A great way to break down a tune.
It’s a great teaching tool that I use with my Guitar Students. I also use it personally to break down difficult guitar parts. I particularly like the ability to loop section with the AB function.
Lowdown
I deleted the app because I could only have 3 songs on my playlist tell me why when I tried downloading it again it said i will have to pay for a subscription I’ve had this app for 3 years and now it’s saying I need a subscription that’s wrong and yall lowdown asf

キーボードショートカットをするのに追加課金しないといけない。iPadOS26で、タッチで曲選択、再生するためにキーボードショートカットを行っても、フォーカスが曲選択のままになり再生等のショートカットが効かない。画面上のコントロールフォーカスが上手く推移しない事はメーカーも認識しているみたいで、サポートに相談したら今度直すよとの事だったけど4.9.4でまだ治ってない。以前まともに動作していたiPadOS17環境でもキーボードショートカットが機能しなくなってる。OSの問題じゃなくてこのアプリのver.4.9の問題なのははっきりしました。。何卒修正お願いします🙇🙇🙇
Sort out audio marks
Sort out these dumb audio marks. It takes a second to put one in and an hour to find out how to delete it. Dumb that is. Make it so i can delete it as easy as i accidentally hit the button and put it in

3 free import is crazy
What inconvenience could me importing files from my files app to your app possibly have for you? Your just adding micro transactions to bare minimum features a music app should have free
I’m old school
And I’m not tect savvy. I been using this app for a couple of years and I never had any problems like lock ups or crashes or having to pay fees to keep using this app. It look me a little time to learn to use this app but its friendly once I learned how to use it. I recommend it to everyone. As far as I know only songs from iTunes will work on this app. Those blue tooth control foot pedals look interesting but I would use them only for recording projects. I don’t know if I can load I can load original songs on this app but this app is great for guitar practice.
Songs often restricted
I don’t use Apple Music. I’ve been importing tunes by screen recording it and importing the file, but now it’s not letting me play a lot of songs. I feel like I wasted my money

Bugs
I have used this app for years. It’s great once you get a song working in it. The problem is it does not pick up all the songs on your iPhone. And hit randomly crashes for various reasons, one seemingly Bluetooth connection with headphones maybe. I don’t know, but It’s getting too frustrating to use.
Great for Practicing Anything
I use Anytune to help me learn intricate parts of songs on guitar, bass, and drums. I use the regular version, not the Pro and it does everything I personally need.
not enough features to justify being paid?
it told me i only got 3 free imports before i ran out and had to pay for more (actually i only had 2 imports) but that's still crazy? the app UI is really ugly and poorly designed imo, and the only thing i could find use for it was for slowing and pitching songs, that's literally it, then exporting them to garageband and doing everything else there because this app doesn't have even reverb, echo, bass boost, treble, compression, live mix, breaks, nothing. none of that. justify to me why this should be paid when all it can do is stretch out my song to 0.65x? and i have to use another (mind you, free) app to do all of the extra work? so so inconvenient.

It’s a good app but sometimes you need to see what the performer or teacher is doing with their hands. PLEASE ADD VIDEO PLAYBACK SUPPORT. I don’t care about fancy AI features. Just include the basics such as the ability to play back and enlarge videos while looping and slowing down.

Great for learning languages
I was looking for a player that could bookmark and loop sections of language learning clips. This app is great. I can even slow it down if they’re talking too fast, or change the pitch if the narrators voice is annoying. I wish the interface was a little more intuitive or something though, I’m able to use it well with minimal need for help, but sometimes I have to look up how to do things. Nothing major though. I can even sync between my iPad and phone for when I’m on the go and want to listen to some loops while on the subway. Great app! Keep it up
Use to be Great
This app was great. The concept is great and I never had a problem. I used this product to practice all the time. I feel after the latest update, it stopped syncing with my Apple iTunes account. I would buy song in the ITunes Store and they still showed up as songs that were protected in the AnyTune app. I have tried toggling the sync tab in the settings and it still would not work. It only works now with songs that I have purchased in the past. Nothing new can be added anymore.
App resetting
The apps work ok otherwise, but the App keeps on reseting by itself after few days and deletes all your favourites. You are forced to keep adding favourites after every reset. Once in a while the basic version starts and you are required to restore your purchase in order to continue with normal operations. It’s irritating!

Excellent but with a few flaws
This is one of the best apps for transcribing music, but it has a couple of flaws. Whenever I disconnect my headphones (usb-c) it starts playing the audio even if it was paused and even if I’m no longer in this app. Also this app drains battery much faster than other apps I’ve used.

