. Am about to fly through Heathrow Airport so I downloaded the app from Apple again. Once it is on the phone it will not open at all. I have the latest version for the iPhone so there is no reason this app should not open up. It’s junk, don’t bother downloading it.
