Awesome
Hey great app have used it for years has never let me down. The new update though is not letting me login. It says I’m logged in but the calendar doesn’t pull up. Please help.
It doesn’t open
Keeps crashing and it won’t open in the new IOS update 18
Nice organizer
Been using it for years now and besides some minor glitches, it’s been pretty helpful for schedule stuff, on and off duty. I liked the original color scheme better - gray background with black text for the appointments/trades/training/etc letters. It was easier to read than the white background with gray text.
Like the App
I really like the app. unfortunately there are some issues. Developer is slow to respondwhen issues have been presented. Keeps promising they will be fixed but it’s been over a year and nothing has been done. They have no issues taking your money though. 😞
Good function, could use aesthetic updates
App works fine, would just like to be able to take away the square around the holiday dates as my eye gets drawn to it immediately. Or leave the square and fill in the entire cube of the date with the color of choice.
Easy Peasy
Creating schedule is easy, so convient to look ahead with confidence in the calendar
App not working
App will appear to open for a split second then immediately closes automatically. I’m assuming had not worked since last IOS update.
Great app and customer service
The only reason I gave this app four stars is b/c it has crashed for me a couple times. However, this has hasn't happened recently aaaand the customer service is outstanding and quick. Would recommend.
Needs work
Geeat calander, but it keeps wanting you to pay, and unfortunately there are better free ones out there. I love the app but way to buggy.
Update
This app needs to be updated. It works great but stops because it won’t update.
Vacation tracking
Suggestion. Currently you must make an entry on each day to denote leave or appointments. What is the possibility of making multiple day “Lasts”? Currently, one can only go up to 23h 59m. For those on days tours this is a cumbersome task loading 2 or more weeks of A/L, S/L or C/T. Just a thought for January 1st. Thanks
Missing days
I went to put my key days in and January is missing the 2nd so going from the 1st to the 3rd is quite a big issue
Could be good
The app is great when it works. However I’ve now gone through the same thing two years in a row. Every time is renews it constantly asks to purchase/verify and then it says you’ve paid. Then it won’t let you do anything and I’ve lost all my info again. I’ve contacted them twice and ever received any reply from them.
Stop working
My subscription ended and I can’t extend it and no one will return my email
Can not renew subscription
I found the app very useful but I cannot renew my subscription. I have logged all my training, exposures, appointments etc. The app has permitted me to back this data up but I cannot use the data in any other platform. I have emailed and messaged on Facebook and no solution has been provided. I use this app everyday and chose it knowing that it was backed by IAFF and the proceeds go to charity. Please fix this !
5
Best app for shift work! Keeps up with everything from the job to off duty activities.
Verify purchase
It continues to ask me to verify purchase then doesn’t let me enter new information
Unhappy review
Won’t load anything after paying for subscription. Been using the app for a few years now and all of a sudden I can only se my schedule. Can’t input any extra overtime, sick or vacation shifts.
Great, when it works!
I have had this app for many years. It is great when it works but like many others on the reviews, it constantly crashes and asks for verification. I just renewed this year and already its asking to add subscription time and has my backup info dating back to 2016! I just updated my backup this year. I hope the developers can get it resolved before they lose out.
Handy App
Dry handy app for keeping track of shifts with easy to use scheduling. Would like to see a few more options and an easier to use holiday accumulation and set up of hours. A bit of a pain when you get asked to purchase again and again when you're no where close to your term being up.
Used it for 12 years now. Absolutely love it.
I love this app! I was able to program the shift setup for my 48/96 schedule, and I found a way to incorporate my wife’s rotating post office days off into it ( had to expand the shifts to like 28 days, but it worked! ). So, now I can plan appointments, fishing trips etc with ease. Also, I noticed today that I can add custom events, like part time work, into the calendar. The yearly subscription is absolutely worth every penny.
Review
Terrible user ability on an iPhone and constant problems with renewal and getting help to retire usability. Was just charged for another year and still can’t see my shift or any shift for that matter, plain black and white and will not restore. Limited help that doesn’t work from the contact and no phone to help walk through the problem. Will change my credit card as to not get charged again for no calendar. Would NOT recommend this app to others.