Don’t bother
I’ve had this app for years and it’s slowly become completely useless. This app no longer plays and DRM protected songs from iTunes on my iPhone and I feel like I was just robbed $20+ dollars for an app that doesn’t work anymore. Pretty much every song I try and play is now DRM protected.

Nope
If I’m going to buy a pro version of any app, I fully expect that EVERYTHING be included. I will not pay for a less than fully functional app. Yeah, the app gets the job done, but it’s neither the only app in this category, nor is it necessarily the best.
Please fix this new bug you just introduced
My app just updated itself to a new version and it no longer has the “back” button in the upper left corner, so after opening up a playlist I can no longer back out and get to my full list of playlists to open a new playlist!! Also I opened up an artist and I can’t get back to the list of all artists. Please fix this, I am using iOS.
Not as advertised
App Store sold this to me as an app that would listen to a song and make a best guess at notes. Does not do this at all. False advertise much?
Good, but now it pauses.
I’ve used this app for years, and I love its UI and how you can accurately control a track. But since this latest update, it seems to require you to press play almost every time you skip a track. It’s becoming incredibly irritating. Otherwise it’s a great app, worth its IAP.

I have the desktop and iOS version. The desktop is my favorite slow down app. It has one of the 3 best audio engines for slowed audio playback. That said I don’t like the add-ons for the iOS version. I bought a Pro version but not Plus so to import over WiFi will cost me another $4 as I used my 3 free ones. What a joke.

Can’t use Apple Music library
I was looking forward to all the features this app has to offer, but right out of the gate I found out it won’t allow me to use any songs in my Apple Music library. So it’s pretty much useless 👎🏼
Great program with good features
Hi i'm just getting to grips with it, only bought it a day or two ago , using iPad mini 2, usually have trouble getting songs and files from my computer a snow leopard Mac, as my iTunes is too old, the wi fit function works great on Anytune though enabling you to transfer backing tracks , practice material, licks etc , even though I just started using it, it is easy to pick up the basic functions, e.g. Slowing down and looping, which is the meat and potatoes of this app, it really is a breath of fresh air. I may upgrade soon when I figure it out more
Unimpressive Audio Quality.
Although this app seems to have loads of features, it is quite expensive to access everything available. However I would be more inclined to pay this if the audio quality was better. I use this type of app for listening to speech, slowed down for language learning and I have compared it to other apps. I find that at about 85% speed the app has a strange echoey quality that makes it virtually unusable. Other free, simpler apps seem to produce better quality. If this is reduced quality because it’s the lite version then somewhere it should say that quality might be improved with purchase, but I imagine this is not the case. So I can’t justify shelling out £14.99.
Very good. Interface a bit convoluted.
I have just migrated from Capo to the free version of Anytune. It works really well once you get used to the slightly complicated UX. Only negative note: I play acoustic music and I’m getting a high frequency in the background (as soon if somebody was whistling the same melody in the back of the room). I’d upgrade to Pro in an instant if I knew that it’s a quality issue with the free version. Any tips from the Developer?

Ayo…I challenge you to purchase the pro pack and simply change the pitch of the song 😮💨. If you don’t like it I’ll let you slap me if we ever meet lol. Nah but no lie, that ALONE is the reason I now have all the add-ons for this app. Then the export one allows you to change the kbps I think up to 390, but 256kbps is enough to make the song o.d clear. Man just get the pro and change the pitch…it’s interesting to say the least 💯! UNDERRATED APP 4 SURE
Infuriating
I purchased this app a couple years ago. Never once did it state that you could only import 3 songs. Today I went to use it and I was shaken down for further payments in order to use it, and it was not clear whether I would be able to import music from my iTunes library. It’s a bait and switch!
Great way to learn music
A very useful app with some excellent functions. Does a good job of helping to learn a piece of music by repetition. The buttons are a little small on my iPhone, but other than that a great application.
No Pitch Tuning
This software only changes pitch in semitones, so you will constantly have to retune your instrument like usual. If you're practicing with a number of songs and you tune to one song, it is virtually impossible to re-tune subsequent tracks to your instrument as songs are are not normal tuned in discreet semi or whole tones. THIS SOFTWARE NEEDS A FINE TUNER IN SLIDER OR KNOB FORMAT. IT IS POINTLESS CHANGING PITCH IN SEMI-TONES. MICRO-TONES ARE NEEDED.
Would Be 5 Stars
I would love to give this app 5 stars because it functions SO WELL. However, the fact that you cannot play Apple Music songs through the app and that half of the times, songs you’ve purchased through iTunes don’t even work...it can be frustrating. Especially if you’ve spent the extra money on the in-app upgrades and enhancements. This app will be AMAZING once that gets sorted and there are less glitches/bugs! -Ryan