Love this app as long as it works
I’ve had this app for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it. It was very easy to set up and it works well with a 24 on 48 off schedule. It keeps track of everything I need and has a great look in my opinion. Only issue is that the app has shut down on me a few times over the years and dropped my account that was already paid for. The app creator or owner was very good about fixing the issues each time in a pretty timely fashion but it was annoying nonetheless. Love it overall
👎
This app is a bust. I’m not sure anyone is even supporting it anymore? I’ve sent 3 emails with no response and can’t access my calendar that I’ve been using for the year. I can’t recommend this app because there’s no support if you have an issue
Works well. Just sad I have to pay
This calendar worked brilliantly (even if I didn't understand all the functions) but went to open it today and it says I have to pay for it. But upon further investigation I realise I have to subscribe and pay every year. Very disappointing indeed. I really don't think it's Worth paying a subscription for.
Love it
Works well
Total Garbage
Crashes non-stop. Can’t change hours to days. Such garbage. I can’t believe they charge for a subscription to this junk.
Does not work anymore
Worked great up until about two months ago. Now I’m lock out of renewing the amp and can’t add any events. What’s up?
Good app when it works
Lots of issues with this app. When they do updates it always asks you to pay again which you have to do yearly, but when your year isn't up it gets upsetting. Little things that could improve is the data storage and how much you can and type of data you can put in.
It works.
Thank you very much IAFF. I can completely customize my work schedule now.
Doesn’t work
I paid for this app and it doesn’t work, all it does is say verify
Dissatisfaction
Does not work with iPhone 11.
A Good App But......
This App is easy to use and program, I would pay for it but not as a yearly subscription poetically when it cost $9.99 US. That's just being greedy.
Problems
Same as last comment. I rely on this app and every year I renew I run into issue. On top of that I was billed 7 times as I was trying to renew it. Come on it's been 3 years in a row with this issue. Further more I've emailed app support twice and still have not heard anything back
This app is now junk!!!
I used to like this app, but now it's a royal pain in the drain!!! I am a retiree firefighter spouse, & we still have 2 soms & 2 grandsonsthat are firefighters, I was given a year's subscription last fall because of the major snafu's I was having, them when they wanted me to verify my purchase, I bought another year's subscription on top of that one!! For about 2-2.5 wks the app won't let me sign in even after changing my password, & I have told the support team about the problem, except for giving a support person my user name since he said the app had recently been updated n was having technical issues & he would help, then Jan 5, I requested to reset my password, I was sent a code, used it, set a new password, & STILL can't log in!!! I have contacted support person once again, no reply yet!! Hate to do it, but am turning on the calendar that came w/this phone, n as soon as I get all my dates off this calendar, I'm done!!! Update 2019: for about 1-2 yrs the Alsrm on Remind me about the appt will NOT go off since the iOs updates on my iPhone, I am goingvto try to renew for 2019 since my subscription expires Jan 8, 2019, I have been told for several days the app is unsble to be accessed thru iTunes n to check back in later, it best work, I can’t lose the appts in the calendar!!!
Finally fed up
This is the third phone I’ve switch and had to pay additional cost for the app. Always used the app because a portion was suppose to got to the burn foundation. After this last bs, I’ll just send my money directly to the burn centers. Guess I’ve just been supporting Shitbergers pocket along with his cronies..... I’ll continue to support THE RIGHT CAUSE. 🇺🇸
Almost 5 Stars
Good App, you can tweak it to suit your individual needs so works for UK fire fighters too. Would give 5 stars if I was able to add other info to the calendar such as birthdays, or link it to the calendar on my iPhone. Also would be great if it synced between iPhone and iPad. Great for a free app though
Poor
Great resource but this is only a free trial, have to pay ridiculous amount for full version.
Happy
Love the ease of use this app
Used to be great
IAFF should be ashamed to be associated with the developers of this app. Used to work great and now will not allow me to use it because my “subscription has expired” yet when I check the Apple store it shows my subscription is not up until feb of next year. Complete waste of money please don’t purchase!
Not good
Scheduler has all the same features minus the exposure screen, but you could enter into any of the days as an event. One time fee with scheduler, not a yearly subscription. They really missed the boat here.
The app
I’ve been using this app for over 6 years and I love it
Was good when it worked, now it just wants credit card info
Was good when it worked now it just wants cc info
Not for me
Don't be fooled by "free app". Only free until you have a bunch of stuff stored in it then they restrict access unless you subscribe every year
